Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚氨酯织线,特别涉及一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方及其加工方法。本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方,包括有原料10%—30%、聚氨酯树脂8%—15%、二甲基甲酰胺9%—21%、化浆粉20%—35%、碳酸钙15%—30%。采用上述技术方案,提供了一种产量高、质量得到保证的聚氨酯织线的加工配方及其加工方法。

聚氨酯织线的加工配方及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯织线,特别涉及一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方及其加工方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯织线(PU织线)是以各种纱线为主要原料,其线品种类繁多,广泛用于服饰、商标印刷、鞋材、箱包等产业中。
传统的聚氨酯织线(PU织线)采用手工作坊实施加工,不仅加工效率低,而且质量难以保证。
随着该领域技术人员不断的研发,市场上出现了一些用于加工聚氨酯织线(PU织线)的设备。然而,由于聚氨酯织线(PU织线)的需求量不断扩大,传统的设备及加工工艺所加工出的聚氨酯织线(PU织线)已无法满足市场上对于聚氨酯织线(PU织线)的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种产量高、质量得到保证的聚氨酯织线的加工配方及其加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方,包括有原料10%—30%、聚氨酯树脂8%—15%、二甲基甲酰胺9%—21%、化浆粉20%—35%、碳酸钙15%—30%。
其中,原料为涤棉线。
采用上述技术方案,配比出的聚氨酯织线不仅牢固,质量得到保证,而且其中的甲基甲酰胺为一种极性溶剂,其在配方中作为载体溶剂,聚氨酯树脂与二甲基甲酰胺具有亲和性,且聚氨酯树脂与水不亲和。因此,二甲基甲酰胺可被水置换,而聚氨酯树脂则与水凝固,促使加工出的聚氨酯织线的表面具有微孔聚氨酯粒面层,其质量得到保证。被水置换的二甲基甲酰胺则可便于后续的废料处理,从而减少对环境的污染,同时也可减少废料处理成本。
本发明提供了一种聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:a、首先将聚氨酯树脂溶解于二甲基甲酰胺中,配置成浆料;
b、将若干根涤棉线并成若干根;
c、将步骤b中完成并线的涤纶线放置于步骤a的浆料中浸泡,促使浆料涂布与涤纶线上;
d、将步骤c中完成涂布的涤纶线实施入水凝固;
e、将步骤d中完成凝固的涤纶线实施烘干,形成半成品聚氨酯织线;
f、将步骤e中完成烘干的半成品聚氨酯织线进行水洗、烘干、冷却,使其形成聚氨酯织线成品。
其中,步骤f中完成水洗后,可对半成品聚氨酯织线的表面进行压花,促使其表面形成纹路。
步骤d中的入水凝固需将经过涂布的涤纶线移送至十米的冷却槽实施冷却,然后将其投入二十米的清水槽中清洗。
步骤e中的烘干温度为45℃—50℃。
采用上述技术方案,将聚氨酯树脂溶解于二甲基甲酰胺中形成用于涂布涤棉线的浆料;然后将其入水凝固后,其中的二甲基甲酰胺被水置换,聚氨酯树脂则包覆于涤棉线上,促使涤棉线形成多孔性皮膜,保证了产品的质量;经过十米的冷却槽实施冷却及二十米的清水槽中清洗可实现大批量的加工及生产,从而提高产品的产量,以此满足市场的需求。且其中的二甲基甲酰胺在后续的废料处理过程中便于收集,从而减少了对环境的污染及废料处理的成本。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方,包括有原料10%—30%、聚氨酯树脂8%—15%、二甲基甲酰胺9%—21%、化浆粉20%—35%、碳酸钙15%—30%。其中原料优选涤棉线。采用上述配方,配比出的聚氨酯织线不仅牢固,质量得到保证,而且其中的甲基甲酰胺为一种极性溶剂,其在配方中作为载体溶剂,聚氨酯树脂与二甲基甲酰胺具有亲和性,且聚氨酯树脂与水不亲和。因此,二甲基甲酰胺可被水置换,而聚氨酯树脂则与水凝固,促使加工出的聚氨酯织线的表面具有微孔聚氨酯粒面层,其质量得到保证。被水置换的二甲基甲酰胺则可便于后续的废料处理,从而减少对环境的污染,同时也可减少废料处理成本。
如图1所示,本发明为一种聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:a、首先将聚氨酯树脂溶解于二甲基甲酰胺中,配置成浆料;b、将若干根涤棉线并成若干根;c、将步骤b中完成并线的涤纶线放置于步骤a的浆料中浸泡,促使浆料涂布与涤纶线上;d、将步骤c中完成涂布的涤纶线实施入水凝固;e、将步骤d中完成凝固的涤纶线实施烘干,形成半成品聚氨酯织线;f、将步骤e中完成烘干的半成品聚氨酯织线进行水洗、烘干、冷却,使其形成聚氨酯织线成品。步骤f中完成水洗后,可对半成品聚氨酯织线的表面进行压花,促使其表面形成纹路。纹路可根据设计需要实施选择。为了实施大批量的生产,提高其产能,步骤d中的入水凝固需将经过涂布的涤纶线移送至十米的冷却槽实施冷却,然后将其投入二十米的清水槽中清洗。同时,为了保证加工质量,使其牢固的同时保持较好的柔软性,步骤e中的烘干温度为45℃—50℃。

Claims (7)

1.一种聚氨酯织线的加工配方,其特征在于:包括有原料10%—30%、聚氨酯树脂8%—15%、二甲基甲酰胺9%—21%、化浆粉20%—35%、碳酸钙15%—30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯织线的加工配方,其特征在于:所述的原料为涤棉线。
3.一种采用权利要求1中加工配方实施的聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:a、首先将聚氨酯树脂溶解于二甲基甲酰胺中,配置成浆料;
b、将若干根涤棉线并成若干根;
c、将步骤b中完成并线的涤纶线放置于步骤a的浆料中浸泡,促使浆料涂布与涤纶线上;
d、将步骤c中完成涂布的涤纶线实施入水凝固;
e、将步骤d中完成凝固的涤纶线实施烘干,形成半成品聚氨酯织线;
f、将步骤e中完成烘干的半成品聚氨酯织线进行水洗、烘干、冷却,使其形成聚氨酯织线成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤f中完成水洗后,可对半成品聚氨酯织线的表面进行压花,促使其表面形成纹路。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤d中的入水凝固需将经过涂布的涤纶线移送至十米的冷却槽实施冷却,然后将其投入二十米的清水槽中清洗。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤e中的烘干温度为45℃—50℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的聚氨酯织线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤e中的烘干温度为45℃—50℃。
