本发明公开了一种防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法,将己二酸、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、邻羟基苯甲酸酯、丙烯酸乙酯、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基磺酸钠己二胺、甲基环硅氧烷、双端羧基聚乙二醇份投入反应器中,氮气保护下升温反应,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵、天然皂甙、异丙醇钛、亚磷酸,真空反应2‑3h,反应后降温至70℃,停止反应,得到整理剂;将呢子大衣浸泡于整理剂中浸轧,浸轧后的呢子大衣烘干,烘干后再焙烘。本发明生产工艺简单,制作成本低,整理得到的呢子大衣具有优良的防毡缩性能和高强力保留率,同时还可以保持呢子大衣原有柔韧性和手感,耐水洗,安全无害的特点。

随着时代的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,健康与时尚是人们追求的一种消费方式。现有的普通面料已经不能满足人们的需求。舒适性、多功能、易护理的服装越来越受到消费者的青睐。因此消费者对织物面料的舒适性、多功能、易护理的要求也越来越高。呢子大衣,一种较厚较密的毛织品。其面料由于风格新颖别致,挺括中不失柔软,朴实中又不失时尚,粗犷中蕴涵典雅,故在秋冬市场十分走俏。呢子面料不能水洗,水洗容易掉毛、缩水和变形。在生活节奏极其紧张的今天,人们不愿花太多心思和时间在服装护理上。因此纺织企业不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,通过整理获得更舒适性、多功能、易护理的产品。整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。因此本发明提出一种低能耗、无污染的防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份数比,将己二酸13-18份、乙基三乙氧基硅烷8-10份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4-9份、丙烯酸乙酯4-7份、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠己二胺2-4份、甲基环硅氧烷4-7份、双端羧基聚乙二醇1-5份投入反应器中,氮气保护下升温至170-200℃,保温0.5-1h,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、天然皂甙12-16份、异丙醇钛3-6份、亚磷酸1-5份,升温至240-260℃,在0.04-0.08MPa下真空反应2-3h,反应后降温至70℃,停止反应,得到整理剂;
步骤2、将呢子大衣浸泡于整理剂中,浸泡后的呢子大衣在室温下进行浸轧工艺,浸泡时间0.5-2h,轧车转速为0.18-0.32m/s,压力1.4-2.6Mpa,浸轧后的呢子大衣放入烘箱中烘干,再将烘干后的呢子大衣放入170-200℃的焙烘箱中1-2分钟。
所述步骤2中浸轧工艺为二浸二轧工艺,其浸轧温度:20-50℃,轧余率:80-90%。
所述步骤2中烘干温度为120-160℃,烘干时间为1-5分钟。
所述整理剂的浓度为30-100g/L。
所述焙烘温度为185℃,焙烘时间为1.5分钟。
有益效果:本发明制备的产品的生产工艺简单,制作成本低,整理得到的呢子大衣具有优良的防毡缩性能和高强力保留率,同时还可以保持呢子大衣原有柔韧性和手感,耐水洗,安全无害的特点。

步骤2、将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀得到整理液,整理剂的浓度为30g/L,将呢子大衣浸泡于整理液中,浸泡后的呢子大衣在室温下进行浸轧工艺,浸轧工艺为二浸二轧工艺,其浸轧温度:20℃,轧余率:80%,浸泡时间0.5h,轧车转速为0.18m/s,压力1.4Mpa,浸轧后的呢子大衣放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为1分钟,再将烘干后的呢子大衣放入170℃的焙烘箱中1分钟。
实施例2
一种防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份数比,将己二酸15份、乙基三乙氧基硅烷9份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯6份、丙烯酸乙酯5份、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4份、十二烷基磺酸钠己二胺3份、甲基环硅氧烷6份、双端羧基聚乙二醇3份投入反应器中,氮气保护下升温至180℃,保温1h,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵7份、天然皂甙16份、异丙醇钛4份、亚磷酸3份,升温至250℃,在0.06MPa下真空反应2.5h,反应后降温至70℃,停止反应,得到整理剂;
步骤2、将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀得到整理液,整理剂的浓度为60g/L,将呢子大衣浸泡于整理液中,浸泡后的呢子大衣在室温下进行浸轧工艺,浸轧工艺为二浸二轧工艺,其浸轧温度:30℃,轧余率:85%,浸泡时间1h,轧车转速为0.22m/s,压力1.8Mpa,浸轧后的呢子大衣放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为140℃,烘干时间为3分钟,再将烘干后的呢子大衣放入185℃的焙烘箱中1.5分钟。
实施例3
一种防毡缩呢子大衣的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份数比,将己二酸18份、乙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯9份、丙烯酸乙酯7份、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵6份、十二烷基磺酸钠己二胺4份、甲基环硅氧烷7份、双端羧基聚乙二醇5份投入反应器中,氮气保护下升温至200℃,保温1h,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵7份、天然皂甙16份、异丙醇钛6份、亚磷酸5份,升温至260℃,在0.08MPa下真空反应3h,反应后降温至70℃,停止反应,得到整理剂;
步骤2、将整理剂和水混合后搅拌均匀得到整理液,整理剂的浓度为100g/L,将呢子大衣浸泡于整理液中,浸泡后的呢子大衣在室温下进行浸轧工艺,浸轧工艺为二浸二轧工艺,其浸轧温度,50℃,轧余率:90%,浸泡时间2h,轧车转速为0..32m/s,压力2.6Mpa,浸轧后的呢子大衣放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为160℃,烘干时间为5分钟,再将烘干后的呢子大衣放入200℃的焙烘箱中2分钟。

步骤1、按重量份数比,将己二酸13-18份、乙基三乙氧基硅烷8-10份、邻羟基苯甲酸酯4-9份、丙烯酸乙酯4-7份、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠己二胺2-4份、甲基环硅氧烷4-7份、双端羧基聚乙二醇1-5份投入反应器中,氮气保护下升温至170-200℃,保温0.5-1h,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、天然皂甙12-16份、异丙醇钛3-6份、亚磷酸1-5份,升温至240-260℃,在0.04-0.08MPa下真空反应2-3h,反应后降温至70℃,停止反应,得到整理剂;
步骤2、将呢子大衣浸泡于整理剂中,浸泡后的呢子大衣在室温下进行浸轧工艺,浸泡时间0.5-2h,轧车转速为0.18-0.32m/s,压力1.4-2.6Mpa,浸轧后的呢子大衣放入烘箱中烘干,再将烘干后的呢子大衣放入170-200℃的焙烘箱中1-2分钟。
