染整指对纺织材料(纤维、纱线和织物)进行以化学处理为主的工艺过程,现代也通称为印染。染整同纺纱、机织或针织生产一起,形成纺织物生产的全过程。染整质量的优劣对纺织品的使用价值有重要的影响。随着社会的发展,人们对于织物的要求也在逐渐提升,已经不满足于最简单的结实耐用,而是对于面料的柔软性、抗皱性、是否抗紫外线等性能都提出了要求,因此有必要改进织物的染整工艺,使织物具备多种复合功能,更加符合目前市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、预处理:将织物浸入预处理液中,在50-60℃条件下蒸煮20-60min,随后取出,在80-90℃条件下水洗2-3次,再在50-60℃条件下水洗2-3次;
S2、染色:将织物浸入染色剂中,加入PH调节剂调节PH到4.0-5.0,然后升温到100-140℃,染色处理30-80min,取出染色后的织物,用50-70℃的蒸汽蒸10-20min,然后取出至烘干箱中,保温10min,再在80-90℃条件下还原清洗20-30min,脱水烘干;
S3、后整理:将织物浸入后整理液中,在50-90℃条件下轧液处理30-80min,取出后,在135-180℃条件下烘焙定型2-4min,得到成品织物。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S1中所述预处理液按质量百分比计包括如下组分:0.1-0.2%的消泡剂、1-5%的分散剂、5-10%的渗透剂、5-10%的淀粉酶、0.1-0.3%的磷酸钠、0.1-0.5%的太古油,其余为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S2中所述染色剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:20-30%的天然植物色素提取物、0.1-0.5%的纳米二氧化钛、1-3%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、4-8%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、1-5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15-20%的乙醇,其余为水。

S1、预处理:将织物浸入预处理液中,在50℃条件下蒸煮60min,随后取出,在80℃条件下水洗2次,再在50℃条件下水洗2次;
S2、染色:将织物浸入染色剂中,加入PH调节剂调节PH到4.0,然后升温到100℃,染色处理30min,取出染色后的织物,用50℃的蒸汽蒸10min,然后取出至烘干箱中,保温10min,再在80℃条件下还原清洗20min,脱水烘干;
S3、后整理:将织物浸入后整理液中,在50℃条件下轧液处理80min,取出后,在135℃条件下烘焙定型4min,得到成品织物。
步骤S1中所述预处理液按质量百分比计包括如下组分:0.1%的消泡剂、1%的分散剂、5%的渗透剂、5%的淀粉酶、0.1%的磷酸钠、0.1%的太古油,其余为水。
步骤S2中所述染色剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:20%的天然植物色素提取物、0.1%的纳米二氧化钛、1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、4%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、1%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15%的乙醇,其余为水。
步骤S3中所述后整理液为抗紫外线整理剂、抗皱整理剂、防蚊整理剂、凉感整理剂混合溶液。
所述抗紫外线整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1%的氧化锌、3%的聚丙烯酸钠、5%的油酸聚氧乙烯酯、5%的乙酸乙酯,其余为水。
所述抗皱整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1%的高碘酸钠、3%的氯化钡、5%的硝酸钙、5%的酒石酸、5%的苹果酸、20%的乙二醇,其余为水。
所述防蚊整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1%的天竺葵、1%的薰衣草、5%的磷酸二氢铵、5%的二丙二醇二甲醚、5%的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,其余为水。
所述凉感整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:5%的木糖醇、5%的角鲨烯、30%的异氰酸酯,其余为水。
实施例二:
一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、预处理:将织物浸入预处理液中,在55℃条件下蒸煮40min,随后取出,在85℃条件下水洗2次,再在55℃条件下水洗2次;
S2、染色:将织物浸入染色剂中,加入PH调节剂调节PH到4.5,然后升温到125℃,染色处理50min,取出染色后的织物,用60℃的蒸汽蒸15min,然后取出至烘干箱中,保温10min,再在85℃条件下还原清洗25min,脱水烘干;
S3、后整理:将织物浸入后整理液中,在70℃条件下轧液处理50min,取出后,在165℃条件下烘焙定型3min,得到成品织物。
步骤S1中所述预处理液按质量百分比计包括如下组分:0.15%的消泡剂、3%的分散剂、8%的渗透剂、7%的淀粉酶、0.2%的磷酸钠、0.3%的太古油,其余为水。
步骤S2中所述染色剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:25%的天然植物色素提取物、0.3%的纳米二氧化钛、2%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、2%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、17%的乙醇,其余为水。
步骤S3中所述后整理液为抗紫外线整理剂、抗皱整理剂、防蚊整理剂、凉感整理剂混合溶液。
所述抗紫外线整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:2%的氧化锌、4%的聚丙烯酸钠、7%的油酸聚氧乙烯酯、7%的乙酸乙酯,其余为水。
