Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天丝面料染前整理方法,属于纺织处理技术领域。
背景技术
天丝(Tencel)是一种溶剂型纤维素纤维,是英国Acocdis公司生产的LYOCELL纤维的商标名称,在我国注册中文名为"天丝",该公司通过十年开发,直至上世纪九十年代才完成商业应用,是最典型的绿色环保纤维。2004年5月由兰精公司合并后统一生产。其环保特点:原料来自木材,可不断自然再生,将木材制成木浆,采用(NMMO)纺丝工艺,将木浆溶解在氧化铵溶剂直接纺丝,完全在物理作用下完成,氧化铵溶剂循环使用,回收率达99%以上,无毒、无污染、天丝产品使用后可生化降解,不会对环境造成污染。故被称为“二十一世纪绿色纤维”,并获得国际绿色环保证书。它有棉的“舒适性、涤纶的“强度”、毛织物的“豪华美感”和真丝的“独特触感”及“柔软垂坠”,无论在干或湿的状态下,均极具韧性。在湿的状态下,它是第一种湿强力远胜于棉的纤维素纤维。百分之百纯天然材料,加上环保的制造流程,让生活方式以保护自然环境为本,完全迎合现代消费者的需求。
但是目前,对于天丝面料的染前处理主要采用烧毛—碱氧一浴处理(一预定形)—苛化处理—生物酶处理,这个过程涉及化学方法和生物方法,处理较为繁琐,不仅影响生产效率,而且生物酶活性不稳定,最红产品性能无法保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种天丝面料染前整理方法。它可以有效降低天丝面料的染前整理工艺。
本发明的技术方案:一种天丝面料染前整理方法,其特点是,包括以下步骤:
①烧毛;
②冷轧碱性复合精炼剂;
③恒温堆置;
④常温漂洗;
⑤浸轧强碱液丝光;
⑥热水洗;
⑦烘干。
上述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤①中烧毛温度1000~1100℃。
前述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤②的碱性复合精炼剂,包括4~10g/L氢氧化钠、2~6g/L双氧水、氧漂稳定剂4~6g/L、分散螯合剂1~2g/L、2~4g/L十二烷基磺酸钠、1~2g/L辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和0.1~0.5g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
前述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤③中恒温堆置的温度为60℃,恒温堆置的时间为90~120分钟。
前述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤④中常温漂洗的温度为15~35℃。
前述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤⑤中的强碱液包括90~110g/L氢氧化钠、渗透剂2~4g/L和非离子表面活性剂1~2g/L;浸轧时间4~6秒,轧余率80%~90%。
前述的天丝面料染前整理方法中,所述步骤⑥中的热水洗的水温为45℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用碱性复合精炼剂对天丝面料进行一体化脱浆氧化,结合后续的浸轧强碱液丝光工序,可以使天丝面料表面光洁,富有光泽,手感更加柔软,悬垂性更佳。而且本发明的方法较传统工序更为精简,减少处理时间,提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种天丝面料染前整理方法,包括以下步骤:
①1000~1100℃烧毛;
②冷轧碱性复合精炼剂;
③60℃恒温堆置90~120分钟;
④15~35℃漂洗;
⑤浸轧强碱液丝光;
⑥45℃热水洗;
⑦烘干。
其中碱性复合精炼剂,包括4~10g/L氢氧化钠、2~6g/L双氧水、氧漂稳定剂4~6g/L、分散螯合剂1~2g/L、2~4g/L十二烷基磺酸钠、1~2g/L辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和0.1~0.5g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选,碱性复合精炼剂包括6g/L氢氧化钠、4g/L双氧水、氧漂稳定剂5g/L、分散螯合剂1.5g/L、3g/L十二烷基磺酸钠、1.5g/L辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和0.2g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
强碱液包括90~110g/L氢氧化钠、渗透剂2~4g/L和非离子表面活性剂1~2g/L;浸轧时间4~6秒,轧余率80%~90%。

1.一种天丝面料染前整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①烧毛;
②冷轧碱性复合精炼剂;
③恒温堆置;
④常温漂洗;
⑤浸轧强碱液丝光;
⑥热水洗;
⑦烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天丝面料染前整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤①中烧毛温度1000~1100℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天丝面料染前整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤②的碱性复合精炼剂,包括4~10g/L氢氧化钠、2~6g/L双氧水、氧漂稳定剂4~6g/L、分散螯合剂1~2g/L、2~4g/L十二烷基磺酸钠、1~2g/L辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和0.1~0.5g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天丝面料染前整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤③中恒温堆置的温度为60℃,恒温堆置的时间为90~120分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天丝面料染前整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤④中常温漂洗的温度为15~35℃。
