背景技术
[0002]自20世纪80年代以来,随着天然纤维热的兴起,麻类织物以其优良的吸湿性、散热性及良好的服饰特点已逐渐被人们所认识,而且越来越受到青睐。大麻纤维与其它纤维混纺后的织物同样具有挺括、质地细薄、手感滑爽、穿着风凉、吸湿透气性好、保形性好的优点。加之大麻纤维还具有抗菌和抗静电能力强,对染料的吸附性能好,防紫外线辐射能力强等特点,深受国内外消费者的欢迎,其原料是制作夏季服装的主要原料之一。但大麻的木质素含量高,质地较硬,可纺性差,长期以来对大麻的开发利用不足,
[0003]为了有效地利用这一经济资源,为人类提供优质的纺织原料,国内外很多学者曾就麻类脱胶进行过研究。近年来,为提高大麻纤维的可纺性进行了大量的研究,而大麻可纺性主要又与工艺纤维细度、长度以及经脱胶后精干麻的残胶率及残余木质素含量高等有直接关系。
[0004] 因此,大麻纤维的预处理工艺的好坏,直接影响这大麻纤维的可纺性和后处理性能。
[0005] 大麻的纤维素含量较低,基本与亚麻相似,含胶量较高,所以大麻的前处理主要以脱胶为主,但大麻的木质素和半纤维素含量比其它麻类高,故大麻纤维粘结现象严重,脱胶困难。另外,大麻单纤细度较芒麻高,强力稍低于竺麻,但单纤长度比芒麻短很多,说明大麻单纤维无可纺性,大麻绝不能像竺麻那样进行全脱胶,只能采取“适度”脱胶法,在保证工艺纤维长度和强力的前提下,尽可能提高其细度。
[0006]目前大麻的脱胶基本包括三种方法:即化学脱胶、微生物脱胶。
[0007] 微生物脱胶存在菌种的酶活力还不够高,菌适应性差,抗杂菌能力弱,另外有关原麻预处理、化学法辅助处理、脱胶过程条件控制,以及反应性能等研究都是有待开展和加强的薄弱环节。
[0008] 化学脱胶会对纤维造成一定的损伤,脱胶后的麻纤维成单纤维状态,大麻单纤维长度仅20mm左右,很难直接用于纺织。而且麻化学脱胶废水色度深(大于4000倍)、碱性强(PH值高达13)、有机成分复杂且浓度高、水质波动大,是一种较难处理的有机废水,从环境保护角度考虑,是一种很不理想的脱胶方法。
[0009] 因此,目前存在的前处理脱胶方式存在各种缺陷不能满足实际生产的需要。

[0010] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种大麻前处理工艺。所述工艺对前处理工艺中各步骤的工艺条件进行优化,是经过前处理脱胶后的大麻纤维,木质素含量低于0.8%,纤维的色度、弹性、染色度、可纺性方面大大提高。
