技术领域
本发明涉及运动面料领域,尤其涉及一种冰舒干爽运动面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和社会的不断进步,人们的生活水平大大提高,对生活质量的要求也越来越高,人们对面料的舒适、健康、环保要求越来越高,特别是高附加值的高档面料越来越受到人们的喜爱。夏天或运动的时候普通的面料在人体出汗时会粘贴在皮肤上,而且汗水也不能及时排出,为了提高舒适性,传统的做法是在面料的后整理工序中添加凉感整理助剂,通过浸扎或涂布的方式使凉感剂附着在面料表层,使面料与人体接触时产生瞬间凉感,进而达到降温的效果。但是采用浸扎或涂布的方式存在两个弊端,第一是这种面料洗涤多次后凉感剂变少,能达到的降温效果差,第二是透气性能不佳,由于涂布或浸扎会将面料本身具备的微小孔隙堵住,进而使透气性降低。
为了提高透气性,中国专利号申请号202011228866 .X公开了一种纬编单面结构针孔透气运动面料及其生产工艺,包括面料本体,所述面料本体通过28针34寸84路的单面小提花机编织,所述面料本体的排针方式采用“213141/6”支织针一 个循环,三角排列24路一个循环,所述面料本体的落纱方式为第1~5路、第7~11路、第13~ 17路、第19~23路为50D/36F低弹半光涤纶DTY面纱和20D氨纶衬垫纱,而第6路、第12路、第 18路、第24路为40D氨纶,所述第6路、第12路、第18路、第24路为针孔网眼连接纱,该种类型的运动面料具有较好的透气性,但是其并没有冰凉效果。
中国专利申请号 202010034686 .1公开了一种木糖醇冰感面料及其制造方法,,所述木糖醇冰感面料包括如下混纺比 :锦纶 85%-90%,氨纶10%-15%,总计为100%,制备方法包括以下步骤: (1)织布:分别以锦纶和氨纶的混纺丝为经丝和纬丝,经纬编织造后得到坯布; (2)预定型:对步骤(1)所得坯布进行平幅水洗除油,然后进行定型,得到定型坯布; (3)染色:将步骤(2)所得定型坯布投入染缸,于30-35℃下加入酸性染料,保温5-15min后,加入助剂,再保温5-15min,随后升温至90-100℃,保温6-10h,经水洗、出缸,得到染色坯布; (4)烘干定型:在轧槽中加入木糖醇整理助剂,将步骤(3)所得染色坯布浸轧后烘干定型,得到木糖醇冰感面料。该专利是通过在染色后烘干定型时在轧槽中添加木糖醇整理剂从而获得冰感,这种类型的面料在多次洗涤后冰感效果很差。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提供一种冰舒干爽运动面料及其制备方法,解决现有技术的运动面料冰感效果差、不耐洗涤及透气性能不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5-8重量份、云母粉2-3重量份、玉石粉2-4重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.02%以下;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有十字形或Y字形或W形或T字形异形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为40-60:60-40混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为300-310根/10cm,纬密为380-400根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液,所述相变微胶囊处理液中含有相变微胶囊及交联助剂。
进一步的改进是:所述相变材料的用量占相变微胶囊处理液重量的30-40%。
进一步的改进是:所述相变微胶囊整理液由相变材料、交联剂、乳化剂、分散剂组成。
进一步的改进是:所述相变材料为相变微胶囊,以正十八烷为芯材,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,,所述相变微胶囊的粒径为3-6μm,吸热温度为18~32 ℃,放热温度为10~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为80~130 J/g。
进一步的改进是:所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
进一步的改进是:所述分散剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。
一种冰舒干爽运动面料,以改性凉感纤维为经线、弹力纤维为纬线编织成面料初品,再对面料初品进行相变处理而得,所述改性凉感纤维采用以下重量份的各原料制成:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5-8重量份、云母粉2-3重量份、玉石粉2-4重量份,所述弹力纤维由尼龙纤维与所述改性凉感纤维按重量比为40-60:60-40混合而成,经密为300-310根/10cm,纬密为380-400根/10cm。
进一步的改进是:所述冰舒干爽运动面料的克重为260g/m2。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的冰舒干爽运动面料,以改性凉感纤维为经线,弹力纤维为纬线,纬线中同样含有改性凉感纤维面料,且对采用上述材质经纬交织而成的面料初品还进行相变处理,使得最终的成品具有冰凉感,穿着舒适。
2、从原材料纤维入手进行改性,使制得的纤维具有冰凉感,具体的,通过将具有导热散热功能的云母粉和玉石粉与PET切片主料共混熔融,再计量喷丝以及其他后处理,使制得的改性凉感纤维获得凉感。
3、喷丝板具有十字形或Y字形或W形或T字形异形截面,使获得的纤维具有较大的比表面积,提升纤维的吸湿性及透湿性。
4、采用具有异形截面的喷丝板,获得的纤维具有较大的比表面积,搭配适量的碳酸钙、玉石粉与云母粉,碳酸钙具有多孔结构,能够进一步增加纤维的比表面积,玉石粉和云母粉在挤出机中熔融受PET切片和碳酸钙的挤压分布在碳酸钙的孔隙处以及PET本身的孔隙处,使最终的纤维表层分布导热散热物质的云母粉和玉石粉,与传统的采用涂层的凉感面料相比,本发明的面料更耐洗涤,即,经洗涤后凉感物质不容易丧失,能够较为稳定的分布在纤维上。
