本发明公开了一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,经过冷堆、蒸洗、烧毛和半丝光步骤,完成天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺;本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在面料的印染加工之前添加了前处理工艺,并且将冷堆液和蒸洗液进行合理的调配,使得处理后的面料功能性更佳,能够有效的满足后道工序的需求;通过采用本工艺,避免了天丝与麻棉交织面料在加工过程中容易产生的擦伤、皱条、手感粗糙等缺点,使得处理后的天丝与麻棉交织面料具有光泽好、透气性好、更滑爽、悬垂性好、更飘逸的优点。

一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料生产加工技术领域,具体涉及一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺。
背景技术
随着时代的发展进步,有关生态、环保、无公害等绿色概念将越来越深入人心。绿色食品已经受到消费者的青昧,随之具有绿色概念的面料服饰,必将受到高度关注,开发前景非常广阔,同行业的开发竞争将呈现多方位、多层次。
天丝作为 21 世纪技术最成熟的绿色纤维,具有天然纤维的吸湿性、涤纶纤维的干湿高强力、粘胶纤维的悬垂性及真丝纤维的手感等物理机械性能,同时还具有环境友好性的优点,符合纺织“安全、环保、健康”的发展趋势。
目前,常见及使用广泛的织物有纯棉织物、真丝织物、亚麻织物和人造纤维织物。纯棉织物由于穿着舒适受到人们的普遍欢迎,但是在使用过程中,棉织物会滋生大量的细菌和瞒虫,容易发霉变味,而且不宜在洗涤液中浸泡过久和长时间曝晒,给使用者带来不便。尽管人们曾经尝试用添加抗菌剂的办法对棉织物进行抗菌处理,但这种添加剂不环保,并且可能对人体健康产生一定的影响。另外,棉织品虽穿着舒适,但是不利于速干,同时棉织物易掉浮色,洗涤时要防止串染和搭色,不便于洗涤;真丝织物存在洗涤、保养困难,不易打理,容易变形、褪色,价格昂贵等缺点 ;亚麻织物存在抗皱性能差,表面粗糙,暗淡、没有光泽等缺点,只能用于制造较低档次的服装;人造纤维织物人体穿着、接触时感觉不舒适,容易对皮肤产生刺激,易产生静电。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种工艺简单、操作方便的天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,其创新点在于:经过冷堆、蒸洗、烧毛和半丝光步骤,完成天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺;所述具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和2Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,所述每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;将面料进行冷堆,所述冷堆时间为20-24小时;
(2)蒸洗:
a.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,所述每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;双槽浸料,进行短蒸;
b.短蒸开机前,蒸箱后水封口需添加精炼剂,所述精炼剂的用量为20L;
(3)烧毛:采用四火口进行两正两反烧毛;
(4)半丝光:制备130-150g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,绷布滚筒进行半丝光处理。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的短蒸时间为1-1.5min,所述短蒸温度为100-102℃。
进一步的,所述烧毛机的车速为100-110m/min。
进一步的,所述浓碱的浓度为380g/L。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过在面料的印染加工之前添加了前处理工艺,并且将冷堆液和蒸洗液进行合理的调配,使得处理后的面料功能性更佳,能够有效的满足后道工序的需求;通过采用本工艺,避免了天丝与麻棉交织面料在加工过程中容易产生的擦伤、皱条、手感粗糙等缺点,使得处理后的天丝与麻棉交织面料具有光泽好、透气性好、更滑爽、悬垂性好、更飘逸的优点。

实施例1
一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,经过冷堆、蒸洗、烧毛和半丝光步骤,完成天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和2Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;将面料进行冷堆,冷堆时间为20小时;
(2)蒸洗:
a.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1min,短蒸温度为100℃;
b.短蒸开机前,蒸箱后水封口需添加精炼剂,精炼剂的用量为20L;
(3)烧毛:采用四火口进行两正两反烧毛;烧毛机的车速为100m/min;
(4)半丝光:制备130g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,绷布滚筒进行半丝光处理。
实施例2

a.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1.5min,短蒸温度为102℃;
b.短蒸开机前,蒸箱后水封口需添加精炼剂,精炼剂的用量为20L;
(3)烧毛:采用四火口进行两正两反烧毛;烧毛机的车速为110m/min;
(4)半丝光:制备150g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,绷布滚筒进行半丝光处理。
实施例3
一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,经过冷堆、蒸洗、烧毛和半丝光步骤,完成天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和2Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;将面料进行冷堆,冷堆时间为22小时;
(2)蒸洗:
a.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1.3min,短蒸温度为101℃;
b.短蒸开机前,蒸箱后水封口需添加精炼剂,精炼剂的用量为20L;
(3)烧毛:采用四火口进行两正两反烧毛;烧毛机的车速为105m/min;
(4)半丝光:制备140g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,绷布滚筒进行半丝光处理。
本发明通过在面料的印染加工之前添加了前处理工艺,并且将冷堆液和蒸洗液进行合理的调配,使得处理后的面料功能性更佳,能够有效的满足后道工序的需求;通过采用本工艺,避免了天丝与麻棉交织面料在加工过程中容易产生的擦伤、皱条、手感粗糙等缺点,使得处理后的天丝与麻棉交织面料具有光泽好、透气性好、更滑爽、悬垂性好、更飘逸的优点。

Claims (4)

1.一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:经过冷堆、蒸洗、烧毛和半丝光步骤,完成天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺;所述具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和2Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,所述每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;将面料进行冷堆,所述冷堆时间为20-24小时;
(2)蒸洗:
a.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,所述每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;双槽浸料,进行短蒸;
b.短蒸开机前,蒸箱后水封口需添加精炼剂,所述精炼剂的用量为20L;
烧毛:采用四火口进行两正两反烧毛;
半丝光:制备130-150g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,绷布滚筒进行半丝光处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的短蒸时间为1-1.5min,所述短蒸温度为100-102℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述烧毛机的车速为100-110m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝与麻棉交织面料的前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述浓碱浓度为:380g/L。
