本发明涉及一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,分多个步骤从多个方面对棉麻织编带的工艺做出改进,保证织编带在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干,其中织编带中的亚麻成分具有防紫外线,抑菌抗菌的功能,本发明所提供的棉麻织编带的生产方法克服了天然麻纤维面料手感生硬刺痒的固有缺憾,具有特殊的凹凸结构、优良的低过敏性、透湿性,抗皱性,且吸湿、透气性等各项指标优良,而且采用全天然纤维织造,低碳环保,与现在国际纺织服装流行趋势吻合。

背景技术
在纺织用品领域,织编带在服装、鞋帽、玩具、手袋、工艺、汽车、体育用品、医疗器具等领域被广泛应用,传统的织编带在湿掉的情况下弹性和耐磨性都较差,尺寸不稳定,缩水率大,不够挺拔、易皱折、不易洗、不容易干,其中很多织编带使用天然麻纤维,麻纤维生产的织编带手感生硬刺痒,使用人造纤维,废弃的织编带会造成环境污染,与现在国际纺织服装流行趋势不吻合。
另外使用单独的纤维生产织编带,结构简单,过敏性、透湿性,抗皱性,吸湿、透气性都存在缺陷。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供了一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺。
为达到上述目的,发明采用了下列技术方案:一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,材质包括55-60%棉和40-45%麻,工艺包括棉麻的混纺工艺,织编带的前处理工艺,染色工艺,后整理工艺;
棉麻的混纺工艺:
S1:混纺:将 55-60 支的纯棉纱线和捻系数为400-500的麻纱线采用平针织造工艺在织机上织造,其中纬平针面密度 120-125g/㎡,针筒转数 30-35r/min,所述麻纱线用量占面料总质量的40-45%,所述麻纱线的数目为25-30支;
前处理工艺:原布准备→烧毛→退浆→煮练→冷堆→酸洗→氯漂→氧漂→丝光
S2:原布准备:包括原布检验、翻布和缝头;所述原布检验包括物理指标和外观疵点两项;所述物理指标包括检验原布的长度、幅度、重量、经纬纱线密度、密度和强力,所述外观疵点包括检验原布的纺疵、织疵、各种班渍和破损,所述原布检验抽查总量的10%;所述翻布为将原布分批、分箱放置;所述缝头为将原布加以缝接;
S3:烧毛:将织物平幅快速通过高温火焰,在未升到着火点时,离开火焰;加强烧毛,火焰温度需达到1350℃以上,烧毛速度需达到80m/min;
S4:退浆:采用碱退浆的方法,将产品放入烧碱溶液中煮匀、煮透,将其中的浆料经水洗从织物上退除,设备可选用平幅汽蒸联合机;
S5:煮练:在高温的浓碱液中利用烧碱和其他煮练助剂对产品进行较长时间的煮练,将其中的杂质经水洗后从织物上退除;
S6:冷堆:恒温堆置18-20H;
S7: 酸洗:将产品放置到稀硫酸中均匀浸泡1分钟取出;
S8:氯漂:在常温下将产品放入PH值为10的次氯酸钠的漂液中进行漂白;
S9:氧漂:在高温下将产品放入PH值为10的双氧水漂液中进行漂白,氧漂选用汽蒸工艺;
S10:丝光:在室温或低温下,采用布铗丝光的方式,使产品在经纬方向上都受到张力,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,处理时间5~10分,碱液浓度160~200g/L;
染色工艺:
S11:染色:将产品浸渍于染液中,使染料与纤维发生物理结合,染中浅色选用活性染料,深色选用液体硫化染料;
后整理工艺:柔软整理→预缩处理→生物酶处理→抗皱整理
S12:柔软整理:采用化学整理方式,将产品在柔软剂溶液中浸渍一定时间,然后脱液、干燥;整理时硅油交联固着温度低于140℃,化学柔软整理柔软剂选用聚醚改性硅油,设备选用热风拉幅机;
S13:预缩处理:将布面含湿20~30%的产品在预缩机中进行预缩,预缩机的蒸汽压力需达到0.3MPa以上;
S14:生物酶处理:选用改性酸性纤维素酶作为生物酶,在pH4.5~5.5.温度45~55℃的条件下对产品进行处理,处理时间30~60分钟,生物酶处理后,减量率控制在5%以下,产品的强力损失小于20%,设备选用喷射液流染色机;
S15:抗皱整理:采用松式预烘树脂整理,整理剂选用2D树脂和聚氨酯树脂拼用。

