本发明涉及针织面料领域,特别是一种冰爽亲肤的面料。
背景技术
目前市面上存在的接触凉感面料一般实现方式有以下几种:1.通过将具有冰凉效果的物质与聚酯切片混合并纺丝而成具有凉感效果的长丝,如玉石纤维,进而制成面料;2.通过在面料后整理加工中加入凉感助剂,如木糖醇类凉感助剂进行后整理加工获得凉感效果;3.通过采用紧密纺的方式减少纱线毛羽,从而降低其保暖效果而获得凉感效果。其中第一种方法中冰凉物质与聚酯切片混合纺丝,虽然能够在一定程度上提高纺丝纤维的凉感效果,但是纤维的抗拉伸强度同样会有所降低,从而影响凉感纤维的应用。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种冰爽亲肤的面料,解决现有凉感纤维抗拉伸强度低,影响制备的凉感面料的使用场景受限的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种冰爽亲肤的面料,包括凉感内层,所述凉感内层为采用弹性凉感纤维编织而成的面料,所述弹性凉感纤维包括弹性芯纤维和包覆弹性芯纤维的外侧边的凉感纤维层,所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的横截面均为异形,所述凉感纤维层在横截面上包括第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳,第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳对称设置,第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳的导热系数不同。
进一步,所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的横截面均为多边形,所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的侧边相对或错位设置。
进一步,所述弹性芯纤维的侧面周向设有多个第一加强筋条,所述凉感纤维层的外侧面周向设有多个第二加强筋条,所述第一加强筋条和第二加强筋条相对或错位设置。
第一加强筋条加强了弹性芯纤维的强度,而第一加强筋之间的空间也被凉感纤维层完全包覆,有效的提高了凉感纤维层和弹性芯纤维之间的结合力,避免凉感纤维层与弹性芯纤维之间脱落,弹性芯纤维的多边形横截面方案与之同理,第二加强筋条能够有效防止皮肤与内层面料完全粘连,更好的使皮肤和面料之间保持空气流通,便于皮肤毛孔更好的进行散热。
进一步,所述弹性芯纤维的最大厚度和凉感纤维层最大厚度的比值为1:0.8-1.2。适当的厚度比例选择,使得面料在具有较好的导热性能的同时,也保持较好的强度。
进一步,所第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳包括矿物质凉感组分和基材纤维,所述矿物质凉感组分的含量为0.5-1.5%。
进一步,所述矿物质凉感组分为云母粉、玉石粉和贝壳粉中的一种或多种,所述弹性芯纤维为聚酯纤维、芳纶纤维或锦纶纤维,所述基材纤维为聚酯纤维、芳纶纤维或锦纶纤维。
进一步,还包括有抗菌外层,所述抗菌外层由银离子抗菌涤纶纤维和普通涤纶纤维混合编织而成,所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维和普通涤纶纤维的比例为1:1。银离子抗菌涤纶纤维具有一定的抗菌、杀菌能力,能够有效的防止面料上滋生细菌。

本发明中,异形截面的弹性芯纤维能够有利的保证凉感纤维层和弹性芯纤维的有力结合,凉感纤维层和弹性芯纤维的结合使用,有效的保证了面料的拉伸强度,异形截面的凉感纤维层避免皮肤与面料完全粘连,保证散热效果,于导热系数不同,皮肤表面在通过凉感纤维壳进行热传导时,也将出现一定的温度差,在微观上,将在皮肤表面形成一定的热对流,从而提高皮肤表面的散热效率,最终使得面料具有穿着清凉的效果,两个导热系数不同的凉感纤维壳不仅能够使得面料具有较高的瞬间接触凉感系数,长久穿着时,皮肤表面的热对流,使其具有长久的冰感,提高面料的穿着体验。

请参阅图1-3,本实施例提供一种冰爽亲肤的面料,包括凉感内层1,所述凉感内层1为采用弹性凉感纤维编织而成的面料,所述弹性凉感纤维包括弹性芯纤维2和包覆弹性芯纤维2的外侧边的凉感纤维层3,所述弹性芯纤维2和凉感纤维层3的横截面均为异形,所述凉感纤维层3在横截面上包括第一凉感纤维壳31和第二凉感纤维壳32,第一凉感纤维壳31和第二凉感纤维壳32对称设置,第一凉感纤维壳31和第二凉感纤维壳32的导热系数不同。
所述弹性芯纤维2和凉感纤维层3的横截面均为多边形,所述弹性芯纤维2和凉感纤维层3的侧边相对或错位设置。多变形可以为三角形、长方形、五边形或六边形。

