为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种让深色底浅色花的花型获得很强的立体感的人棉织物拔印的染整方法,具体方案如下:一种人棉机织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:1):人棉机织物半成品的堆置气流处理;2):人棉机织物半成品的染色预处理:将水洗好的人棉机织物半成品放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为50℃-60℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15-0.20g/L、分散剂4-5g/L、渗透剂4-6g/L、硫酸0.10-0.20g/L、漂白粉0.10-0.20g/L、碳酸钠1-3g/L、双氧水3-10g/L、冰醋酸0.20-0.40g/L、磷酸钠0.15-0.25g/L、太古油0.15-0.25g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为10-50min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,进绳状水洗机皂洗;3):人棉机织物半成品的定型:皂洗后的人棉机织物半成品潮布上定型机,轧浓度为20g/L的防染盐S,打卷,并控制温度为130-150℃,车速为70-80m/min;4):人棉机织物半成品的印花:将定型好的人棉机织物半成品采用士林和雕白粉混料染料拔印,所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1∶1,投入温度为80-90℃、蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸20-30分钟,在绳状水洗机中加入浓度为8-10g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干,在绳状水洗机还加入食盐和纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为为3-5g/L,印花后即可得到染色人棉机织物;5):染色人棉机织物的固色,将所述的染色人棉机织物放置于固色剂中,所述的固色剂的浓度为3-6g/L;6):后整理:将固色后的染色人棉机织物放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化25-30h,取出洗净并晾干,即得到人棉机织物。

7.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤2):人棉机织物半成品的染色预处理:将水洗好的人棉机织物半成品放置在染色预处理溶液中蒸煮,所述的染色预处理的温度为55℃,所述溶液包括消泡剂0.15g/L、分散剂5g/L、渗透剂5g/L、硫酸0.20g/L、漂白粉0.20g/L、碳酸钠2g/L、双氧水5g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L、磷酸钠0.25g/L、太古油0.18g/L,所述的染色预处理的时间为20min;将蒸煮后的人棉机织物半成品导入溢流机中并冷洗导出,进绳状水洗机皂洗。
8.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤3):人棉机织物半成品的定型:皂洗后的人棉机织物半成品潮布上定型机,轧浓度为20g/L的防染盐S,打卷,并控制温度为140℃,车速为75m/min。
9.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤4):所述雕白粉和士林的质量之比为1∶1,投入温度为85℃、蒸汽压力为2kg的蒸化机气蒸25分钟,在绳状水洗机中加入浓度为9g/L的硼酸钠进行还原水洗,烘干,在绳状水洗机还加入食盐和纯碱,食盐与纯碱的质量相等,均为为4g/L,印花后即可得到染色人棉机织物。
10.如权利要求1所述的染整工艺,其特征在于:步骤5):染色人棉机织物的固色,将所述的染色人棉机织物放置于固色剂中,所述的固色剂的浓度为5g/L;步骤6):后整理:将固色后的染色人棉机织物放入1g/L的太古油水溶液中软化28h,取出洗净并晾干,即得到人棉机织物。
