本发明公开了一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:藏羚羊绒31‑33、兔毛绒20‑22、竹纤维8‑10、木芙蓉茎皮果胶10‑11、40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液33‑35、电气石粉3‑4、花生蛋白粉5‑7、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.1‑1.3、透明质酸2.1‑2.4、硅丙乳液1.8‑2.1、黄柏精油0.1‑0.2、1‑丁基‑3‑甲基咪唑乙酸盐185‑195、适量水,本发明优化配方改进生产工艺,经湿法纺丝工艺制得羊绒复合纤维,再经混合整理液浸渍处理改善羊绒抗菌、防紫外线和抗毡缩性,制得的羊绒复合面料抗起球、耐水洗,具有珍珠般的柔美光泽,亲肤性也得到了进一步的提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
木芙蓉又名芙蓉花、木莲,为锦葵科落叶灌木或小乔木,其花、叶均可入药,具有凉血止血、清热解毒、止痛消肿等功效,且无毒无副作用。近年来的研究表明,木芙蓉中含有黄酮类化合物,对伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有抑制作用。目前,针对木芙蓉的应用主要集中在其花、叶中,对于其茎皮及伴生物的研究较少。研究表明,某些植物茎皮经脱胶产生的果胶具有较为显著的抗菌和防辐射等功效。针对针织羊绒织物防紫外性能及抗菌性能较差的特性,为进一步提升针织羊绒产品附加值,《木芙蓉茎皮果胶的提取及其对针织羊绒面料的应用》一文采用酸提取工艺,以酸稀释液为提取液,研究pH值、提取时间、料液比等工艺对木芙蓉茎皮果胶提取工艺进行优化,并将制备良好的果胶用于针织羊绒织物的功能整理,结果表明: 木芙蓉茎皮以酒石酸稀释液作为提取液,在pH值2,提取时间90min,料液比1∶30工艺条件下,果胶得率可达 13.24%,针织羊绒织物经木芙蓉果胶整理后,抗菌性能及防紫外性能得到显著提升。
由于羊绒与普通细羊毛相比,其表面存在着规整的细薄鳞片层,羊绒纤维机洗时更容易毡缩,制成品易缩水变形影响服用性。而文中仅仅对羊绒的抗菌防辐射性能做了改进,为了进一步提高羊绒纤维的服用性能,克服其缺点,羊绒纤维需要进行防毡缩整理。将木芙蓉茎皮果胶与天然丝胶蛋白联合处理对羊绒纤维的防毡缩研究的报道甚少。除此之外,羊绒相比较于羊毛一是产量少而是价格高不易量产,因而需要开发出替代羊绒的具有保暖性高、成本低、防毡缩、抗菌防辐射等功能的新型复合羊绒纤维。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:藏羚羊绒31-33、兔毛绒20-22、竹纤维8-10、木芙蓉茎皮果胶10-11、40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液33-35、电气石粉3-4、花生蛋白粉5-7、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.1-1.3、透明质酸2.1-2.4、硅丙乳液1.8-2.1、黄柏精油0.1-0.2、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐185-195、适量水。
所述的一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电气石粉在干燥箱中100-120℃预热干燥1-2小时,保持温度加入硅丙乳液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性电气石粉;
(2)将花生蛋白粉烘干研磨过100目筛网,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入黄柏精油超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性花生蛋白超细粉末;
(3)将提取的木芙蓉茎皮果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成7.5%的果胶溶液,于85-95℃恒温水浴中不断搅拌至全部溶解,加入40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液、透明质酸、步骤(1)物料超声分散30-40分钟得混合整理液;
(4)将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入藏羚羊绒、兔毛绒、竹纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-120℃,加入步骤(2)物料搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤(3)混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍30-40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明优化配方改进生产工艺,经湿法纺丝工艺制得羊绒复合纤维,再经混合整理液浸渍处理改善羊绒抗菌、防紫外线和抗毡缩性;本发明将花生蛋白粉改性后添加到原料中,起到纤维之间的粘结作用,添加兔毛绒、竹纤维,减少羊绒的使用量降低成本,纺丝制得的羊绒复合纤维具有保温、吸附能力强的优点,有利于增强丝胶蛋白吸附量,提高羊绒纤维的亲水性,进一步降低纤维表面的定向摩擦效应,因而防毡缩性能得到更大改善;利用本发明制得的羊绒复合面料抗菌性能好、抗毡缩、抗起球、耐水洗,具有珍珠般的柔美光泽,亲肤性也得到了进一步的提高。
具体实施方式
一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:藏羚羊绒31、兔毛绒20、竹纤维8、木芙蓉茎皮果胶10、40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液33、电气石粉3、花生蛋白粉5、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.1、透明质酸2.1、硅丙乳液1.8、黄柏精油0.1、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐185、适量水。
所述的一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电气石粉在干燥箱中100-120℃预热干燥1-2小时,保持温度加入硅丙乳液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性电气石粉;
(2)将花生蛋白粉烘干研磨过100目筛网,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入黄柏精油超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性花生蛋白超细粉末;
(3)将提取的木芙蓉茎皮果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成7.5%的果胶溶液,于85-95℃恒温水浴中不断搅拌至全部溶解,加入40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液、透明质酸、步骤(1)物料超声分散30-40分钟得混合整理液;
(4)将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入藏羚羊绒、兔毛绒、竹纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-120℃,加入步骤(2)物料搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤(3)混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍30-40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
利用本发明制得的羊绒复合面料对于波长小于290nm的紫外光透过率趋于零,UPF值达到50,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达到94.731%。
Claims (2)
1.一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:藏羚羊绒31-33、兔毛绒20-22、竹纤维8-10、木芙蓉茎皮果胶10-11、40%(owf)天然丝胶蛋白溶液33-35、电气石粉3-4、花生蛋白粉5-7、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.1-1.3、透明质酸2.1-2.4、硅丙乳液1.8-2.1、黄柏精油0.1-0.2、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐185-195、适量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新的抗起球天然植物抗菌羊绒复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将电气石粉在干燥箱中100-120℃预热干燥1-2小时,保持温度加入硅丙乳液、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性电气石粉;
(2)将花生蛋白粉烘干研磨过100目筛网,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入黄柏精油超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性花生蛋白超细粉末;

(5)将步骤(4)制得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤(3)混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍30-40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
