Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,先将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到热水中预煮后130‑140℃下进行轧压;再将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入烘房内运行焙烘;最后采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘。本发明提供了一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,该方法该方法工艺流程简单,该方法护理和防毡缩的羊毛织物不仅具有良好的尺寸稳定性、折皱回复性能,还能提高羊毛织物的断裂强力以及柔软度,提高了有色织物的鲜艳度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。防毡缩整理是防止或减少毛织物在洗涤和服用中收缩变形,使服装尺寸稳定的工艺过程。其原理是用化学方法局部浸蚀鳞片,改变其表面状态,或在其表面覆盖一层聚合物,以及使纤维交织点粘着,从而去除产生毡缩的基础。但是目前常用的整理剂,不具有良好的耐洗涤性,织物整理效果不持久,工艺复杂,增加成本,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高毛织物防毡缩整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对毛织物防毡缩整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压,其中,所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、茶皂素10-14份、异丙醇钛3-6份、槐糖脂3-6份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4-9份、七水亚硫酸钠3-6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵12-14份、亚麻酸10-20份、聚天冬氨酸钠1-5份;
步骤2.将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入160-170℃的烘房内以30-35m/min的速度运行焙烘;
步骤3.采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘,焙烘温度为130-140℃,速度为25-30m/min。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,该方法该方法工艺流程简单,该方法护理和防毡缩的羊毛织物不仅具有良好的尺寸稳定性、折皱回复性能,还能提高羊毛织物的断裂强力以及柔软度,提高了有色织物的鲜艳度。

一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压,其中,所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13份、茶皂素10份、异丙醇钛3份、槐糖脂3份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4份、七水亚硫酸钠3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵12份、亚麻酸10份、聚天冬氨酸钠1份;
步骤2.将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入160-170℃的烘房内以30-35m/min的速度运行焙烘;
步骤3.采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘,焙烘温度为130-140℃,速度为25-30m/min。
实施例2
一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压,其中,所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷18份、茶皂素14份、异丙醇钛6份、槐糖脂6份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯9份、七水亚硫酸钠6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵14份、亚麻酸20份、聚天冬氨酸钠5份;
步骤2.将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入160-170℃的烘房内以30-35m/min的速度运行焙烘;
步骤3.采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘,焙烘温度为130-140℃,速度为25-30m/min。
实施例3
一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压,其中,所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷15.5份、茶皂素12份、异丙醇钛4.5份、槐糖脂4.5份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯6.5份、七水亚硫酸钠4.5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵13份、亚麻酸15份、聚天冬氨酸钠3份;
步骤2.将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入160-170℃的烘房内以30-35m/min的速度运行焙烘;
步骤3.采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘,焙烘温度为130-140℃,速度为25-30m/min。
经检测,将本实施例整理后的羊毛织物毛毡缩密度为0.079g/cm3,在1次水洗后的收缩面积为2.4%,5次水洗后的收缩面积为8.4%;该整理液有效提高了织物的防毡缩性能,值得推广与使用。

1.一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压,其中,所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、茶皂素10-14份、异丙醇钛3-6份、槐糖脂3-6份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4-9份、七水亚硫酸钠3-6份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵12-14份、亚麻酸10-20份、聚天冬氨酸钠1-5份;
步骤2.将经过涂覆整理液的毛织物将进入160-170℃的烘房内以30-35m/min的速度运行焙烘;
步骤3.采用振荡式烘干,进行二次焙烘,焙烘温度为130-140℃,速度为25-30m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,其特征在于:所述整理液由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷15.5份、茶皂素12份、异丙醇钛4.5份、槐糖脂4.5份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯6.5份、七水亚硫酸钠4.5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵13份、亚麻酸15份、聚天冬氨酸钠3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,其特征在于:所述预煮后130-140℃下进行轧压。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中焙烘温度为165℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛织物的防毡缩整理方法,其特征在于:所述二次焙烘温度为135℃。
