Abstract
本发明公开了一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;本发明通过对白坯布进行预定型处理,并在染色后对白坯布进行后整理,在预处理液和整理剂中添加了亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛等成分,使面料具备了良好的抑菌、除臭、除螨功能,增加了面料的固色性,面料更加耐水洗,且使用天然植物色素提取物作为染色原料,减少污染,更加环保。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体是一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法。
背景技术
春亚纺面料是问世已久的老品种,一种洋溢旺盛生命力、显示自然风貌的面料,最为常见品种有半弹春亚纺、全弹春亚纺、消光春亚纺等。在吴江东方丝绸市场上春亚纺的织造风格有平纹、斜纹、坚条、五枚、提花等,形成常年适销系列面料。传统工艺生产的春亚纺面料缺乏足够的功能性,无法满足人们逐渐提高的要求,不能够满足日益增长的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;
S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;
S3、染色:将白坯布放入染色机中染色;
S4、后处理:将染色后的面料浸入整理剂中,浸轧处理;
S5、定型:将面料水洗3-5次后,脱水处理,再对面料高温烘焙定型,得到成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S2中的煮漂温度为160-180℃,煮漂时间为60-90min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S2中的预处理液包括如下组分:亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、方酸二酯、丙酮、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S2中白坯布在预处理液中的浸渍时间为30-60min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S3中染色用的染料包括如下组分:天然植物色素提取物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠、扩散剂、分散剂、乙醇、去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S4中的整理剂包括如下组分:纳米氧化锌、聚丙烯酸钠、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、酒石酸、乙二醇、天竺葵、薰衣草、磷酸二氢铵、二丙二醇二甲醚、木糖醇、去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S4中的浸轧处理温度为140-150℃。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S5中的烘焙定型温度为170-190℃,烘焙定型时间为3-5min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对白坯布进行预定型处理,并在染色后对白坯布进行后整理,在预处理液和整理剂中添加了亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛等成分,使面料具备了良好的抑菌、除臭、除螨功能,增加了面料的固色性,面料更加耐水洗,且使用天然植物色素提取物作为染色原料,减少污染,更加环保。

实施例一:
一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;
S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;
S3、染色:将白坯布放入染色机中染色;
S4、后处理:将染色后的面料浸入整理剂中,浸轧处理;
S5、定型:将面料水洗3次后,脱水处理,再对面料高温烘焙定型,得到成品。
所述步骤S2中的煮漂温度为160℃,煮漂时间为60min。
所述步骤S2中的预处理液包括如下组分:亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、方酸二酯、丙酮、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、去离子水。

所述步骤S3中染色用的染料包括如下组分:天然植物色素提取物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠、扩散剂、分散剂、乙醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的整理剂包括如下组分:纳米氧化锌、聚丙烯酸钠、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、酒石酸、乙二醇、天竺葵、薰衣草、磷酸二氢铵、二丙二醇二甲醚、木糖醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的浸轧处理温度为140℃。
所述步骤S5中的烘焙定型温度为170℃,烘焙定型时间为3min。
实施例二:
一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;
S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;
S3、染色:将白坯布放入染色机中染色;
S4、后处理:将染色后的面料浸入整理剂中,浸轧处理;
S5、定型:将面料水洗4次后,脱水处理,再对面料高温烘焙定型,得到成品。
所述步骤S2中的煮漂温度为170℃,煮漂时间为80min。
所述步骤S2中的预处理液包括如下组分:亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、方酸二酯、丙酮、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、去离子水。
所述步骤S2中白坯布在预处理液中的浸渍时间为50min。
所述步骤S3中染色用的染料包括如下组分:天然植物色素提取物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠、扩散剂、分散剂、乙醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的整理剂包括如下组分:纳米氧化锌、聚丙烯酸钠、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、酒石酸、乙二醇、天竺葵、薰衣草、磷酸二氢铵、二丙二醇二甲醚、木糖醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的浸轧处理温度为145℃。

实施例三:
一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;
S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;
S3、染色:将白坯布放入染色机中染色;
S4、后处理:将染色后的面料浸入整理剂中,浸轧处理;
S5、定型:将面料水洗5次后,脱水处理,再对面料高温烘焙定型,得到成品。
所述步骤S2中的煮漂温度为180℃,煮漂时间为90min。
所述步骤S2中的预处理液包括如下组分:亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、方酸二酯、丙酮、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、去离子水。
所述步骤S2中白坯布在预处理液中的浸渍时间为60min。
所述步骤S3中染色用的染料包括如下组分:天然植物色素提取物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠、扩散剂、分散剂、乙醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的整理剂包括如下组分:纳米氧化锌、聚丙烯酸钠、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、酒石酸、乙二醇、天竺葵、薰衣草、磷酸二氢铵、二丙二醇二甲醚、木糖醇、去离子水。
所述步骤S4中的浸轧处理温度为150℃。
所述步骤S5中的烘焙定型温度为190℃,烘焙定型时间为5min。

S1、织造:选用涤纶经纱与纬纱,使用织布机采用平变纹理织造得到白坯布;
S2、预定型:对白坯布进行煮漂处理,随后浸入预处理液中,再低温过水预定型,并对白坯布作真空抽吸处理;
S3、染色:将白坯布放入染色机中染色;
S4、后处理:将染色后的面料浸入整理剂中,浸轧处理;
S5、定型:将面料水洗3-5次后,脱水处理,再对面料高温烘焙定型,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的煮漂温度为160-180℃,煮漂时间为60-90min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的预处理液包括如下组分:亚甲基硬脂酰胺脲、羟乙基纤维素醚、方酸二酯、丙酮、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛、去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中白坯布在预处理液中的浸渍时间为30-60min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中染色用的染料包括如下组分:天然植物色素提取物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠、扩散剂、分散剂、乙醇、去离子水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中的整理剂包括如下组分:纳米氧化锌、聚丙烯酸钠、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、酒石酸、乙二醇、天竺葵、薰衣草、磷酸二氢铵、二丙二醇二甲醚、木糖醇、去离子水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中的浸轧处理温度为140-150℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高F数春亚纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的烘焙定型温度为170-190℃,烘焙定型时间为3-5min。