在上述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺中,S10的丝光工艺可以选用在室温或低温下,使用履带箱进行松堆丝光的方法替代;平漂布可以复漂一次,而不丝光。
在上述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺中,S10的丝光后,采用蒸箱去碱方法充分去碱,直至织物呈中性。
在上述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺中,S12中化学柔软整理可以选用机械整理方法替代,机械整理方法在张力状态下,将产品多次揉屈;机械整理可选用干、湿方式进行处理。
本发明提供的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺分为多个步骤从多个方面提升棉麻织编带的加工效率和棉麻织编带的质量,首先是棉麻混纺,用55-60%棉和40-45%麻混纺出来的织编带:柔软、透气、舒适、健康,价格也比较容易接受。
本发明采用的原布检验用以检查坯布质量,可以发现原布问题能及时加以解决。将原布加以缝接可以确保产品连续成批的加工。烧毛处理可以烧去布面上的绒毛,使布面光洁美观,并防止在染色、印花时因绒毛存在而产生染色不匀及印花疵病,两正两反烧毛可以达到烧去绒毛,又不伤害织物的目的。退浆处理可以去除织编带上的浆料,提高产品的吸水性能和产品的质量,减少后期染化药品的消耗。煮练时使用的果胶质能使酯键水解,果胶大分子断裂,成为可溶性的羧酸钠盐,水中溶解度提高;含氮物质,在烧碱溶液中长时间煮沸,酰胺键发生水解断裂,形成氨基酸钠盐除去棉籽壳去除;蜡状物质的脂肪酸类物质在热稀烧碱溶液中发生皂化而溶解,水洗去除,其余的高级醇和碳氢化合物经乳化去除;棉籽壳,在高温烧碱长时间的作用下,发生溶胀,变软,经水洗和机械揉搓去除。漂白处理可以去除色素,赋于织物必要的和稳定的白度,而纤维本身则不受显著的损伤。选用PH值为10的次氯酸钠漂白,选用的设备简单,操作方便、成本低,但处理过的产品白度较低,酸洗可以提高白度,故需要在漂白前增加酸洗处理,选用PH值为4-4.5的亚氯酸钠漂白,处理过的产品具有白度好,对纤维损伤小的优点,但设备需要特殊的金属材料制成,双氧水漂白织物白度高而稳定,手感好,还能去除浆料及天然杂质。在适当条件下,与烧碱联合,能使退浆、煮练、漂白一次完成。脱氯处理可以防止织编带在后期过程中因残氯存在而受损。丝光处理可以提高织物性能。棉织物经过丝光后,纤维膨化,使纤维纵向天然扭转消失,横截面成椭圆形,对光的反向更有规律,因而增进了光泽。纤维无形定区的增加,使染色时染料的上染率增加。取向度的提高,使织物强力增加,同时还有定形作用。
本发明采用的染色处理可以使染料逐渐染上织编带,处理后的产品色泽均匀,具有良好的染色牢度。
本发明选用的柔软整理可以获得一种柔软的手感以方便织编带加工和提高织编带的使用性能。预缩处理可降低织编带缩水、改善手感。生物酶处理利用生物酶的专一性,使纤维素部分水解,处理后的织编带可以获得柔软、膨松的手感,同时可以改善麻纤维的刺痒感。抗皱整理可以改善麻织物易起皱的缺点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合发明实施例,对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于发明保护的范围。
一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,其特征在于,材质包括55-60%棉和40-45%麻,工艺包括棉麻的混纺工艺,织编带的前处理工艺,染色工艺,后整理工艺;
棉麻的混纺工艺:
S1:混纺:将 55-60 支的纯棉纱线和捻系数为400-500的麻纱线采用平针织造工艺在织机上织造,其中纬平针面密度 120-125g/㎡,针筒转数 30-35r/min,所述麻纱线用量占面料总质量的40-45%,所述麻纱线的数目为25-30支;
前处理工艺:原布准备→烧毛→退浆→煮练→冷堆→酸洗→氯漂→氧漂→丝光
S2:原布准备:包括原布检验、翻布和缝头;所述原布检验包括物理指标和外观疵点两项;所述物理指标包括检验原布的长度、幅度、重量、经纬纱线密度、密度和强力,所述外观疵点包括检验原布的纺疵、织疵、各种班渍和破损,所述原布检验抽查总量的10%;所述翻布为将原布分批、分箱放置;所述缝头为将原布加以缝接;
S3:烧毛:将织物平幅快速通过高温火焰,在未升到着火点时,离开火焰;加强烧毛,火焰温度需达到1350℃以上,烧毛速度需达到80m/min;
S4:退浆:采用碱退浆的方法,将产品放入烧碱溶液中煮匀、煮透,将其中的浆料经水洗从织物上退除,设备可选用平幅汽蒸联合机;
S5:煮练:在高温的浓碱液中利用烧碱和其他煮练助剂对产品进行较长时间的煮练,将其中的杂质经水洗后从织物上退除;
S6:冷堆:恒温堆置18-20H;
S7: 酸洗:将产品放置到稀硫酸中均匀浸泡1分钟取出;
S8:氯漂:在常温下将产品放入PH值为10的次氯酸钠的漂液中进行漂白;
S9:氧漂:在高温下将产品放入PH值为10的双氧水漂液中进行漂白,氧漂选用汽蒸工艺;
S10:丝光:在室温或低温下,采用布铗丝光的方式,使产品在经纬方向上都受到张力,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,处理时间5~10分,碱液浓度160~200g/L;
染色工艺:
S11:染色:将产品浸渍于染液中,使染料与纤维发生物理结合,染中浅色选用活性染料,深色选用液体硫化染料;
后整理工艺:柔软整理→预缩处理→生物酶处理→抗皱整理
S12:柔软整理:采用化学整理方式,将产品在柔软剂溶液中浸渍一定时间,然后脱液、干燥;整理时硅油交联固着温度低于140℃,化学柔软整理柔软剂选用聚醚改性硅油,设备选用热风拉幅机;
S13:预缩处理:将布面含湿20~30%的产品在预缩机中进行预缩,预缩机的蒸汽压力需达到0.3MPa以上;
S14:生物酶处理:选用改性酸性纤维素酶作为生物酶,在pH4.5~5.5.温度45~55℃的条件下对产品进行处理,处理时间30~60分钟,生物酶处理后,减量率控制在5%以下,产品的强力损失小于20%,设备选用喷射液流染色机;
S15:抗皱整理:采用松式预烘树脂整理,整理剂选用2D树脂和聚氨酯树脂拼用。

