背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对纺织品的效果追求越来越高,希望其在纤维、组织结构、色泽花纹等各方面都足够新奇。因此,开发新的纺织品或服装面料,是未来纺织品开发研究的重要课题之一。
棉纤维作为最广泛使用的纺织品纤维原料,其具有天然的亲肤性,吸湿性、透气性以及舒适的穿着感,一直以来为人们所青睐。如何将棉纤维纺织品开发出新的纺织品种,赋予其新奇的效果,是人们长期追求的目标。
麻纤维是纺织领域使用最早的纤维种类之一。相对于棉花,麻类植物抗病虫害能力强,在种植过程中需要农药量少。麻纤维具有良好的吸放湿性能,部分麻纤维种类拥有抗菌防蛀甚至理疗作用,所制作的织物具有独特粗犷自然的风格。然而麻纤维的结晶度和取向度较高,纤维直径较粗、抗弯刚度大、无卷曲、外表平直,因此与皮肤接触时不易弯曲,会压迫皮肤而产生刺痒感。该特性限制了麻纤维的应用,尤其是在与皮肤直接接触的纺织品领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够克服棉麻纤维本身的缺陷后具备更优异的性能。
本发明提供了一种改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)棉纤维的改性:将棉纤维在室温下在15-20wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡12-18分钟,浴比为1:8,然后将棉纤维取出挤干,放入氯乙酸钠、氢氧化钠、水和乙醇组成的溶液中,所述氯乙酸钠的浓度为15g/L,氢氧化钠的浓度为2g/L,乙醇的浓度为3g/L,浴比1:10,棉纤维加入之后溶液开始升温至55-60℃,反应40分钟后得到改性棉纤维;
(2)麻纤维的改性:将麻纤维经过预清洗除去表面杂质,进行1-15道柔化处理,烘干,得到柔化处理后的麻纤维,所述柔化处理为将麻纤维浸润在预冷的柔化处理液中,所述柔化处理液包括碱、尿素或硫脲、防粘和柔软处理助剂,所述柔化处理液的浓度为5 wt%-15wt%,所述防粘和柔软处理助剂为硼盐、甘油和有机硅中的至少一种,然后在低温状态下进行处理,处理温度为5℃--180℃,处理时间为10s-3h,取出并清洗麻纤维,得到改性麻纤维;
(3)清花:经改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混合后依次在抓棉机、金属火花探测器、混开棉机、凝棉器、振动棉箱上开松、混合、成卷,原料的重量不匀率控制在1.1以内;
(4)梳棉:将清花后的原料在小漏底梳棉机上梳棉;
(5)并条:将经过梳棉工序的原料在并条机上进行;
(6)涡流纺:将经过并条工序的原料在涡流纺上进行纺纱,得到改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混纺纱。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化锂和氢氧化钾中的至少一种。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述柔化处理液中尿素或硫脲的浓度为5 wt%-10 wt%。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述清洗温度为30℃-80℃。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:

(2)麻纤维的改性:将麻纤维经过预清洗除去表面杂质,进行1-15道柔化处理,烘干,得到柔化处理后的麻纤维,所述柔化处理为将麻纤维浸润在预冷的柔化处理液中,所述柔化处理液包括碱、尿素或硫脲、防粘和柔软处理助剂,所述柔化处理液的浓度为5 wt%-15wt%,所述防粘和柔软处理助剂为硼盐、甘油和有机硅中的至少一种,然后在低温状态下进行处理,处理温度为5℃--180℃,处理时间为10s-3h,取出并清洗麻纤维,得到改性麻纤维;
(3)清花:经改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混合后依次在抓棉机、金属火花探测器、混开棉机、凝棉器、振动棉箱上开松、混合、成卷,原料的重量不匀率控制在1.1以内;
(4)梳棉:将清花后的原料在小漏底梳棉机上梳棉;
(5)并条:将经过梳棉工序的原料在并条机上进行;

5.根据权利要求1所述的改性棉纤维与改性麻纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述抓棉机用于平肋机的打手速度为700转/分,所述开棉机的两只平行打手的速度为580-650转/分,所述混棉机的疏针速度为650-700转/分。
