羊毛衫是以绵羊毛为原料,是最大众化的针织毛衫,其针路清晰、衫面光洁、膘光足,色泽明亮、手感丰满富有弹性;羊毛衫比较耐穿,价格适中,但是手感比羊毛衫差很多,档次也低很多。
后整理方法是影响羊毛针性能的关键因素。随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对纺织服装的卫生保健意识日益增强,具有抗菌性能的贴身针织服装市场前景广阔。抗菌纺织品加工主要采用2种技术途径:一是在纤维纺丝成形前添加抗菌剂,进行改性处理得到抗菌纤维;二是使用抗菌剂,通过浸轧、浸渍、涂层、喷雾等方法整理织物,获得抗菌效果。直接采用抗菌纤维其抗菌效果持久,但只适用于合成纤维和再生纤维,技术要求高,操作复杂,成本较高。使用抗菌整理剂简单方便,适用于大多数纤维纺织品,成本低,但抗菌性能的持久性是否能得到保证,对织物的服用性能有否影响,已成为业内人士重点研究的课题。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫,该过程充分利用了生物酶,天然蛋白,天然矿物质,通过大量实验验证了生产工艺的最优化参数,所制的羊毛衫有很好的抗起球抗菌效果,还有媲美羊毛衫的手感。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫,其由如下方法制成:
(1)选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣;
(2)后整理:
a.预处理:
预处理溶液:苹果酸1-1.5%,鱼皮胶原蛋白2-3.2%,0.03%透明质酸;
所述鱼皮胶原蛋白分子量为1000,透明质酸为10万分子量的小分子透明质酸;
预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于35-40℃下保温震荡5-9min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
b.二次酶处理:
复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶0.8-1.2%,菠萝蛋白酶0.5-0.8%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%,0.3-0.5%海藻纤维素;
所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g,
二次酶溶液整理:将羊毛衫置于复合酶溶液中,按浴比1:30,于40-50℃下保温震荡22-30min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
c.整理:
整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,1.9-2.5%纳米绢云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.2-0.4%乳酸钠,调节pH至7.5,置于30℃水中超声波搅拌30min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子分散液;
整理:
将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50℃下保温震荡35-55min,自然冷却至40℃后继续保持23min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待用;
(3)烘焙:
60℃下烘焙20-30s。

实施例2:
抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫,其由如下方法制成:
(1)选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣;
(2)后整理:
a.预处理:
预处理溶液:苹果酸1.5%,鱼皮胶原蛋白2%,0.03%透明质酸;
预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于40℃下保温震荡5min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
b.二次酶处理:
复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶1.2%,菠萝蛋白酶0.5%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%,0.5%海藻纤维素;
所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g,
二次酶溶液整理:将羊毛衫置于复合酶溶液中,按浴比1:30,于40℃下保温震荡30min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
c.整理:
整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,1.9%纳米绢云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.4%乳酸钠,调节pH至7.5,置于30℃水中超声波搅拌30min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子分散液;
整理:
将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50℃下保温震荡35min,自然冷却至40℃后继续保持23min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待用;
(3)烘焙:
60℃下烘焙20s。
实施例3:

整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,2.0%纳米绢云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.3%乳酸钠,调节pH至7.5,置于30℃水中超声波搅拌30min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子分散液;
整理:
将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50℃下保温震荡45min,自然冷却至40℃后继续保持23min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待用;

实施例4:
抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫,其由如下方法制成:
(1)选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣;

预处理溶液:苹果酸1.3%,鱼皮胶原蛋白2.7%,0.03%透明质酸;
预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于39℃下保温震荡6min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
b.二次酶处理:
复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶1.1%,菠萝蛋白酶0.6%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%,0.3%海藻纤维素;
所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g,
二次酶溶液整理:将羊毛衫置于复合酶溶液中,按浴比1:30,于41℃下保温震荡23min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
c.整理:
整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,2.4%纳米绢云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.4%乳酸钠,调节pH至7.5,置于30℃水中超声波搅拌30min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子分散液;
整理:
将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50℃下保温震荡40min,自然冷却至40℃后继续保持23min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待用;
(3)烘焙:
60℃下烘焙29s。
实施例5:
抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫,其由如下方法制成:
(1)选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣;
(2)后整理:
a.预处理:
预处理溶液:苹果酸1.4%,鱼皮胶原蛋白3.1%,0.03%透明质酸;
预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于36℃下保温震荡7min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
b.二次酶处理:
复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶1.0%,菠萝蛋白酶0.8%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%,0.4%海藻纤维素;
所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g,
二次酶溶液整理:将羊毛衫置于复合酶溶液中,按浴比1:30,于45℃下保温震荡27min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
c.整理:
整理液:按如下质量百分比配置,2.1%纳米绢云母粉、0.6%六偏磷酸钠、0.2%乳酸钠,调节pH至7.5,置于30℃水中超声波搅拌30min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子分散液;
整理:
将预处理后的羊毛衫置于整理液中,按浴比1:50,于50℃下保温震荡50min,自然冷却至40℃后继续保持23min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥待用;
(3)烘焙:
60℃下烘焙23s。
实施例6:指标测评
对实施例1-5获得的羊毛衫的指标进行了测试,如下:
羊毛失重率测定:
根据织物回潮率,计算试样经处理前的恒定干态质量w0;准确称量处理后织物的恒定干态质量w1,按下式计算织物酶处理前后的失重率:
失重率=(w0-w1)/w0×100%
羊毛针织物的抗起毛起球性检测采用GB/T 4802.3—2008起球箱法。
评价织物抗菌性能的持久性,主要是对抗菌织物进行抗菌性能的耐洗性试验。抗菌织物洗涤试验参照《FZ/T 73023—2006抗菌针织品》中附录C的简化洗涤条件及程序,对待测织物洗涤50次。
抗菌织物性能测试方法参照《FZ/T 73023—2006抗菌针织品》中附录D的振荡法。振荡法是模仿人体的穿着条件,使细菌在振荡条件下与服装内抗菌剂接触,通过计算细菌减少率,确定抗菌性能大小的一种方法。振荡法测试步骤是:将待测试样放入含有一定浓度的细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌菌种)培养液中,然后把试样置于往复式振荡器上,在(24±1)℃下,以150r/min的速度振荡18h,通过振荡使试样织物与菌液充分接触后,在(37±1)℃生化培养箱中培养24h,测定振荡前后细菌的菌落数,通过菌落计数方法来定量评价抗菌效果。
振荡法测试抗菌性能的计算:
抑菌率(%)=(A-B)/A×100%
式(1)中:A为标准空白试样振荡18h后菌落数;B为待测试样振荡18h后菌落数。
表1为对实施例1-5生产得到的羊毛衫进行检测得到的结果。

Claims (2)
1.一种抗起球抑菌的羊毛衫的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)选取优质羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维,以质量比为8:2混纺,编织成衣;
(2)后整理:
a.预处理:
预处理溶液:苹果酸1.1%,鱼皮胶原蛋白3.0%,0.03%透明质酸;
预处理:将羊毛衫置于预处理溶液中,按浴比1:50,于37℃下保温震荡8min,然后迅速升温至80℃保持5s,自然冷却至40℃保持10min,然后浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
b.二次酶处理:
复合酶溶液:多酚氧化酶0.9%,菠萝蛋白酶0.7%;水溶性壳聚糖0.05%, 0.4%海藻纤维素;
所述多酚氧化酶的酶活为350u/g,菠萝蛋白酶的酶活为500u/g,

(3)烘焙:
60℃下烘焙21s。
