现代纺织中追求开发优良的再生天然植物纤维织物,改进和提高天然植物纤维织物的服用功能,用来满足市场的需求,而人棉机织物具有特别的优势,对人棉织物染色满足更大的市场需求。现有技术中人棉织物染整方法染色不牢固,尤其是中深色染色技巧不足,染色步骤复杂。再比如透湿抗紫外线效果达不到满意的程度,消费者对服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性有更高的要求,服装的透湿性、抗紫外线已经成为人们购买服装的首选因素。而传统服装面料功能单一,档次不高,舒适度差,其附加值也不高,不能满足人们对服装的需求。此外,现有的人棉织物染整方法,大多是采用活性染料直接印花,小碎花型市场可以接受,但是碰到深色底,浅色小花的花型,印制效果模糊粗糙,立体感差,市场反应很不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种让深色底浅色花的花型获得很强的立体感的人棉织物拔印的染整方法,达到服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性的要求,并且具有透湿抗紫外线效果好,以及中深色染色牢固。
具体方案如下:一种高档人棉面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,其中涤纶丝与人棉纱的重量比为3-5:10;(2)对所述的初级高档机织人棉面料染色预处理:将所述的初级高档机织人棉面料放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为50℃-60℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15-0.20g/L、分散剂4-5g/L、渗透剂4-6g/L、硫酸0.10-0.20g/L、漂白粉0.10-0.20g/L、碳酸氢钠1-3g/L、双氧水3-10g/L、冰醋酸0.20-0.40g/L、磷酸钠0.15-0.25g/L、太古油0.15-0.25g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为10-50min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,并定型;(3)抗静电与抗皱整理:将步骤(2)中定型后的织物加入10-15g/L抗静电整理剂和1.3-1.7g/L柔软抗皱整理剂,在60-90℃下轧液处理50-60m/min;(4)将蒸煮与定型后的初级高档机织人棉面料进行染料拔印,即浸入染色液中,所述的染色液包括1ml/L的染色剂,1ml/L的螯合剂;升温至40-50℃,在蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸20-30min,曲线升至50-60℃,保温10min,再加入食盐与纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为为3-5g/L,再曲线升温至60-70℃,保温10min,在加入固色剂,所述固色剂2-5g/L,再曲线升温至70-80℃,保温10min,再加入浓度为8-10g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干;(5)后处理:经过步骤(4)染料拔印后的高档机织人棉面料放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化25-30h,在所述太古油水溶液中加入3-5ml/L的纯碱,然后取出洗净并晾干,即得到高档机织人棉面料。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步的,所述的染色剂为士林和雕白粉混料染料,所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1:1。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用柔软抗皱整理剂为抗静电整理剂,达到增加色泽的饱满程度,使光泽浑厚,增加织物的手感,更有仿毛的效果。本发明采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,透湿抗紫外线效果达到满意的程度,能满足消费者对服装面料的功能性、舒适性、健康性、环保性及保健性的要求。染色和固色处理,达到染色效果好,染料牢固,透气性好,确保了拔印工艺的印制的花纹的纹路清晰牢固,减少了疵品,手感良好,极大的满足客户的需求。

一种高档人棉面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,其中涤纶丝与人棉纱的重量比为5:10;(2)对所述的初级高档机织人棉面料染色预处理:将所述的初级高档机织人棉面料放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为60℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.20g/L,所述消泡剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,分散剂为烷基醇醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐5g/L,渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油6g/L,硫酸0.20g/L、漂白粉0.20g/L、漂白粉中主要成分为次氯酸钙,所述漂白粉有效氯含量为28(wt)%。,碳酸氢钠3g/L、双氧水10g/L、冰醋酸0.40g/L、磷酸钠0.25g/L、太古油0.25g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为50min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,并定型;(3)抗静电与抗皱整理:将步骤(2)中定型后的织物加入15g/L抗静电整理剂和1.7g/L柔软抗皱整理剂,抗静电整理剂为三乙醇胺,柔软抗皱整理剂为氨基硅改性有机硅共聚乳液,在90℃下轧液处理60m/min;(4)将蒸煮与定型后的初级高档机织人棉面料进行染料拔印,即浸入染色液中,所述的染色液包括1ml/L的染色剂,染色剂为士林和雕白粉混料染料,所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1:1,1ml/L的螯合剂,螯合剂为羟基羧酸,升温至50℃,在蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸30min,曲线升至60℃,保温10min,再加入食盐与纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为5g/L,再曲线升温至70℃,保温10min,在加入固色剂溴化十六烷基吡啶,所述固色剂5g/L,再曲线升温至80℃,保温10min,再加入浓度为10g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干;(5)后处理:经过步骤(4)染料拔印后的高档机织人棉面料放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化30h,在所述太古油水溶液中加入5ml/L的纯碱,然后取出洗净并晾干,即得到高档机织人棉面料。
实施例2
一种高档人棉面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,其中涤纶丝与人棉纱的重量比为3:10;(2)对所述的初级高档机织人棉面料染色预处理:将所述的初级高档机织人棉面料放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为50℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15g/L,所述消泡剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,分散剂4g/L、分散剂为烷基醇醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐,渗透剂4g/L、渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油,硫酸0.10g/L、漂白粉0.10g/L、漂白粉中主要成分为次氯酸钙,所述漂白粉有效氯含量为20(wt)%。,碳酸氢钠1g/L、双氧水3g/L、冰醋酸0.20g/L、磷酸钠0.15g/L、太古油0.15g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为10min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,并定型;(3)抗静电与抗皱整理:将步骤(2)中定型后的织物加入10-15g/L抗静电整理剂和1.3g/L柔软抗皱整理剂,抗静电整理剂为三乙醇胺,柔软抗皱整理剂为氨基硅改性有机硅共聚乳液,在60℃下轧液处理50m/min;(4)将蒸煮与定型后的初级高档机织人棉面料进行染料拔印,即浸入染色液中,所述的染色液包括1ml/L的染色剂,染色剂为士林和雕白粉混料染料,所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1:1,1ml/L的螯合剂,螯合剂为羟基羧酸;升温至40℃,在蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸30min,曲线升至50℃,保温10min,再加入食盐与纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为4g/L,再曲线升温至60℃,保温10min,在加入固色剂溴化十六烷基吡啶,所述固色剂2g/L,再曲线升温至70℃,保温10min,再加入浓度为8g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干;(5)经过步骤(4)染料拔印后的高档机织人棉面料放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化25h,在所述太古油水溶液中加入3ml/L的纯碱,然后取出洗净并晾干,即得到高档机织人棉面料。

