Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线,包括纱线本体;纱线本体由麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成;纱线本体包括位于中间的芯纤维层和位于外部的包覆纤维层;包覆纤维层螺旋缠绕芯纤维层外;在麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺前,聚酯纤维内均匀混合有微胶囊颗粒;微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成;通过涡流混纺,微胶囊颗粒分布在包覆纤维层中;微胶囊颗粒内部填充有固体纳米颗粒。本发明采用微胶囊颗粒与聚酯纤维混合,通过涡流纺工艺,使微胶囊颗粒分布在纱线本体的表层,微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成,在空气中会分解,释放内部的纳米固体颗粒,纳米固体颗粒在纱线表面可以起到滚珠效应,有效的减小摩擦,提高纱线的耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涡流纺织领域,特别涉及一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱系统中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。虽然涡流纺纱线较一般纱线的耐磨性好,但是对于特殊领域的耐磨面料而言,其耐磨性还有待提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线,采用微胶囊颗粒内部填充固体纳米颗粒,将微胶囊颗粒分布在纱线本体上,解决了现有涡流纺纱线耐磨性不理想的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体由麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成;所述纱线本体包括位于中间的芯纤维层和位于外部的包覆纤维层;所述芯纤维层为直芯结构;所述包覆纤维层螺旋缠绕所述芯纤维层外;在所述麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺前,所述聚酯纤维内均匀混合有微胶囊颗粒;所述微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成;通过涡流混纺,所述微胶囊颗粒分布在所述包覆纤维层中;所述微胶囊颗粒内部填充有固体纳米颗粒。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述固体纳米颗粒为纳米陶瓷颗粒或纳米二氧化硅。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述纱线本体表面涂覆有抗磨层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述抗磨层为聚氨酯涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述纱线本体由55%的麻纤维和45%的聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明生产工艺简单,生产效率高,采用微胶囊颗粒与聚酯纤维混合,通过涡流纺工艺,使微胶囊颗粒分布在纱线本体的表层,微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成,在空气中会逐渐分解,释放内部的纳米固体颗粒,纳米固体颗粒在纱线表面可以起到滚珠效应,有效的减小摩擦,提高纱线的耐磨性,同时纱线本体采用麻纤维和聚酯纤维混纺,耐磨性好,毛羽少,有助于在纱线本体表面涂覆抗磨层,以进一步提高耐磨效果。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线,包括纱线本体。所述纱线本体由麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成;优选的,所述纱线本体由55%的麻纤维和45%的聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成。所述纱线本体包括位于中间的芯纤维层和位于外部的包覆纤维层。所述芯纤维层为直芯结构;所述包覆纤维层螺旋缠绕所述芯纤维层外。在所述麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺前,所述聚酯纤维内均匀混合有微胶囊颗粒。所述微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成;通过涡流混纺,所述微胶囊颗粒分布在所述包覆纤维层中;所述微胶囊颗粒内部填充有固体纳米颗粒。
固体纳米颗粒通过滚珠效应,起到固体润滑剂的作用,所述固体纳米颗粒优选为纳米陶瓷颗粒或纳米二氧化硅。
为了进一步提高耐磨性,在所述纱线本体表面涂覆有抗磨层。所述抗磨层为聚氨酯涂层。通过将纱线浸润在聚氨酯涂料中,使聚氨酯均匀涂覆在纱线本体表面。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产工艺简单,生产效率高,采用微胶囊颗粒与聚酯纤维混合,通过涡流纺工艺,使微胶囊颗粒分布在纱线本体的表层,微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成,在空气中会逐渐分解,释放内部的纳米固体颗粒,纳米固体颗粒在纱线表面可以起到滚珠效应,有效的减小摩擦,提高纱线的耐磨性,同时纱线本体采用麻纤维和聚酯纤维混纺,耐磨性好,毛羽少,有助于在纱线本体表面涂覆抗磨层,以进一步提高耐磨效果。

1.一种高耐磨涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体由麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成;所述纱线本体包括位于中间的芯纤维层和位于外部的包覆纤维层;所述芯纤维层为直芯结构;所述包覆纤维层螺旋缠绕所述芯纤维层外;在所述麻纤维和聚酯纤维涡流混纺前,所述聚酯纤维内均匀混合有微胶囊颗粒;所述微胶囊颗粒由水溶性植物胶制成;通过涡流混纺,所述微胶囊颗粒分布在所述包覆纤维层中;所述微胶囊颗粒内部填充有固体纳米颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述固体纳米颗粒为纳米陶瓷颗粒或纳米二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高耐磨涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,在所述纱线本体表面涂覆有抗磨层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高耐磨涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述抗磨层为聚氨酯涂层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高耐磨涡流纺纱线,其特征在于,所述纱线本体由55%的麻纤维和45%的聚酯纤维涡流混纺而成。
