Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,先通过各原料制备得到整理液,然后将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为30‑100g/L;再将羊毛织物置于整理液中,按浴比1:20,于40‑50℃下保温震荡18‑22min,浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;最后将预处理后的羊毛织物置于浓度为2‑10g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:35‑40,于40‑60℃下保温震荡18‑22min,浸轧,然后在40‑80℃干燥5‑20min。本发明方法具有生产工艺简单,制作成本低,环保、安全无害的特点。而且整理得到的羊毛织物具有优良的抗静电性能和高强力保留率,显著提高羊毛织物的使用性和寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法。
技术背景
随着时代的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,健康与时尚是人们追求的一种消费方式。现有的普通面料已经不能满足人们的需求。舒适性、多功能、易护理的服装越来越受到消费者的青睐。因此消费者对织物面料的舒适性、多功能、易护理的要求也越来越高。羊毛面料具有良好的保暖性、耐褶皱和耐磨性能,通常用于寒冷环境中。但是干燥低温条件下毛制品纤维之间的摩擦容易产生带电现象,电荷长时间积聚在羊毛纤维表面,进而导致服用过程中的静电现象。静电现象所带来的进一步问题是吸附灰尘,产生电击感。因此纺织企业不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,通过整理获得更舒适性、多功能、易护理的产品。整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。因此本发明提出一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯8-10份、丙二醇6-8份、七水亚硫酸钠2-7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-8份、天然皂甙8-14份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6-11份、乙酸丁醇2-3份、羧甲基淀粉钠1-4份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-6份、柠檬酸钠6-10份、硝基甲烷4-11份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,配制得到整理剂;
(2)将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为30-100g/L;
(3)将羊毛织物置于整理液中浸渍,于40-50℃下保温浸轧18-22min,30℃烘干;
(4)将烘干的羊毛织物置于浓度为2-10g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:35-40,于40-60℃下保温浸轧18-22min,再将浸轧后的羊毛织物于60-100℃下预烘3-5min,然后在120-140℃下焙烘3-5min。
所述步骤(1)中超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
所述步骤(3)中浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
所述步骤(4)中预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为4min,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为4min。
所述步骤(1)中,按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯9份、丙二醇7份、七水亚硫酸钠4份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6份、天然皂甙11份、羧甲基淀粉钠4份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、乙酸丁醇2.5份、羧甲基淀粉钠3份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷15份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4份、柠檬酸钠8份、硝基甲烷7份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,配制得到整理剂。
有益效果:本发明方法具有生产工艺简单,制作成本低,环保、安全无害的特点。而且整理得到的羊毛织物具有优良的抗静电性能和高强力保留率,显著提高羊毛织物的使用性和寿命。

实施例1
一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯8份、丙二醇6份、七水亚硫酸钠2份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5份、天然皂甙8份、羧甲基淀粉钠2份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6份、乙酸丁醇2份、羧甲基淀粉钠1份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3份、柠檬酸钠6份、硝基甲烷4份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,超声震荡时间为30min,超声功率为400w,配制得到整理剂;
(2)将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为30g/L;
(3)将羊毛织物置于整理液中浸渍,于40℃下保温浸轧18min,浸渍时间为30min,整理液浴比为1:20,30℃烘干;
(4)将烘干的羊毛织物置于浓度为2g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:35,于40℃下保温浸轧18-min,再将浸轧后的羊毛织物于60℃下预烘3min,然后在120℃下焙烘3min。
实施例2
一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯9份、丙二醇7份、七水亚硫酸钠4份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6份、天然皂甙11份、羧甲基淀粉钠4份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、乙酸丁醇2.5份、羧甲基淀粉钠3份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷15份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4份、柠檬酸钠8份、硝基甲烷7份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w,配制得到整理剂;
(2)将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为60g/L;
(3)将羊毛织物置于整理液中浸渍,于45℃下保温浸轧20min,浸渍时间为35min,整理液浴比为1:25,30℃烘干;
(4)将烘干的羊毛织物置于浓度为5g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:38,于50℃下保温浸轧20min,再将浸轧后的羊毛织物于80℃下预烘4min,然后在130℃下焙烘4min。
实施例3
一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯10份、丙二醇8份、七水亚硫酸钠7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、天然皂甙14份、羧甲基淀粉钠6份、乙氧基月桂酷胺11份、乙酸丁醇3份、羧甲基淀粉钠4份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷18份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯6份、柠檬酸钠10份、硝基甲烷11份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,超声震荡时间为60min,超声功率为800w,配制得到整理剂;
(2)将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为100g/L;
(3)将羊毛织物置于整理液中浸渍,于50℃下保温浸轧22min,浸渍时间为45min,整理液浴比为1:30,30℃烘干;
(4)将烘干的羊毛织物置于浓度为10g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:40,于60℃下保温浸轧22min,再将浸轧后的羊毛织物于100℃下预烘5min,然后在140℃下焙烘5min。

1.一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯8-10份、丙二醇6-8份、七水亚硫酸钠2-7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-8份、天然皂甙8-14份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6-11份、乙酸丁醇2-3份、羧甲基淀粉钠1-4份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-6份、柠檬酸钠6-10份、硝基甲烷4-11份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,配制得到整理剂;
(2)将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀制备成整理液,整理剂的浓度为30-100g/L;
(3)将羊毛织物置于整理液中浸渍,于40-50℃下保温浸轧18-22min,30℃烘干;
(4)将烘干的羊毛织物置于浓度为2-10g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中,按浴比1:35-40,于40-60℃下保温浸轧18-22min,再将浸轧后的羊毛织物于60-100℃下预烘3-5min,然后在120-140℃下焙烘3-5min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为4min,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为4min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,按重量份数比,将丙烯酸羟乙酯8-10份、丙二醇6-8份、七水亚硫酸钠2-7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-8份、天然皂甙8-14份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6-11份、乙酸丁醇2-3份、羧甲基淀粉钠1-4份、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-6份、柠檬酸钠6-10份、硝基甲烷4-11份混合,在超声波粉碎机上进行超声震荡,配制得到整理剂。