Claims (9)

1.一种人棉面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,其中涤纶丝与人棉纱的重量比为3-5:10;(2)对所述的初级高档机织人棉面料染色预处理:将所述的初级高档机织人棉面料放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为50℃-60℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15-0.20g/L、分散剂4-5g/L、渗透剂4-6g/L、硫酸0.10-0.20g/L、漂白粉0.10-0.20g/L、碳酸氢钠1-3g/L、双氧水3-10g/L、冰醋酸0.20-0.40g/L、磷酸钠0.15-0.25g/L、太古油0.15-0.25g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为10-50min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,并定型。(3)抗静电与抗皱整理:将步骤(2)中定型后的织物加入10-15g/L抗静电整理剂和1.3-1.7g/L柔软抗皱整理剂,在60-90℃下轧液处理50-60m/min。(4)将蒸煮与定型后的初级高档机织人棉面料进行染料拔印,即浸入染色液中,所述的染色液包括1ml/L的染色剂,1ml/L的螯合剂;升温至40-50℃,在蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸20-30min,曲线升至50-60℃,保温10min,再加入食盐与纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为3-5g/L,再曲线升温至60-70℃,保温10min,在加入固色剂,所述固色剂2-5g/L,再曲线升温至70-80℃,保温10min,再加入浓度为8-10g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干。(5)后处理:经过步骤(4)染料拔印后的高档机织人棉面料放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化25-30h,在所述太古油水溶液中加入3-5ml/L的纯碱,然后取出洗净并晾干,即得到高档机织人棉面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述的染色剂为士林和雕白粉混料染料,所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1:1;所述的分散剂为烷基醇醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐;所述的渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油;所述的漂白粉中主要成分为次氯酸钙,所述漂白粉有效氯含量为20-28(wt)%。;抗静电整理剂为三乙醇胺;所述的螯合剂为螯合剂GD-108或羟基羧酸;所述的柔软抗皱整理剂为氨基硅改性有机硅共聚乳液或柔软抗皱整理剂JPBC;所述的固色剂为溴化十六烷基吡啶。
3.如权利要求2所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述漂白粉有效氯含量为25(wt)%。
4.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)采用涤纶丝与人棉纱加捻复合捻纱成线,形成初级高档机织人棉面料,其中涤纶丝与人棉纱的重量比为2:5。
5.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的染色预处理的温度为55℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15g/L、分散剂5g/L、渗透剂5g/L、硫酸0.20g/L、漂白粉0.10g/L、碳酸氢钠3g/L、双氧水8g/L、冰醋酸0.40g/L、磷酸钠0.15g/L、太古油0.15g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为20min。
6.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)抗静电与抗皱整理:将步骤(2)中定型后的织物加入15g/L抗静电整理剂和1.3g/L柔软抗皱整理剂,在60℃下轧液处理60m/min。
7.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)经过步骤(4)染料拔印后的高档机织人棉面料放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化28h,在所述太古油水溶液中加入4ml/L的纯碱。
8.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)将蒸煮与定型后的初级高档机织人棉面料进行染料拔印,即浸入染色液中,所述的染色液包括1ml/L的染色剂,1ml/L的螯合剂;升温至50℃,在蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸30min,曲线升至50℃,保温10min,再加入食盐与纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为为5g/L,再曲线升温至70℃,保温10min,在加入固色剂,所述固色剂3g/L,再曲线升温至80℃,保温10min,再加入浓度为8g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干。
9.如权利要求2所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的螯合剂为羟基羧酸,所述的柔软抗皱整理剂为氨基硅改性有机硅共聚乳液。
