梳绒:梳绒车间温度为28℃以上,相对湿度80%以上,梳绒机锡林速度为370r/min,刺辊速度为800r/min,道夫速度为10r/min,生条定量为20g/5m,生条条干CV值为6.0%;
并条:并条采用二道并合,石墨烯锦纶短纤预并,每道8根条子喂入,出条速度70m/min,熟条条干CV值3.0%。
织造工艺流程为:(1)整经;(2)穿综;(3)织造,其中,下机幅宽153cm, 筘号36齿/10cm,每筘入数4根/齿,综片数8片,经密180根/10cm,纬密140根/10cm。
后整理加工:洗呢→脱水→缩呢→柔软→脱水→烘干,其中,洗呢:洗呢时间15min,水温50℃,净洗剂Goon102 3%(对织物重);缩呢:缩呢系数2,幅宽153cm,缩呢剂MP-20 3%(对织物重),缩呢时间10分钟;柔软:柔软采用如下整理剂:柔软剂CS-82D-73 5份,抗起毛起球剂TK-750 1份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率100%,热风烘干,150℃定型。
具体实施例二
一种羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料,采用石墨烯锦纶为新材料以适当比例与羊毛、驼毛混纺开发新型面料,经纱:70S羊毛100%,纬纱:70S羊毛,石墨烯锦纶6 DTY,70D/24F,细驼毛;纬纱羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶的混纺比为85/5/10、65/5/30、50/5/45其中一种或几种,该呢绒面料经密200根/10cm,纬密170根/10cm。成品幅宽153cm,克重360g/m2

织造工艺流程为:(1)整经;(2)穿综;(3)织造,其中,下机幅宽153cm,筘号44齿/10cm,每筘入数4根/齿,综片数8片,经密200根/10cm,纬密170根/10cm。
后整理加工:洗呢→脱水→缩呢→柔软→脱水→烘干,其中,洗呢:洗呢时间15min,水温55℃,净洗剂Goon102 5%(对织物重);缩呢:缩呢系数2.5,幅宽153cm,缩呢剂MP-20 4%(对织物重),缩呢时间20分钟;柔软:柔软采用如下整理剂:柔软剂CS-82D-73 8份,抗起毛起球剂TK-750 2份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率120%,热风烘干,160℃定型。

一种羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料,采用石墨烯锦纶为新材料以适当比例与羊毛、驼毛混纺开发新型面料,经纱:70S羊毛100%,纬纱:70S羊毛,石墨烯锦纶6 DTY,70D/24F,细驼毛;纬纱羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶的混纺比为85/5/10、65/5/30、50/5/45其中一种或几种,该呢绒面料经密190根/10cm,纬密160根/10cm。成品幅宽153cm,克重350g/m2

并条:并条采用二道并合,石墨烯锦纶短纤预并,每道8根条子喂入,出条速度80m/min,熟条条干CV值3.2%。
织造工艺流程为:(1)整经;(2)穿综;(3)织造,其中,下机幅宽153cm,筘号41齿/10cm,每筘入数4根/齿,综片数8片,经密190根/10cm,纬密160根/10cm。
后整理加工:洗呢→脱水→缩呢→柔软→脱水→烘干,其中,洗呢:洗呢时间15min,水温53℃,净洗剂Goon102 4%(对织物重);缩呢:缩呢系数2.3,幅宽153cm,缩呢剂MP-20 3.5%(对织物重),缩呢时间17分钟;柔软:柔软采用如下整理剂:柔软剂CS-82D-73 7份,抗起毛起球剂TK-750 1.4份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率110%,热风烘干,154℃定型。
本发明中的呢绒面料飘逸、滑爽、艳丽、舒适、服用性能优良,加入石墨烯锦纶纤维提高耐磨性,使面料具有低温远红外发热、抗紫外线,抗菌防螨功能,克服了单一羊毛纤维易毡缩的缺点,实现功能互补,同时可降低成本,本面料主要用于功能性服装,属于高档面料。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料,其特征在于:采用石墨烯锦纶为新材料以适当比例与羊毛、驼毛混纺开发新型面料,经纱:70S羊毛100%,纬纱:70S羊毛,石墨烯锦纶6 DTY,70D/24F,细驼毛;纬纱羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶的混纺比为85/5/10、65/5/30、50/5/45其中一种或几种,该呢绒面料经密180-200根/10cm,纬密140-170根/10cm。成品幅宽153cm,克重340-360g/m2
  2. 一种根据权利要求1所述的羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:包括石墨烯锦纶与羊毛/驼毛的处理、织造工艺和后整理加工;其中,将按配比选用的石墨烯锦纶与羊毛/驼毛进行如下处理:(1)和毛;(2)开松;(3)混合;(4)闷仓;(5)梳绒;(6)并条;(7)转杯纺;其中,和毛:和毛工艺油剂为:毛油CT-201D 0.4-0.6%、SELBANA 4611 0.1-0.4%、抗静电剂4%,硅胶,闷毛24h,驼毛与羊毛混合,石墨烯锦纶短纤开松后与羊毛混合;
    梳绒:梳绒车间温度为28℃以上,相对湿度80%以上,梳绒机锡林速度为370r/min,刺辊速度为800-1000r/min,道夫速度为10-20r/min,生条定量为20g/5m,生条条干CV值为6.0-6.5%;
    并条:并条采用二道并合,石墨烯锦纶短纤预并,每道8根条子喂入,出条速度70-90m/min,熟条条干CV值3.0-3.5%。
  3. 一种根据权利要求2所述的羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:织造工艺流程为:(1)整经;(2)穿综;(3)织造,其中,下机幅宽153cm,筘号36-44齿/10cm,每筘入数4根/齿,综片数8片,经密180-200根/10cm,纬密140-170根/10cm。
  4. 一种根据权利要求2所述的羊毛/驼毛/石墨烯锦纶混纺呢绒面料的生产方法,其特征在于:后整理加工:洗呢→脱水→缩呢→柔软→脱水→烘干,其中,洗呢:洗呢时间15min,水温50-55℃,净洗剂Goon102 3-5%(对织物重);缩 呢:缩呢系数2-2.5,幅宽153cm,缩呢剂MP-20 3-4%(对织物重),缩呢时间10-20分钟;柔软:柔软采用如下整理剂:柔软剂CS-82D-73 5-8份,抗起毛起球剂TK-750 1-2份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率100-120%,热风烘干,150-160℃定型。
