Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,采用纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法进行成膜工艺,将成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表。采用本发明的纱线膜包覆技术,使成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表,使玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线不直接与外界直接摩擦,且在磨断了玻璃纤维后,短纤维被膜包覆于其中,短纤维不会掉出,从而不会粘结皮肤及飘在空气中后被人吸入。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,属于纺织品加工技术领域。
背景技术
玻璃纤维长丝纱由于强力高、模量大、耐高温等特点,作为高性能纤维及纱线;且玻璃纤维长丝纱由于价格低,在高性能纤维中的性价比高,获得了广泛的应用。但玻璃纤维本身的结构强度低、纤维脆、容易折断、耐磨性差,为其突出的弱点。导致作为个体防护的玻璃纤维长丝纱而制备的纺织品,使用过程中,其中的单根玻璃纤维容易折断,或磨断,而粘附于人体的皮肤表面,造成皮肤发痒;或飘在空气中,被吸入人体,引起肺部病。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:解决了玻璃纤维长丝纱容易折断、耐磨性差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,采用纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法进行成膜工艺,将成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表。
优选地,所述的成膜材料,指具有良好的成膜性能;使成膜材料均匀地包在玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线表面迅速固化成膜、不脱落、不粘结。
优选地,所述的成膜材料为羧甲基纤维素纳、聚苯乙烯、海藻酸钠、聚氨酯中的一种材料。
优选地,所述的成膜剂为聚乙烯衍生物、纤维素衍生物、阿拉伯胶、葡聚糖、淀粉、石膏中的一种。
优选地,所述的玻璃纤维长丝复合纱为玻璃纤维长丝纱与其他的长丝纱或短纤维纱通过合股加捻或复合包缠的方法复合加工形成。
优选地,所述的其他的长丝纱为涤纶长丝纱或尼龙长丝纱。
优选地,所述的纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法为筒子纱染色工艺或绞纱染色工艺。
优选地,将所述的成膜材料、成膜剂和玻璃纤维长丝复合纱依次放入染色缸中并搅拌,根据不同的纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法,采用适当的水浴比、温度,在染色缸中浸泡,待取出后进行烘干处理。
优选地,使用所述的筒子纱染色工艺时,采用的染色缸为筒子纱染色缸,浴比为1∶5~1∶20,筒子纱染色缸中的温度保持在常温-100℃,将合股纱放在筒子纱染色缸中浸泡10-30分钟后取出,进行烘干处理的温度为90-100℃;
使用所述的绞纱染色工艺时,采用的染色缸为绞纱染色缸,浴比为1;5~1∶30,绞纱染色缸中的温度为常温-70℃,将绞纱放在绞纱染色缸中浸泡5-30分钟后取出,进行烘干处理的温度为80-100℃。
优选地,使用所述的筒子纱染色工艺时,成膜材料占纱线重量1-10%;成膜剂占纱线重量0.2-2%;使用所述的绞纱染色工艺时,成膜材料占纱线重量1-10%;成膜剂占纱线重量0.5-2%。
采用本发明的纱线膜包覆技术,使成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表,使玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线不直接与外界直接摩擦,且在磨断了玻璃纤维后,短纤维被膜包覆于其中,短纤维不会掉出,从而不会粘结皮肤及飘在空气中后被人吸入。

为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并作详细说明如下。
本发明为一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,将成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表,使玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线不直接与外界直接摩擦。
本发明中的成膜材料,指具有良好的成膜性能,使成膜材料均匀地包在玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线表面迅速固化成膜、不脱落、不粘结。常用的成膜材料包括羧甲基纤维素纳、聚苯乙烯、海藻酸钠、聚氨酯等中的一种材料;而常用的成膜剂(粘着剂)包括聚乙烯衍生物、纤维素衍生物、阿拉伯胶、葡聚糖、淀粉、石膏等中的一种。纱线成膜办法,可以使用纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法进行成膜工艺,包括筒子纱染色工艺、绞纱染色工艺等。
如果将玻璃纤维长丝纱直接用于成膜工艺,由于玻璃纤维长丝纱相当的脆,经倒丝后,容易折断,故采用与其他纱线复合加工后,进行成膜加工,包括各种短纤维纱和长丝纱,加工方法有合股加捻、复合包缠等。
