Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于生丝/Eco‑wash羊毛交织面料同色染色的方法,包括前处理、染色及皂洗步骤,染色根据染色配方加入活性染料、匀染剂O配制染液,加入柠檬酸调节染液pH值;染液开始升温,升温至30℃时加入织物开始染色,以一定的升温速率升温至保温温度,染色一定事件;本发明有效解决了生丝/羊毛交织面料色牢度较低、同色性差以及染色过程中生丝组分丝胶溶失等技术难点,克服了酸性染料一浴法染色牢度较低的缺点,克服了活性染料碱浴染色同色性差、丝胶溶失大的缺点。该方法工艺简单、方便,同色性好,色牢度高,具有广阔的应用价值。

Description

一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛(丝光)羊毛交织面料同色染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种多组分面料的染整方法,尤其是涉及一种适用于生丝/Eco-wash羊毛交织面料同色染色的方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是天然蛋白质纤维,素有“纤维皇后”和“人体第二肌肤”之美誉,不仅具有轻柔、飘逸的外观,更具有护肤、保健的内在品质,具有其它纤维无可比拟的优点。
目前市面上绝大多数真丝面料均经过脱胶处理,手感柔软,多用于制作内衣、丝巾以及夏季轻薄衣物等,风格较为单一。脱胶不仅造成了丝胶资源的浪费,还增加了废水处理负担。若对生丝直接染色,在染色的同时将丝胶固着在丝素上,使丝织物手感硬挺,立体感强,视觉效果好,如北京奥运会颁奖礼服,正是由柯根纱(生丝)织物直接染色而成,造型唯美,款式新颖,深受大众喜爱。
Eco-wash羊毛是采用臭氧法研制成功的新型防缩羊毛,防缩效果好、手感丰满,光泽柔和,穿着舒适,抗皱性好,克服了普通羊毛织物不能机洗、易起毛起球、贴身穿着有刺痒感等不足。
蚕丝(生丝)与Eco-wash羊毛交织面料,综合了两者的优异性能,使之兼有真丝柔和的光泽和羊毛优异的弹性,可以增加面料的弹性、挺括型、吸湿保暖性,提高面料性能,拓宽丝绸产品应用范围,可用来开发高档西服面料及其他休闲服饰面料。
但由于Eco-wash羊毛表面鳞片减少,纤维变细,在匀染性、移染性、染深性等方面与普通羊毛存在较大差异;生丝由于表面丝胶的存在,在染色性能、染色机理方面与脱胶后的蚕丝差异极大。目前未见有关生丝/Eco-wash羊毛交织面料同色染色的研究报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于生丝/Eco-wash羊毛交织面料同色染色的方法,解决生丝/Eco-wash羊毛交织面料同色染色技术难题,使面料色差达到3-4级,皂洗牢度≥4级,同时染色过程中生丝组分丝胶溶失率小于8%。
为了解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛(丝光)羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理:
取洗涤剂209配制洗涤液,将织物投入洗涤液中洗涤;
(2)染色:
染色配方为:

按上述染色配方依次加入活性染料、匀染剂O配制染液,加入柠檬酸调节染液pH值至5.4~6.3;染液开始升温,升温至30℃时加入织物开始染色,以1-2℃/min升温速率升温至80~90℃,保温60-80min;其中元明粉加入时间为达到保温温度15min时加总量的1/2,30min时加入剩余的1/2;
(3)皂洗:
将染色后的织物取出,皂洗织物。
优选后,前处理中的洗涤配方为:洗涤剂209浓度2g/L,洗涤温度60℃,洗涤时间30min。
优选后,所用的活性染料为一氟均三嗪+乙烯砜型、乙烯砜型、双一氯均三嗪类的活性染料。
优选后,所用的活性染料包括活性大红FN-3GL、活性红3BS、活性红CD、活性红3D、活性黄3RN、活性黄3RS、活性黄3GL、活性蓝FN-G、活性蓝CA、活性蓝S-LT、活性藏青S-G、活性艳蓝RN。
优选后,所用的匀染剂O为非离子型表面活性剂。
优选后,在皂洗过程中,配制含有皂洗剂与纯碱的皂洗液,在60-70℃的温度条件下,皂洗织物10min,其中皂洗剂浓度为1-3g/L,纯碱浓度为1-2g/L。
优选后,所用的皂洗剂为TF-130B、SBL-722。
由于采用上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
本发明为一种适用于生丝/Eco-wash羊毛交织面料同色染色的方法,有效解决了生丝/羊毛交织面料色牢度较低、同色性差以及染色过程中生丝组分丝胶溶失等技术难点,克服了酸性染料一浴法染色牢度较低的缺点,克服了活性染料碱浴染色同色性差、丝胶溶失大的缺点。该方法工艺简单、方便,同色性好,色牢度高,具有广阔的应用价值。
元明粉具有促染作用,加快染色速率,提高上染效果;
匀染剂O具有匀染作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
配制洗涤液对所有的织物进行洗涤
实施例1
采用大红色、丝毛平纹织物(生丝20%、Eco-wash羊毛80%)
染色工艺配方为:

按上述染色配方依次加入活性大红FN-3GL、匀染剂O配制染液,加入柠檬酸调节染液pH值至5.4~6.3;染液开始升温,升温至30℃时加入织物开始染色,以1-2℃/min升温速率升温至90℃,开始保温,保温15min时候加入1/2的元明粉,保温30min时候加入剩余的元明粉,保温60min。
取出染色后的织物进行皂洗,皂洗工艺配方为:

采用玫红色、丝毛平纹织物(生丝20%、Eco-wash羊毛80%)

Claims (5)

1.一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛丝光羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理:
取洗涤剂209配制洗涤液,将织物投入洗涤液中洗涤;
(2)染色:
染色组分为:

按上述染色组分依次加入活性染料、匀染剂O配制染液,加入柠檬酸调节染液pH值至5.4~6.3;染液开始升温,升温至30℃时加入织物开始染色,以1-2℃/min升温速率升温至80~90℃,保温60-80min;其中元明粉加入时间为达到保温温度15min时加总量的1/2,30min时加入剩余的1/2;所用的活性染料为一氟均三嗪+乙烯砜型、乙烯砜型、双一氯均三嗪类的活性染料;所用的匀染剂O为非离子型表面活性剂;
(3)皂洗:
将染色后的织物取出,皂洗织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛丝光羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于:前处理中的洗涤组分为:洗涤剂209浓度2g/L,洗涤温度60℃,洗涤时间30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛丝光羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于:所用的活性染料包括活性大红FN-3GL、活性红3BS、活性红CD、活性红3D、活性黄3RN、活性黄3RS、活性黄3GL、活性蓝FN-G、活性蓝CA、活性蓝S-LT、活性藏青S-G、活性艳蓝RN。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛丝光羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于:在皂洗过程中,配制含有皂洗剂与纯碱的皂洗液,在60-70℃的温度条件下,皂洗织物10min,其中皂洗剂浓度为1-3g/L,纯碱浓度为1-2g/L。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生丝/Eco-wash羊毛丝光羊毛交织面料同色染色方法,其特征在于:所用的皂洗剂为TF-130B、SBL-722。