5、本发明的PET切片在与其他物质共混熔融前先经过干燥处理,未经干燥的PET切片是无定形结构,软化点低,在螺杆挤出的加料段容易软化粘结,造成环结阻料现象,影响正常生产,且由于PET分子中存在有酯基,在切片熔融时极易水解,使分子量下降,影响纺丝质量,另外水分在高温下汽化可形成气泡丝,易造成纺丝断头或毛丝,本发明的PET经过干燥处理后含水率在0.02%以下,经干燥后切片的融程窄,熔融纺丝时不会因为软化点不均一而发生环结阻料现象,提高切片的结晶度和软化点。
6、本发明的碳酸钙用量为5-8重量份,约占改性凉感纤维原材料的4-7wt%,碳酸钙的用量合适,本申请人经过测试发现,当用量低于5重量份时,纤维内的孔隙太小,无法提供有效的孔隙用于供玉石粉与云母粉“占位”,玉石粉与云母粉会被挤压到其他位置进而影响面料的透气性能,而当用量高于8重量份时则会影响织物的可纺性,且会影响面料最终的手感,手感会变硬。
7、本发明在编织成面料初品后还进行相变处理,使织物表面附着微胶囊相变材料,在受热后相变材料吸收热量发生相变,进一步提升了面料的冰凉感。
具体实施方式
现结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一
一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、云母粉2重量份、玉石粉2重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.01%;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有十字形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为40:60混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为300根/10cm,纬密为380根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液,所述相变微胶囊处理液中含有相变微胶囊及交联助剂,所述相变材料的用量占相变微胶囊处理液重量的30%,所述相变微胶囊整理液由相变材料、交联剂、十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵组成,所述相变材料为相变微胶囊,以正十八烷为芯材,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,所述相变微胶囊的粒径为3μm,吸热温度为18~32 ℃,放热温度为10~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为80~130 J/g。
采用上述方法制得的冰舒干爽运动面料,以改性凉感纤维为经线、弹力纤维为纬线编织成面料初品,再对面料初品进行相变处理而得,所述改性凉感纤维采用以下重量份的各原料制成:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、云母粉2重量份、玉石粉2重量份,所述弹力纤维由尼龙纤维与所述改性凉感纤维按重量比为40:60混合而成,经密为300根/10cm,纬密为380根/10cm。上述冰舒干爽运动面料的克重为260g/m2。
实施例二
一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙6重量份、云母粉2.5重量份、玉石粉3重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.002%;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有Y字形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为50:50混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为305根/10cm,纬密为390根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液,所述相变处理液由以下重量份的各原料组成:以正十八烷为芯材、以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材组成的相变微胶囊35重量份、交联剂22重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠25重量份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵18重量份;所述相变微胶囊的粒径为4μm,吸热温度为18~32 ℃,放热温度为10~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为80~130 J/g。
采用上述方法制得的冰舒干爽运动面料,以改性凉感纤维为经线、弹力纤维为纬线编织成面料初品,再对面料初品进行相变处理而得,所述改性凉感纤维采用以下重量份的各原料制成:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙6重量份、云母粉2.5重量份、玉石粉2.5重量份,所述弹力纤维由尼龙纤维与所述改性凉感纤维按重量比为50:50混合而成,经密为305根/10cm,纬密为390根/10cm。上述冰舒干爽运动面料的克重为260g/m2。
实施例三
一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙7重量份、云母粉3重量份、玉石粉2重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.005%;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有W字形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为45:55混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为310根/10cm,纬密为400根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液, 所述相变处理液由以下重量份的各原料组成:以正十八烷为芯材、以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材组成的相变微胶囊38重量份、交联剂20重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠25重量份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵18重量份;所述相变微胶囊的粒径为4μm,吸热温度为18~32 ℃,放热温度为10~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为80~130 J/g。