本发明中弹性凉感纤维的结构可以通过对熔融纺丝喷头的结构改造实现,改造的熔融纺丝喷头包括中心管,中心管的外侧设有外壳,外壳上通过分隔板分成两个腔室,一个腔室连通第一凉感纤维壳31的组分原料,另一腔室连通第二凉感纤维壳32的组分原料,中心管连通弹性芯纤维2原料。

如图4-5,本实施例提供一种冰爽亲肤的面料,与实施例1不同的是,所述弹性芯纤维2的侧面周向设有多个第一加强筋条33,所述凉感纤维层3的外侧面周向设有多个第二加强筋条34,所述第一加强筋条33和第二加强筋条34相对或错位设置。
第一加强筋条33加强了弹性芯纤维2的强度,而第一加强筋之间的空间也被凉感纤维层3完全包覆,有效的提高了凉感纤维层3和弹性芯纤维2之间的结合力,避免凉感纤维层3与弹性芯纤维2之间脱落,弹性芯纤维2的多边形横截面方案与之同理,第二加强筋条34能够有效防止皮肤与内层面料完全粘连,更好的使皮肤和面料之间保持空气流通,便于皮肤毛孔更好的进行散热。
如图4,本实施例中,第一加强筋条33和第二加强筋条34数量均为四个,第一加强筋条33和第二加强筋条34错位设置。

所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维为中空纤维,所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维中银离子的含量为100-200ppm。中空纤维能够更加均匀的负载银离子,并提高银离子的负载量,而不影响中空纤维本身的物理性质。所述凉感内层1和抗菌外层4通过绗缝一体固定。
本实施例中,银离子抗菌涤纶纤维制备时,涤纶母粒先通过熔融纺丝制备出中空涤纶纤维,之后中空涤纶纤维浸泡在银离子溶液,或使用银离子溶液进行电子喷雾,之后干燥得到银离子抗菌涤纶纤维。
织物接触凉感是指,织物与人体基础瞬间,由人体表面皮肤散失热量而产生的一种凉爽感觉,接触瞬间织物从人体皮肤导走热量的多少决定了凉感的强弱,根据GB/T35263-2017测定的接触凉感系数可以用于评价织物的凉感强弱,本发明实施例1-3制备的面料的接触凉感系数均大于0.25。
织物的导热主要包括热传导、热对流和热辐射三种方式。本发明中,组分不同的第一凉感纤维壳31和第二凉感纤维壳32使得用户穿着有更好的穿着体验,同时由于导热系数不同,皮肤表面在通过凉感纤维壳进行热传导时,也将出现一定的温度差,在微观上,将在皮肤表面形成一定的热对流,从而提高皮肤表面的散热效率,最终使得面料具有穿着清凉的效果,两个导热系数不同的凉感纤维壳不仅能够使得面料具有较高的瞬间接触凉感系数,长久穿着时,皮肤表面的热对流,使其具有长久的冰感。

Claims (7)

1.一种冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,包括凉感内层,所述凉感内层为采用弹性凉感纤维编织而成的面料,所述弹性凉感纤维包括弹性芯纤维和包覆弹性芯纤维的外侧边的凉感纤维层,所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的横截面均为异形,所述凉感纤维层在横截面上包括第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳,第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳对称设置,第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳的导热系数不同;
所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的横截面均为多边形,所述弹性芯纤维和凉感纤维层的侧边相对或错位设置;
所述弹性芯纤维的侧面周向设有多个第一加强筋条,所述凉感纤维层的外侧面周向设有多个第二加强筋条,所述第一加强筋条和第二加强筋条相对或错位设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,所述弹性芯纤维的最大厚度和凉感纤维层最大厚度的比值为1:0.8-1.2。
3.如权利要求1所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,所第一凉感纤维壳和第二凉感纤维壳包括矿物质凉感组分和基材纤维,所述矿物质凉感组分的含量为0.5-1.5%。
4.如权利要求3所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,所述矿物质凉感组分为云母粉、玉石粉和贝壳粉中的一种或多种,所述弹性芯纤维为聚酯纤维、芳纶纤维或锦纶纤维,所述基材纤维为聚酯纤维、芳纶纤维或锦纶纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,还包括有抗菌外层,所述抗菌外层由银离子抗菌涤纶纤维和普通涤纶纤维混合编织而成,所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维和普通涤纶纤维的比例为1:1。
6.如权利要求5所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维为中空纤维,所述银离子抗菌涤纶纤维中银离子的含量为100-200 ppm。
7.如权利要求5所述的冰爽亲肤的面料,其特征在于,所述凉感内层和抗菌外层通过绗缝一体固定。
