Claims (2)

1. 一种抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下: (1) 选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣; (2) 后整理: a. 预处理: 预处理溶液:苹果酸1.1%,鱼皮胶原蛋白3.0%,0.03%透明质酸; 预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于37°C下保温震荡8min,然后迅速 升温至80°C保持5s,自然冷却至40°C保持IOmin,然后浸乳,30°C烘干,备用; b. 二次酶处理: 复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶〇. 9%,菠萝蛋白酶0.7%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%,0.4%海藻纤维 素; 所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g, 二次酶溶液整理:将羊毛衫置于复合酶溶液中,按浴比1:30,于49 °C下保温震荡28min, 然后迅速升温至80°C保持5s,自然冷却至40°C保持IOmin,然后浸乳,30°C烘干,备用; c. 整理: 整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,2.0%纳米絹云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.3%乳酸钠, 调节pH至7.5,置于30°C水中超声波搅拌30 min,使其充分分散,得到纳米絹云母粉胶体粒 子分散液; 整理: 将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50°C下保温震荡45min,自然冷却 至40°C后继续保持23min,浸乳,30°C烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待 用; ⑶烘焙: 60 °C下烘焙21s。
2. 权利要求1所述的方法制备得到的抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫。
