Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:第一步:以远红外纤维为第一经线、竹炭纤维为第二经线,以棉纤维和羊毛纤维的混纺纱为纬线织造成面料;第二步:将面料浸于能抗菌的染色工作液中,在230-250℃的温度范围内,470-510kPa的压力下,持续10小时不间断地染色,然后水洗并烘干;第三步:将面料于蓄热保暖整理剂中轧液,然后烘干;第四步:在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型。使得面料具有美观性、柔软舒适性、保暖性和抗菌性。

[0001] 本发明涉及染织领域,具体涉及一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法。
背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活水平的提高。人们对所使用的纺织品的舒适度的要求也越来越高,特别是对于贴身穿着的内衣面料,除了美观性和保暖舒适性的要求,还要求具有抑菌环保的特性。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,使得面料具有良好的保暖性能及抗菌性能。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
[0005] 第一步:以远红外纤维为第一经线、竹炭纤维为第二经线,以棉纤维和羊毛纤维的混纺纱为纬线织造成面料;
[0006] 第二步:将面料浸于能抗菌的染色工作液中,在230_250 °C的温度范围内,470-510kPa的压力下,持续10小时不间断地染色,然后水洗并烘干;
[0007] 第三步:将面料于蓄热保暖整理剂中轧液,然后烘干;
[0008] 第四步:在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型。
[0009] 改进的,所述第一经线采用了纤度为3-5.5dtex的远红外纤维。
[0010] 改进的,所述第二经线采用了纤度为3.5-6dtex、长度为55_95mm的竹炭纤维。
[0011] 改进的,所述棉纤维采用了纤度为1.2-1.5dtex、长度为35_45mm的棉纤维。
[0012] 改进的,所述纬线中棉纤维质量百分含量为70-80%、羊毛纤维的质量百分含量为I5-30%ο
[0013] 改进的,染色过程中,浴比控制为1: 13〜18,所述染色工作液包括染料、匀染剂、抗菌剂和醋酸,所述匀染剂的用量为1.7g/L,所述抗菌剂的用量为4〜7%。.w.f,所述染色工作液的pH值为4〜5。
[0014] 改进的,轧液过程中,浴比控制为1: 22〜28,所述蓄热保暖整理剂的用量为25-30g/L,轧余率为 75-80%。
[0015] 改进的,柔软定型工序为:面料先于175°C下柔软定型,然后于195°C再定型。

[0017] 采用上述技术方案后,该发明一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法:1)以远红外纤维为第一经线、竹炭纤维为第二经线,以棉纤维和羊毛纤维的混纺纱为纬线织造成面料,使面料具有一定的保暖性和抗菌性;2)通过添加有抗菌剂的染色工作液的染色处理使得面料具有良好的抗菌性,且满足人们对颜色的选择;3)通过于蓄热保暖整理剂中轧液处理使得面料具有良好的保暖性;4)通过定型机的柔软定型处理使得面料柔软舒适。具体实施方式

[0022] 第四步:在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂进行柔软定型,先于175°C下柔软定型,然后于195°C再定型。

1.一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: 第一步:以远红外纤维为第一经线、竹炭纤维为第二经线,以棉纤维和羊毛纤维的混纺纱为纬线织造成面料; 第二步:将面料浸于能抗菌的染色工作液中,在230-250°C的温度范围内,470-510kPa的压力下,持续10小时不间断地染色,然后水洗并烘干; 第三步:将面料于蓄热保暖整理剂中轧液,然后烘干; 第四步:在定型机的水槽中加柔软剂,面料经定型机柔软定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述第一经线采用了纤度为3-5.5dtex的远红外纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述第二经线采用了纤度为3.5-6dtex、长度为55-95mm的竹炭纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述棉纤维采用了纤度为1.2-1.5dtex、长度为35_45mm的棉纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述纬线中棉纤维质量百分含量为70-80%、羊毛纤维的质量百分含量为15-30%。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:染色过程中,浴比控制为1: 13〜18,所述染色工作液包括染料、匀染剂、抗菌剂和醋酸,所述匀染剂的用量为1.7g/L,所述抗菌剂的用量为4〜7%ο.w.f,所述染色工作液的pH值为4〜5。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:轧液过程中,浴比控制为1: 22〜28,所述蓄热保暖整理剂的用量为25-30g/L,轧余率为75-80%。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种抗菌保暖面料的制造方法,其特征在于:柔软定型工序为:面料先于175°C下柔软定型,然后于195°C再定型。
