本发明公开了一种涤纶欧根纱织物的染整工艺,该工艺在染色阶段加入植物染料、二氧化钛、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸,经过微波处理,使欧根纱表面变得丝滑,同时具备良好的抗紫外线性能和抗菌性能。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种涤纶面料的处理工艺,属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种涤纶欧根纱 织物的染整工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 欧根纱,是一种透明或半透明的轻纱,是法国、意大利等欧洲人在婚纱中的主要原 料,常覆盖于缎布或丝绸上面。它的特点在于轻盈飘逸,非常薄而透明,手感稍微硬挺,适用 于蓬型轮廓。传统的欧根纱是全真丝的,但现在许多欧根纱织物是由化学纤维织成的,如涤 纶、尼龙、醋酯、人丝等,被广泛用于婚纱、睡衣、面罩、包装面料、窗帘等方面。
[0003] 欧根纱有普通欧根纱和真丝欧根纱,区别是一种是化纤一种是真丝,真丝欧根纱 细分为丝绸系列面料类别的一种,本身带有一定硬度,易于造型,被欧美等国家广泛用于婚 纱、连衣裙、礼服裙的制作.真丝欧根纱手感更丝滑不会扎皮肤.但是仿丝欧根纱就会扎皮 肤。
发明内容
[0004] 基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种易洗、易去污、手感好的涤纶欧 根纱织物的染整工艺。
[0005] 本发明的技术方案如下:
[0006] —种涤纶欧根纱织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
[0007] A、上浆、上油:将欧根纱进行上浆和上油处理;
[0008] B、退浆精炼:采用高压喷射溢流机进行退浆精炼处理,工艺处方和条件如下:退浆 浴PH值8-9,精炼剂:l-2g/L,Na0H: l-2g/L,浴比:1:10-15,温度:80-90°C,时间:8-10min;
[0009] C、定型:处理温度为150-180 °C,时间40-60S;
[0010] D、染色:选择植物染料对欧根纱织物进行染色,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸, 染色温度为40-50 °C,染色过程中加入的二氧化钛,并进行微波处理,频率为500-800MHZ,时 间为 8-12min;
[0011] E、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
[0012] F、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸乳,再在170〜190°C条 件下烘干定型;
[0013] 优选的,所述的二氧化钛的粒径为20-30μηι。
[0014] 优选的,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的加入量为3-5g/L,柠檬酸的加入量为0.5-0.8g/L〇
[0015] 本发明在染色过程中,加入二氧化钛,在微波的强力频率作用下,与十二烷基苯磺 酸钠、柠檬酸一起作用,对欧根纱表面进行研磨,使欧根纱表面变得丝滑,同时增强植物染 料的染色效果;部分二氧化钛经研磨后随着染料与欧根纱结合,使欧根纱具备良好的抗紫 外线性能和抗菌性能。
[0016] 如果二氧化钛的粒径过小,研磨效果差,且成本高;粒径过大,则分散效果差。
[0017] 本发明的有益之处在于:本发明所述的涤纶欧根纱织物的染整工艺,在染色阶段 加入植物染料、二氧化钛、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸,经过微波处理,使欧根纱表面变得 丝滑,同时具备良好的抗紫外线性能和抗菌性能。

[0023] D、染色:选择植物染料对欧根纱织物进行染色,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸, 染色温度为40 °C,染色过程中加入的二氧化钛,并进行微波处理,频率为700MHz,时间为 12min;
[0024] E、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
[0025] F、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸乳,再在190°C条件下 烘干定型;

[0027] 所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的加入量为4g/L,柠檬酸的加入量为0.7g/L。

[0033] D、染色:选择植物染料对欧根纱织物进行染色,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸, 染色温度为50 °C,染色过程中加入的二氧化钛,并进行微波处理,频率为800MHz,时间为 8min;
[0034] E、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
[0035] F、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸乳,再在170〜190°C条 件下烘干定型;

[0043] D、染色:选择植物染料对欧根纱织物进行染色,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸, 染色温度为50 °C,染色过程中加入的二氧化钛,并进行微波处理,频率为500MHz,时间为 12min;
[0044] E、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
[0045] F、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸乳,再在180°C条件下 烘干定型;