实施例1
玻璃纤维长丝纱加捻复合涤纶长丝纱,再经筒子纱染色工艺,采用聚氨酯成膜材料。
将100d/5f玻璃纤维长丝与100d/48f的涤纶FDY进行合股加捻,其捻度为100-300T/m(本实施例中,捻度为100T/m),得到合股纱后,在筒子纱染色缸中先放入成膜材料和成膜剂,再将合股纱放入筒子纱染色缸中并搅拌,浴比(水与纱线重量比)为1∶5,筒子纱染色缸中的温度保持在常温左右,将合股纱放在筒子纱染色缸中浸泡10分钟后取出,并进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90℃。
其中,成膜材料:羧甲基纤维素纳(占纱线重量1%);成膜剂:淀粉(占纱线重量0.2%)。
上述的浴比与染色工艺和设备有关,不同的染色工艺和设备均会影响其浴比。
实施例2
本实施例中,100d/5f玻璃纤维长丝与100d/48f的涤纶FDY进行合股加捻的捻度为300T/m,浴比为1∶20,筒子纱染色缸中的温度保持在100℃左右,将合股纱放在筒子纱染色缸中浸泡30分钟后取出,并进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃。成膜材料:羧甲基纤维素纳(占纱线重量10%);成膜剂:淀粉(占纱线重量2%)。
其他与实施例1相同。
实施例3
玻璃纤维长丝纱加捻复合尼龙长丝纱,经绞纱染色工艺,以水性聚氨酯为成膜材料,辅以阿拉伯胶成膜剂,制备膜包覆的玻璃纤维长丝纱复合尼龙长丝纱。
将100d/5f玻璃纤维长丝与100d/48f的尼龙FDY进行合股加捻,其捻度为100-400T/m(本实施例中,捻度为100T/m),得到合股纱后,将合股纱经绞纱工艺,先分束为绞纱,在绞纱染色缸中放入成膜材料和成膜剂并搅拌,再将绞纱放入绞纱染色缸中,浴比(水与纱线重量比)为1∶5,绞纱染色缸中的温度为常温,将绞纱放在绞纱染色缸中浸泡5分钟后取出,并进行烘干处理,烘干温度为80℃。
其中,成膜材料:水性聚氨酯(占纱线重量1%);成膜剂:水性异氰酸酯不黄变固化剂(占纱线重量0.5%)。
实施例4
本实施例中,100d/5f玻璃纤维长丝与100d/48f的尼龙FDY进行合股加捻的捻度为400T/m,浴比为1∶30,绞纱染色缸中的温度为70℃,将绞纱放在绞纱染色缸中浸泡30分钟后取出,并进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100℃。成膜材料:水性聚氨酯(占纱线重量10%);成膜剂:水性异氰酸酯不黄变固化剂(占纱线重量2%)。
其他与实施例3相同。

1.一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,采用纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法进行成膜工艺,将成膜材料包覆于玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的外表。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的成膜材料,指具有良好的成膜性能;使成膜材料均匀地包在玻璃纤维长丝复合纱线表面迅速固化成膜、不脱落、不粘结。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的成膜材料为羧甲基纤维素纳、聚苯乙烯、海藻酸钠、聚氨酯中的一种材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的成膜剂为聚乙烯衍生物、纤维素衍生物、阿拉伯胶、葡聚糖、淀粉、石膏中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维长丝复合纱为玻璃纤维长丝纱与其他的长丝纱或短纤维纱通过合股加捻或复合包缠的方法复合加工形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的其他的长丝纱为涤纶长丝纱或尼龙长丝纱。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述的纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法为筒子纱染色工艺或绞纱染色工艺。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,将所述的成膜材料、成膜剂和玻璃纤维长丝复合纱依次放入染色缸中并搅拌,根据不同的纺织行业的纱线染色及处理的办法,采用适当的水浴比、温度,在染色缸中浸泡,待取出后进行烘干处理。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,
使用所述的筒子纱染色工艺时,采用的染色缸为筒子纱染色缸,浴比为1∶5~1∶20,筒子纱染色缸中的温度保持在常温-100℃,将合股纱放在筒子纱染色缸中浸泡10-30分钟后取出,进行烘干处理的温度为90-100℃;
使用所述的绞纱染色工艺时,采用的染色缸为绞纱染色缸,浴比为1;5~1∶30,绞纱染色缸中的温度为常温-70℃,将绞纱放在绞纱染色缸中浸泡5-30分钟后取出,进行烘干处理的温度为80-100℃。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种玻璃纤维长丝复合纱的包覆膜方法,其特征在于,使用所述的筒子纱染色工艺时,成膜材料占纱线重量1-10%;成膜剂占纱线重量0.2-2%;使用所述的绞纱染色工艺时,成膜材料占纱线重量1-10%;成膜剂占纱线重量0.5-2%。
