技术背景
羊毛织物是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的织物,羊毛是一种具有优异服用性能的天然纤维,在弹性、吸湿、保暖、防沾污、光泽生物降解和相容性等方面性能优异。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣服面料的要求也越来越高。
羊毛织物保暖效果好,而且比较柔软舒适,深受广大消费者的喜爱。其中纯毛面料色泽自然柔和、保暖效果好、是制作高档西服和大衣的首选面料。但现在仿毛织品越来越多,随着纺织工艺的提高,已达到了大多数顾客难以鉴别的水平,但色泽、保暖性、手感等还远远不及纯毛面料。纯毛面料通常手感柔滑,长毛的面料顺毛摸手感柔滑,逆毛有刺痛感。纯毛面料的色泽自然柔和,鲜艳而无陈旧感。用手将物捍紧,然后马上放开,看织物弹性。纯毛面料回弹率高,能迅速恢复原状。现代工艺和电脑横机的发展使细针毛织物款式更加丰富,花型时尚美观立体多样,色彩绚丽和谐丰富,结合各种辅料和美化工艺织造的羊毛织物深受现代女性的欢迎喜爱。有适合满足四季穿着要求的各种毛织物,女性主要在春秋季节穿着,冷暖温度适宜,美观大方时尚。
由于羊毛织物在穿着过程中,皮肤表面排出的汗液,皮脂、油垢等代谢废物和来自外部的食品残迹将附着于织物上,成为螨虫等微生物的营养源,螨虫能长时间在织物上生存繁殖,现代研究表明,螨虫是导致人类各种皮肤病的主要原因。螨虫是一种很强的过敏源,会给人们的生活和健康带来危害。其中尘螨的分布最广、影响最大,螨虫的尸体、分泌物和排泄物都是过敏源,会使人出现过敏性皮炎、哮喘病、支气管炎、肾炎、过敏性鼻炎等疾病,螨虫还是细菌、病毒、衣原体等疾病传播的媒介,因此螨虫严重危害人体健康。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,更注意自身居住的生活环境,行业内专家建议使用具有防螨抗菌功能的纺织品,不仅可以抑螨、驱螨,有效防止与尘螨有关的各种疾病,还可以抗菌,抑制细菌的繁殖,达到改善生活环境的目的。然而使用传统防螨整理剂的防螨效果较差,具有毒性,对人体安全性不可靠,耐久性和耐洗性不高。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织领域亟需解决的问题。

为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种羊毛织物防螨整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羊毛织物防螨整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成水溶液,然后采用高压喷涂的工艺将水溶液喷涂在织物表面,最后烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷13-18份、二苯酮10-14份、壳聚糖3-6份、异丙醇钛3-6份、苄基三甲基氯化铵3-6份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4-9份、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠3-6份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-20份、尿素12-14份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员所熟练掌握。
所述喷涂过程中,水溶液的温度为70-80℃,喷涂时间为5-10min。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为800-1000ppm。
