Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,先将毛织物进行水洗预处理,去除毛织物中的杂质;再将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30‑45%,接着将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70‑85℃下预烘5‑8min;最后将预烘处理后的毛织物在110‑150℃下进行焙烘3‑5min后即得到成品。本发明提供了一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,该方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物防蛀效果好,效果持久稳定,有效地解决了羊毛织物防蛀整理牢度较差的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
防蛀整理主要是针对毛织物易被虫蛀,而对毛织物进行化学处理,毒死蛀虫,或使羊毛结构产生变化,不再是蛀虫的食粮,从而达到防蛀目的。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的整理剂,不具有良好的耐洗涤性,毛织物防蛀整理效果不持久,工艺复杂,增加成本,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高毛织物防蛀整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对毛织物防蛀整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)水洗:将毛织物进行水洗预处理,去除毛织物中的杂质;
2)浸轧处理:将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30-45%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚11-14份、乙氧基月桂酷胺7-9份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6-9份、三氯杀虫酯2-10份、谷氨酰胺6-9份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷3-6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2-4份、丙二醇13-20份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-6份、水40-60份;
3)预烘:将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70-85℃下预烘5-8min;
4)焙烘:将预烘处理后的毛织物在110-150℃下进行焙烘3-5min后即得到成品。
所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12.5份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷7.5份、三氯杀虫酯6份、谷氨酰胺7.5份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷4.5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3份、丙二醇16.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4份、水50份。
所述预烘的温度为75-80℃。
所述焙烘的温度为125-135℃。
所述轧余率为35-40%。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,该方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物防蛀效果好,效果持久稳定,有效地解决了羊毛织物防蛀整理牢度较差的问题。

实施例1
一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)水洗:将毛织物进行水洗预处理,去除毛织物中的杂质;
2)浸轧处理:将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30-45%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚11份、乙氧基月桂酷胺7份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6份、三氯杀虫酯2份、谷氨酰胺6份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2份、丙二醇13份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2份、水40份;
3)预烘:将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70-85℃下预烘5-8min;
4)焙烘:将预烘处理后的毛织物在110-150℃下进行焙烘3-5min后即得到成品。
实施例2

2)浸轧处理:将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30-45%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚14份、乙氧基月桂酷胺9份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷9份、三氯杀虫酯10份、谷氨酰胺9份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4份、丙二醇20份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮6份、水60份;
3)预烘:将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70-85℃下预烘5-8min;
4)焙烘:将预烘处理后的毛织物在110-150℃下进行焙烘3-5min后即得到成品。
实施例3
一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)水洗:将毛织物进行水洗预处理,去除毛织物中的杂质;
2)浸轧处理:将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30-45%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12.5份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷7.5份、三氯杀虫酯6份、谷氨酰胺7.5份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷4.5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3份、丙二醇16.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4份、水50份;
3)预烘:将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70-85℃下预烘5-8min;
4)焙烘:将预烘处理后的毛织物在110-150℃下进行焙烘3-5min后即得到成品。

1.一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)水洗:将毛织物进行水洗预处理,去除毛织物中的杂质;
2)浸轧处理:将水洗处理后的毛织物浸渍到整理剂中,进行二浸二轧处理,轧余率为30-45%,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚11-14份、乙氧基月桂酷胺7-9份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6-9份、三氯杀虫酯2-10份、谷氨酰胺6-9份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷3-6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2-4份、丙二醇13-20份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-6份、水40-60份;
3)预烘:将浸轧处理后的毛织物在70-85℃下预烘5-8min;
4)焙烘:将预烘处理后的毛织物在110-150℃下进行焙烘3-5min后即得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,其特征在于:所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12.5份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷7.5份、三氯杀虫酯6份、谷氨酰胺7.5份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷4.5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3份、丙二醇16.5份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮4份、水50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,其特征在于:所述预烘的温度为75-80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,其特征在于:所述焙烘的温度为125-135℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防蛀整理方法,其特征在于:所述轧余率为35-40%。