Claims (8)

1.一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,其特征在于,材质包括55-60%棉和40-45%麻,工艺包括棉麻的混纺工艺,织编带的前处理工艺,染色工艺,后整理工艺;
棉麻的混纺工艺:
S1:混纺:将 55-60 支的纯棉纱线和捻系数为400-500的麻纱线采用平针织造工艺在织机上织造,其中纬平针面密度 120-125g/㎡,针筒转数 30-35r/min,所述麻纱线用量占面料总质量的40-45%,所述麻纱线的数目为25-30支;
前处理工艺:原布准备→烧毛→退浆→煮练→冷堆→酸洗→氯漂→氧漂→丝光
S2:原布准备:包括原布检验、翻布和缝头;所述原布检验包括物理指标和外观疵点两项;所述物理指标包括检验原布的长度、幅度、重量、经纬纱线密度、密度和强力,所述外观疵点包括检验原布的纺疵、织疵、各种班渍和破损,所述原布检验抽查总量的10%;所述翻布为将原布分批、分箱放置;所述缝头为将原布加以缝接;
S3:烧毛:将织物平幅快速通过高温火焰,在未升到着火点时,离开火焰;加强烧毛,火焰温度需达到1350℃以上,烧毛速度需达到80m/min;
S4:退浆:采用碱退浆的方法,将产品放入烧碱溶液中煮匀、煮透,将其中的浆料经水洗从织物上退除,设备可选用平幅汽蒸联合机;
S5:煮练:在高温的浓碱液中利用烧碱和其他煮练助剂对产品进行较长时间的煮练,将其中的杂质经水洗后从织物上退除;
S6:冷堆:恒温堆置18-20H;
S7: 酸洗:将产品放置到稀硫酸中均匀浸泡1分钟取出;
S8:氯漂:在常温下将产品放入PH值为10的次氯酸钠的漂液中进行漂白;
S9:氧漂:在高温下将产品放入PH值为10的双氧水漂液中进行漂白,氧漂选用汽蒸工艺;
S10:丝光:在室温或低温下,采用布铗丝光的方式,使产品在经纬方向上都受到张力,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,处理时间5~10分,碱液浓度160~200g/L;
染色工艺:
S11:染色:将产品浸渍于染液中,使染料与纤维发生物理结合,染中浅色选用活性染料,深色选用液体硫化染料;
后整理工艺:柔软整理→预缩处理→生物酶处理→抗皱整理
S12:柔软整理:采用化学整理方式,将产品在柔软剂溶液中浸渍一定时间,然后脱液、干燥;整理时硅油交联固着温度低于140℃,化学柔软整理柔软剂选用聚醚改性硅油,设备选用热风拉幅机;
S13:预缩处理:将布面含湿20~30%的产品在预缩机中进行预缩,预缩机的蒸汽压力需达到0.3MPa以上;
S14:生物酶处理:选用改性酸性纤维素酶作为生物酶,在pH4.5~5.5.温度45~55℃的条件下对产品进行处理,处理时间30~60分钟,生物酶处理后,减量率控制在5%以下,产品的强力损失小于20%,设备选用喷射液流染色机;
S15:抗皱整理:采用松式预烘树脂整理,整理剂选用2D树脂和聚氨酯树脂拼用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,其特征在于:S3的烧毛可以选用将产品擦过赤热的金属表面,在未升到着火点时,离开赤热的金属表面的方法替代,所述的烧毛工艺需要经过两次正面烧毛和两次反面烧毛,每次烧毛完成后用清水灭火。

5.根据权利要求1,5所述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,其特征在于:次氯酸钠和亚氯酸钠漂白后都要进行脱氯处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织编带的生产工艺,其特征在于:S10的丝光工艺可以选用在室温或低温下,使用履带箱进行松堆丝光的方法替代;平漂布可以复漂一次,而不丝光。