所述抗皱整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:3%的高碘酸钠、5%的氯化钡、6%的硝酸钙、6%的酒石酸、6%的苹果酸、25%的乙二醇,其余为水。
所述防蚊整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:3%的天竺葵、3%的薰衣草、8%的磷酸二氢铵、8%的二丙二醇二甲醚、8%的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,其余为水。
所述凉感整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:8%的木糖醇、7%的角鲨烯、35%的异氰酸酯,其余为水。
实施例三:
一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、预处理:将织物浸入预处理液中,在60℃条件下蒸煮20min,随后取出,在90℃条件下水洗3次,再在60℃条件下水洗3次;
S2、染色:将织物浸入染色剂中,加入PH调节剂调节PH到5.0,然后升温到140℃,染色处理80min,取出染色后的织物,用70℃的蒸汽蒸20min,然后取出至烘干箱中,保温10min,再在90℃条件下还原清洗30min,脱水烘干;
S3、后整理:将织物浸入后整理液中,在90℃条件下轧液处理30min,取出后,在180℃条件下烘焙定型2min,得到成品织物。
步骤S1中所述预处理液按质量百分比计包括如下组分:0.2%的消泡剂、5%的分散剂、10%的渗透剂、10%的淀粉酶、0.3%的磷酸钠、0.5%的太古油,其余为水。
步骤S2中所述染色剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:30%的天然植物色素提取物、0.5%的纳米二氧化钛、3%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、20%的乙醇,其余为水。
步骤S3中所述后整理液为抗紫外线整理剂、抗皱整理剂、防蚊整理剂、凉感整理剂混合溶液。
所述抗紫外线整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:3%的氧化锌、5%的聚丙烯酸钠、10%的油酸聚氧乙烯酯、10%的乙酸乙酯,其余为水。
所述抗皱整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:5%的高碘酸钠、6%的氯化钡、7%的硝酸钙、10%的酒石酸、10%的苹果酸、30%的乙二醇,其余为水。
所述防蚊整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:5%的天竺葵、5%的薰衣草、10%的磷酸二氢铵、10%的二丙二醇二甲醚、10%的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,其余为水。
所述凉感整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:10%的木糖醇、10%的角鲨烯、40%的异氰酸酯,其余为水。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、预处理:将织物浸入预处理液中,在50-60℃条件下蒸煮20-60min,随后取出,在80-90℃条件下水洗2-3次,再在50-60℃条件下水洗2-3次;
S2、染色:将织物浸入染色剂中,加入PH调节剂调节PH到4.0-5.0,然后升温到100-140℃,染色处理30-80min,取出染色后的织物,用50-70℃的蒸汽蒸10-20min,然后取出至烘干箱中,保温10min,再在80-90℃条件下还原清洗20-30min,脱水烘干;
S3、后整理:将织物浸入后整理液中,在50-90℃条件下轧液处理30-80min,取出后,在135-180℃条件下烘焙定型2-4min,得到成品织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述预处理液按质量百分比计包括如下组分:0.1-0.2%的消泡剂、1-5%的分散剂、5-10%的渗透剂、5-10%的淀粉酶、0.1-0.3%的磷酸钠、0.1-0.5%的太古油,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述染色剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:20-30%的天然植物色素提取物、0.1-0.5%的纳米二氧化钛、1-3%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、4-8%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、1-5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15-20%的乙醇,其余为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述后整理液为抗紫外线整理剂、抗皱整理剂、防蚊整理剂、凉感整理剂混合溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1-3%的氧化锌、3-5%的聚丙烯酸钠、5-10%的油酸聚氧乙烯酯、5-10%的乙酸乙酯,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述抗皱整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1-5%的高碘酸钠、3-6%的氯化钡、5-7%的硝酸钙、5-10%的酒石酸、5-10%的苹果酸、20-30%的乙二醇,其余为水。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述防蚊整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:1-5%的天竺葵、1-5%的薰衣草、5-10%的磷酸二氢铵、5-10%的二丙二醇二甲醚、5-10%的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,其余为水。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合功能涤纶织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述凉感整理剂按质量百分比计包括如下组分:5-10%的木糖醇、5-10%的角鲨烯、30-40%的异氰酸酯,其余为水。
