Abstract

本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法。其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,具体包括步骤:1)麻纤维的改性处理;2)棉纤维的改性处理;3)将麻纤维、棉纤维和竹纤维按比例混纺,得到混纺织品;4)将混纺织品进行抗菌处理。本发明的制备方法优选了棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维,可改善混纺面料的内在性能,使得面料产品能够兼具棉的柔软细腻、麻的滑爽、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等特性,增加使用者的舒适性。

一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法。
背景技术
科学技术的不断发展促使纺织行业新型原料的研发和生产达到了一个空前鼎盛的时期,各种新型原料不断涌现。给面料研究工作开辟了一个崭新的领域。同时随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者对于服装面料的选择已经不止局限在款式和花色上,更多的考虑到面料的舒适性、环保性和功能性。
麻是植物的皮层纤维,它的功能是近似人的皮肤,有保护肌体,调节温度等天然性能。亚麻布服装比其它衣料能减少人体的出汗,吸水速度比绸缎、人造丝织品,甚至比棉布快几倍,与皮肤接触即形成毛细现象,是皮肤的延伸。亚麻产量低,价格昂贵,将棉与麻混合纺织,可以将两者的优点整合,得到新的高档面料,大大提高经济效益。
竹纤维作为一种纤维素纤维是由人们所熟知的竹子加工而成的一种天然高聚物。竹纤维因其大分子的特殊结构,而具有良好抑止细菌生长、吸附异味等保健功能,且吸湿透气、可生物降解,被誉为新世纪的绿色纤维。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,使得制得的面料具有柔软细腻、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等优点。
实现本发明目的采用的技术方案为:一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,具体制备步骤如下:
1)将麻纤维置于碱溶液中常温浸泡;然后将碱处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡,脱水、烘干;
2)将棉纤维用碱性木聚糖酶溶液进行浸渍,取出后烘干;
3)将步骤1)制得的麻纤维、步骤2)制得的棉纤维和竹纤维按比例混纺,得到混纺织品;
4)将步骤3)制得的混纺织品置于清洗容器中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3~12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加水搅拌洗涤10~20分钟后晾干。
优选的,步骤1)中,碱溶液浓度为10~30g/L,浸泡时间为10~30分钟;壳聚糖水溶液浓度为5~20g/L,浸泡时间为1~3小时。
步骤2)中,碱性木聚糖酶溶液浓度为5~20 g/L,浸泡时间为1~3小时。
步骤3)中,所述的棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为(3~6):(1~3):1。
步骤4)中,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。其中,所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
进一步优选的,所述的纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
所述的水溶性硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构式为:
式中Me为-CH3,X为-OCH2CH3或-OCH3,Y为-CH=CH2,Z为-OH,分子量为0.5~1.5万。
本发明技术方案的优点在于:
1)本发明的制备方法优选了棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维,可改善混纺面料的内在性能,使得面料产品能够兼具棉的柔软细腻、麻的滑爽、吸湿排汗、抗菌卫生等特性,增加使用者的舒适性。
2)本发明所制得的棉麻混纺面料具有较好的抑菌性能,保护皮肤,添加的竹纤维也进一步提升了纱线的抗菌效果。
3)本发明的抗菌功能母液制备工艺简单,且具有良好的存储稳定性。
4)本发明制备步骤中包括麻纤维、棉纤维的改性处理,可提高面料的染色效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例 1
1)将300克麻纤维置于浓度为10g/L碱溶液中常温浸泡30分钟;然后将碱处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为20g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡1小时,脱水、烘干;
2)将100克棉纤维置于浓度为20g/L碱性木聚糖酶溶液进行浸渍1小时,取出后烘干;
3)将步骤1)制得的麻纤维、步骤2)制得的棉纤维和100克竹纤维混纺,得到混纺织品;
4)将步骤3)制得的混纺织品置于清洗容器中,加入足量的抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加水搅拌洗涤10分钟后晾干。
实施例 2
1)将500克麻纤维置于浓度为30g/L碱溶液中常温浸泡10分钟;然后将碱处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为5g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡3小时,脱水、烘干;
2)将200克棉纤维置于浓度为5g/L碱性木聚糖酶溶液进行浸渍3小时,取出后烘干;
3)将步骤1)制得的麻纤维、步骤2)制得的棉纤维和100克竹纤维混纺,得到混纺织品;
4)将步骤3)制得的混纺织品置于清洗容器中,加入足量的抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加水搅拌洗涤20分钟后晾干。
实施例 3
1)将600克麻纤维置于浓度为10g/L碱溶液中常温浸泡30分钟;然后将碱处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为20g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡1小时,脱水、烘干;
2)将300克棉纤维置于浓度为20g/L碱性木聚糖酶溶液进行浸渍1小时,取出后烘干;
3)将步骤1)制得的麻纤维、步骤2)制得的棉纤维和100克竹纤维混纺,得到混纺织品;
4)将步骤3)制得的混纺织品置于清洗容器中,加入足量的抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡6小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加水搅拌洗涤15分钟后晾干。
实施例1~3中添加的竹纤维提升了面料的抗菌效果,并随着竹纤维的含量增加,抗菌效果会提高,但竹纤维含量过高也会增加加工生产难度,同时也会影响面料的弹性。
实施例1~3中的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01%、水99.89%。另一优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒30%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.06%、水69.94%。再一优选的,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.1%、水49.9%。
其中,所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒,该纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
所述的水溶性硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构式为:
式中Me为-CH3,X为-OCH2CH3或-OCH3,Y为-CH=CH2,Z为-OH,分子量为0.5~1.5万。

Claims (8)

1.一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其由棉纤维、麻纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,并经过抗菌处理,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
1)将麻纤维置于碱溶液中常温浸泡;然后将碱处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡,脱水、烘干;
2)将棉纤维用碱性木聚糖酶溶液进行浸渍,取出后烘干;
3)将步骤1)制得的麻纤维、步骤2)制得的棉纤维和竹纤维按比例混纺,得到混纺织品;
4)将步骤3)制得的混纺织品置于清洗容器中,加入抗菌功能母液,避光条件下浸泡3~12小时;将抗菌处理后的棉麻混纺纤维丝置于洗涤容器中,加水搅拌洗涤10~20分钟后晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,碱溶液浓度为10~30g/L,浸泡时间为10~30分钟;壳聚糖水溶液浓度为5~20g/L,浸泡时间为1~3小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,碱性木聚糖酶溶液浓度为5~20 g/L,浸泡时间为1~3小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,所述的棉纤维、麻纤维与竹纤维的质量比为(3~6):(1~3):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中,所述的抗菌功能母液,按质量百分含量计,纳米银复合颗粒0.1~50%、水溶性硅烷偶联剂0.01~1%、余量为水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的纳米银复合颗粒为纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的纳米银负载SiO2颗粒由如下方法制得:将纳米SiO2粉末分散于羟甲基纤维素水溶液中,形成纳米SiO2分散液;避光条件下将纳米SiO2分散液滴加至AgNO3溶液中,调整溶液的pH值为7~9,反应3~6小时,离心分离,用去离子水洗涤再干燥,即制得纳米银负载SiO2颗粒。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种竹纤维/棉麻混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的水溶性硅烷偶联剂,其化学结构式为:
式中Me为-CH3,X为-OCH2CH3或-OCH3,Y为-CH=CH2,Z为-OH,分子量为0.5~1.5万。
