Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,上述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。本发明的纱线主体通过聚氨酯树脂与普通涤纶、氨纶、棉等纱线采用浸润的方式结合,聚氨酯树脂对纱线的表面覆盖,纱线主体不容易散纱,且不易起毛球,具有热可塑性强、耐磨性好的优点;纱线主体不易藏污纳垢,容易清洁打理,给人们生活带来方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线技术领域,特别是指一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱和面料。
背景技术
纱线是一种纺织品,用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等。现有的纱线织成布作成的服装,使用一段时间容易出现起毛球现象,服装显得相当不美观,穿在身上易感到不适。另外,普通纱线织成的网布类材料,由于纱线本身不耐脏,纱线与污垢接触后很难清理掉残留的痕迹,清洁难度高,很难打理,给人们生活造成不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱和面料,以克服现有普通纱线存在容易起毛球、很难打理等问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,上述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。
进一步改进地,上述纱线分体为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线的一种或者多种。
进一步改进地,上述聚氨酯层的厚度为上述纱线分体的截面直径的1.01~1.05倍。
进一步改进地,上述纱线主体的线密度为50D~2500D。
进一步改进地,上述外交联水性聚氨酯膜覆盖于纱线分体的方式为将上述纱线主体浸泡在热固型聚氨酯乳液中然后烘干。
进一步改进地,上述热固型聚氨酯乳液按重量百分比包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂35%~60%、增稠剂10%~20%、稀释剂25%~50%、固化剂2%~5%。
进一步改进地,上述固化剂为氮丙啶或者氨基树脂或者环氧树脂。
进一步改进地,上述纱线主体在150℃~200℃的烘箱中烘干,烘干时长为60秒~300秒。
一种面料,包括面料主体,上述面料主体由如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的纱线主体织成。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明的纱线主体通过聚氨酯树脂与普通涤纶、氨纶、棉等纱线采用浸润的方式结合,聚氨酯树脂对纱线的表面覆盖,纱线主体不容易散纱,且不易起毛球,具有热可塑性强、耐磨性好的优点;纱线主体不易藏污纳垢,容易清洁打理,给人们生活带来方便。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施方式一:
参照图1,一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,上述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。
上述纱线分体为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线的一种或者多种,纱线分体优选为棉纱线,棉纱线多股加捻一体构成纱线主体。
上述聚氨酯层的厚度为上述纱线分体的截面直径的1.05倍。
上述纱线主体的线密度为50D~2500D,优选纱线主体的线密度为2500D。
上述外交联水性聚氨酯膜覆盖于纱线分体的方式为将上述纱线主体浸泡在热固型聚氨酯乳液中然后烘干。
上述热固型聚氨酯乳液按重量百分比包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂60%、增稠剂10%、稀释剂25%、固化剂5%。
上述固化剂为氮丙啶或者氨基树脂或者环氧树脂,优选固化剂为氮丙啶。
上述纱线主体在150℃~200℃的烘箱中烘干,烘干时长为60秒~300秒,优选烘干时长为300秒。
测试本实施方式一中制备得到的纱线的耐磨性能,测试方法和测试结果如表1所示,表1为实施方式一制备得到的纱线的耐磨性能测试方法和测试结果。

由表1可知,本实施方式一的技术方案制备得到的纱线的耐磨性能好。
实施方式二:
参照图1,一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,上述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。
上述纱线分体为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线的一种或者多种,纱线分体优选为棉纱线和涤纶纱线。
上述聚氨酯层的厚度为上述纱线分体的截面直径的1.01倍。
上述纱线主体的线密度为50D~2500D,优选纱线主体的线密度为50D。
上述外交联水性聚氨酯膜覆盖于纱线分体的方式为将上述纱线主体浸泡在热固型聚氨酯乳液中然后烘干。
上述热固型聚氨酯乳液按重量百分比包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂35%、增稠剂20%、稀释剂43%、固化剂2%。
上述固化剂为氮丙啶或者氨基树脂或者环氧树脂,优选固化剂为氮丙啶。
上述纱线主体在150℃~200℃的烘箱中烘干,烘干时长为60秒~300秒,优选烘干时长为60秒。
实施方式三:
参照图1,一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,上述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。
上述纱线分体为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线的一种或者多种,纱线分体优选为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线,棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线多股加捻一体构成纱线主体。
上述聚氨酯层的厚度为上述纱线分体的截面直径的1.03倍。
上述纱线主体的线密度为50D~2500D,优选纱线主体的线密度为1500D。
上述外交联水性聚氨酯膜覆盖于纱线分体的方式为将上述纱线主体浸泡在热固型聚氨酯乳液中然后烘干。
上述热固型聚氨酯乳液按重量百分比包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂50%、增稠剂15%、稀释剂32%、固化剂3%。
上述固化剂为氮丙啶或者氨基树脂或者环氧树脂,优选固化剂为氮丙啶。
上述纱线主体在150℃~200℃的烘箱中烘干,烘干时长为60秒~300秒,优选烘干时长为200秒。
本发明提供一种面料,面料全部由上述技术方案所述的纱线织造而成,也可以部分由上述技术方案所述的纱线织造而成。本实施例中的面料全部由上述技术方案所述的纱线织造而成。
本发明的纱线主体通过聚氨酯树脂与普通涤纶、氨纶、棉等纱线采用浸润的方式结合,聚氨酯树脂对纱线的表面覆盖,纱线主体不容易散纱,且不易起毛球,具有热可塑性强、耐磨性好的优点;纱线主体不易藏污纳垢,容易清洁打理,给人们生活带来方便。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,包括纱线主体,其特征在于:所述纱线主体由若干种纱线分体加捻一体构成,所有纱线分体表面有经浸润后烘干形成保护层对其进行包裹的外交联水性聚氨酯膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述纱线分体为棉纱线、涤纶纱线、氨纶纱线和锦纶纱线的一种或者多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯层的厚度为所述纱线分体的截面直径的1.01~1.05倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述纱线主体的线密度为50D~2500D。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述外交联水性聚氨酯膜覆盖于纱线分体的方式为将所述纱线主体浸泡在热固型聚氨酯乳液中然后烘干。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于,所述热固型聚氨酯乳液按重量百分比包括以下组分:水性聚氨酯树脂35%~60%、增稠剂10%~20%、稀释剂25%~50%、固化剂2%~5%。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述固化剂为氮丙啶或者氨基树脂或者环氧树脂。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种聚氨酯包覆塑形纱,其特征在于:所述纱线主体在150℃~200℃的烘箱中烘干,烘干时长为60秒~300秒。
9.一种面料,包括面料主体,其特征在于:所述面料主体由如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的纱线主体织成。