采用上述方法制得的冰舒干爽运动面料的克重为260g/m2。
实施例四
一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙8重量份、云母粉3重量份、玉石粉4重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.008%以下;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有T字形异形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为60: 40混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为310根/10cm,纬密为380根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液, 所述相变处理液由以下重量份的各原料组成:以正十八烷为芯材、以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材组成的相变微胶囊40重量份、交联剂20重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠25重量份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵15重量份;所述相变微胶囊的粒径为5μm,吸热温度为20~32 ℃,放热温度为15~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为100~130 J/g。
对比例一
参考实施例一, 改性凉感纤维的原料少了玉石粉,其他方案与实施例一一致,即改性凉感纤维的原料为:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5重量份、云母粉2重量份。
对比例二
参考实施例一,改性凉感纤维的原料少了玉石粉和云母粉,其他方案与实施例一一致,即改性凉感纤维的原料只有PET切片和碳酸钙。
对比例三
参考实施例二,与实施例二相比,本实施例没有采用相变处理步骤,即在步骤(3)编织后即得到成品。其他方案与实施例二一致。
对比例四
参考实施例三,与实施例三相比,本实施例改性凉感纤维的原料没有使用玉石粉,且没有采用相变处理步骤,其他方案与实施例三一致。
对比例五
参考实施例三,与实施例三相比,本实施例改性凉感纤维的原料没有使用玉石粉和云母粉,且没有采用相变处理步骤,其他方案与实施例三一致。

上表中,Q-max指织物的瞬间最大热流通过量,Q-max值越大表示瞬间凉感越明显。根据FTTS-FA-019《织物瞬间凉感验证规范》,当Q-max≥0 .14J/cm2·sec 时,产品可以取得瞬间凉感功能性纺织品标章,该纤维即为具有凉感的纤维。测试方法为:使用KES-F7接触冷暖感测试仪,在恒温恒湿的条件下,设置载样台温度为(20±0 .5)℃,热检测板温度为(35±0 .5)℃。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)改性凉感纤维的制作:
a、准备原料:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5-8重量份、云母粉2-3重量份、玉石粉2-4重量份;
b、对部分原料进行干燥处理:对PET切片进行干燥,使PET切片的含水率控制在0.02%以下;
c、共混:将PET、碳酸钙、云母粉、玉石粉混合,送入分散机中搅拌混合均匀,得到共混物;
d、熔融:将共混物送入螺杆挤出机中熔融;
e、计量、喷丝:通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,送入异形喷丝板喷丝,所述异形喷丝板具有十字形或Y字形或W形或T字形异形截面;
f、冷却、上油、牵引、导丝、喂入、分切处理;
(2)弹力纤维的制备:以尼龙纤维与步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为原料,按重量比为40-60:60-40混合而成;
(3)编织:以步骤(1)制得的改性凉感纤维为经线,步骤(2)制得的弹力纤维为纬线,编织成面料初品,经密为300-310根/10cm,纬密为380-400根/10cm;
(4)相变处理:将上述面料初品送入轧槽中,所述轧槽中添加有相变微胶囊处理液,所述相变微胶囊处理液中含有相变微胶囊及交联助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述相变材料的用量占相变微胶囊处理液重量的30-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述相变微胶囊整理液由相变材料、交联剂、乳化剂、分散剂组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述相变材料为相变微胶囊,以正十八烷为芯材,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,,所述相变微胶囊的粒径为3-6μm,吸热温度为18~32 ℃,放热温度为10~30℃,熔融热和结晶热为80~130 J/g。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。
7.一种冰舒干爽运动面料,其特征在于:以改性凉感纤维为经线、弹力纤维为纬线编织成面料初品,再对面料初品进行相变处理而得,所述改性凉感纤维采用以下重量份的各原料制成:PET切片100重量份、碳酸钙5-8重量份、云母粉2-3重量份、玉石粉2-4重量份,所述弹力纤维由尼龙纤维与所述改性凉感纤维按重量比为40-60:60-40混合而成,经密为300-310根/10cm,纬密为380-400根/10cm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种冰舒干爽运动面料,其特征在于:所述冰舒干爽运动面料的克重为260g/m2。
