Abstract

本发明公开了一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,包括:织布、上浆上油、染色整理和后定型烘干,该方法采用超细涤纶纤维,轻柔,处理后悬垂性好;采用特定的仿真丝整理剂,对面料进行整理后,面料的热阻、湿阻、折皱回复度、静态悬垂度、磨擦色牢度、耐汗渍牢度、耐唾液色牢度等各项物性均接近或者超过真丝面料;采用一浴法进行染整处理,用水量少,符合节水节能的纺织工业新要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的制造方法,属于纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法。
背景技术
真丝面料存在着价格高、强度低、耐磨性差、不易洗涤,保养难度大等难以克服的问题,为此,有很多仿真丝面料进入市场,这类面料通过采用很多化纤原料结合独特的或者优选的制造工艺来制得仿真丝面料,以克服真丝面料的很多不足。
公开的文献,如专利号为CN1096333A的中国专利公开了一种采用三异涤纶共纺细旦长丝做经丝,细旦涤纶低弹丝做纬丝,织物结构采用变化平纹;公开号为CN1021270522A的中国专利公开了一种抗皱仿真丝面料,该面料采用斜纹组织,正面采用超细旦涤纶DTY,反面采用锦纶6DTY,以嵌织式方法进行织造完成;公开号为CN102011244A的中国专利公开了一种仿真丝闪光面料,该面料纬向采用天然纤维短纤交织相结合的加工方式,利用原料不同的着色性能、收缩性能、服用性能,使织物的强度、耐磨性、色光度及舒适度等大为提高。随着纺织工业的发展,为了使仿真丝面料在性能和功能上仿丝、超丝,现在仿丝技术更重视多种差别化、功能性技术的整合发挥,强调了纺丝、织造、染整等技术的相互融合。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用超细涤纶纤维为原料,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆和上油处理;
C、染色整理:采用特制的仿真丝整理剂和天然染料对面料进行一浴法整理;
D、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸轧,再在170-190℃条件下烘干定型。
优选的,所述步骤C中的仿真丝整理剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯粘合剂5-8%、氢氧化钠5-10%、双氧水1-3%、膨润土1-3%、柠檬酸0.5-1%、分散剂1-3%水余量。
优选的,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述的步骤C中,染色整理时,浴比为1:(8-20),处理时间为60-80min,温度为90-100℃;仿真丝整理剂的加入量为0.5-2%、天然染料的加入量为2-10%。
本发明的有益之处在于:1、面料采用超细涤纶纤维,轻柔,处理后悬垂性好;2、采用特定的仿真丝整理剂,对面料进行整理后,面料的热阻、湿阻、折皱回复度、静态悬垂度、磨擦色牢度、耐汗渍牢度、耐唾液色牢度等各项物性均接近或者超过真丝面料;3、采用一浴法进行染整处理,用水量少,符合节水节能的纺织工业新要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用超细涤纶纤维为原料,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆和上油处理;
C、染色整理:采用特制的仿真丝整理剂和天然染料对面料进行一浴法整理;
D、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸轧,再在175℃条件下烘干定型。
所述步骤C中的仿真丝整理剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯粘合剂7%、氢氧化钠8%、双氧水2%、膨润土1.5%、柠檬酸0.8%、分散剂2.5%水余量。
所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述的步骤C中,染色整理时,浴比为1:15,处理时间为75min,温度为95℃;仿真丝整理剂的加入量为1.2%、天然染料的加入量为8%。
实施例2:
一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用超细涤纶纤维为原料,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆和上油处理;
C、染色整理:采用特制的仿真丝整理剂和天然染料对面料进行一浴法整理;
D、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸轧,再在190℃条件下烘干定型。
优选的,所述步骤C中的仿真丝整理剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯粘合剂5%、氢氧化钠10%、双氧水1%、膨润土3%、柠檬酸0.5%、分散剂3%水余量。
优选的,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述的步骤C中,染色整理时,浴比为1:8,处理时间为80min,温度为90℃;仿真丝整理剂的加入量为2%、天然染料的加入量为2%。
实施例3:
一种仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用超细涤纶纤维为原料,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆和上油处理;
C、染色整理:采用特制的仿真丝整理剂和天然染料对面料进行一浴法整理;
D、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸轧,再在170℃条件下烘干定型。
优选的,所述步骤C中的仿真丝整理剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯粘合剂8%、氢氧化钠5%、双氧水3%、膨润土1%、柠檬酸1%、分散剂1%水余量。

对比实施例1
将实施例1中的膨润土去除,其余制备条件不变。
下面对实施例1-3和对比实施例1制备的仿真丝涤纶面料进行各项性能测试,同时我们也选择了与实施例1-3和对比实施例1制备的仿真丝面料的颜色、克重比较相近的真丝织物进行对比测试,比较两者之间的差异。

此外实施例1-3的样品的摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍牢度、耐唾液色牢度的检测结果均超过真丝,但对比实施例1的样品的抗起毛起球性能、摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍牢度和耐唾液色牢度均明显差于真丝。
膨润土是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,而蒙脱石结构是由两个硅氧四面体夹一层铝氧八面体组成的2:1型晶体结构。本发明中加入膨润土后,可能是由于其特殊的结构导致的吸附性能,增强了染整效果,从而增强了面料的抗起毛起球性能和色牢度。
此检测数据只针对上述检测样品。

A、织布:采用超细涤纶纤维为原料,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆和上油处理;
C、染色整理:采用特制的仿真丝整理剂和天然染料对面料进行一浴法整理;
D、后定型烘干:印花后进行后定型烘干处理,先进行清水浸轧,再在170-190℃条件下烘干定型。
2.如权利要求1所述的仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C中的仿真丝整理剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯粘合剂 5-8%、氢氧化钠 5-10%、双氧水1-3%、膨润土 1-3%、柠檬酸 0.5-1%、分散剂 1-3% 水余量。
3.如权利要求1所述的仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的仿真丝涤纶面料的染整方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤C中,染色整理时,浴比为1:(8-20),处理时间为60-80min,温度为90-100℃;仿真丝整理剂的加入量为0.5-2%、天然染料的加入量为 2-10%。
