本发明公开了一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒纤维41‑45、兔毛10‑12、锗纤维15‑17、灰竹炭纤维12‑14、纯胶原蛋白粉8.5‑9.5、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5‑3.5、硬脂酸锌0.5‑0.8、咖啡渣7‑8、预糊化淀粉1.3‑1.5、碳纳米管颗粒1.8‑2.3、磷酸三甲酚酯2‑3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.1‑1.4、1‑烯丙基‑3‑甲基咪唑氯盐195‑198、适量水,本发明采用氧气低温等离子体进行预处理,接着使用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚作为交联剂将改性后的胶原蛋白嫁接到羊绒复合纤维表面,制得的羊绒复合面料做成床上用品具有抗疲劳功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
羊绒纤维是一种天然珍贵纺织材料,近年来,羊绒服饰制品在激烈的服装市场竞争中以其手感舒适、色泽独特、质地轻薄、保暖透气性好等特点越来越受到消费者青睐。但随着生态环境对生活用品绿色友好的要求,健康、舒适、环保、安全已经成为人们的消费主题。因此,利用对环境污染小或无污染的加工技术,开发具有亲肤性和润肤性等特点的、可提升其产品附加值的高档羊绒面料是值得研究的方向。
胶原蛋白具有低抗原性、优越的生物相容性和生物降解性,在生物医学材料、药物输送载体、组织工程、化妆品、食品等许多领域具有很重要地位。尤其是近几年,运用胶原蛋白的生物亲和性在纺织材料改性、复合等方面渐成热点。胶原蛋白可给予皮肤层所必需的养分,使皮肤中的胶原蛋白活性加强,保持角质层水分以及纤维结构的完整性,改善皮肤细胞生存环境和增强皮肤组织的生理循环。一旦胶原蛋白可固定于羊绒纤维,则可能会产生滋润皮肤、延缓衰老和美白等多种保健功效,《应用等离子体-交联剂复合技术在羊绒纤维表面固定胶原蛋白》一文采用氧气低温等离子体预处理羊绒纤维,使用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚作为交联剂将胶原蛋白嫁接到羊绒表面,结果表明胶原改性羊绒纤维的吸放湿性及染色性均优于未处理纤维。另外,胶原蛋白的固定对纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长均有一定的改善作用。
文中仅仅改善了羊绒的吸放湿性及染色性,然而羊绒产量少价格昂贵,纯羊绒如果储存不当会因环境的湿度而受潮霉变甚至生螨,由于羊绒自身的强度较差,洗涤过多易粉碎、结团、起球,尤其是寒冷的北方干燥,羊绒制品还易产生静电等。因而需要开发出具有多功能的新型胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒纤维41-45、兔毛10-12、锗纤维15-17、灰竹炭纤维12-14、纯胶原蛋白粉8.5-9.5、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5-3.5、硬脂酸锌0.5-0.8、咖啡渣7-8、预糊化淀粉1.3-1.5、碳纳米管颗粒1.8-2.3、磷酸三甲酚酯2-3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.1-1.4、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐195-198、适量水。
所述的一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳纳米管颗粒于450-480℃高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至100-120℃恒温加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性碳纳米管颗粒;
(2)将咖啡渣烘干研磨过100目筛,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入磷酸三甲酚酯超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性咖啡渣超细粉末;
(3)将1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒纤维、兔毛、锗纤维、灰竹炭纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-120℃,加入步骤(2)物料、预糊化淀粉搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝,烘干放入反应腔,采用氧气低温等离子体,在放电压强150Pa、功率120W处理1分钟,得等离子体预处理羊绒复合纤维;
(4)往纯胶原蛋白粉中加入适量水放入85-95℃恒温水浴中不断搅拌至全部溶解,加入硬脂酸锌、步骤(1)物料超声分散30-40分钟得改性胶原蛋白整理液;
(5)将步骤(3)物料投入步骤(4)整理液中,保持温度加水调节浴比1∶50,加入乙二醇二缩水甘油醚搅拌放置10-15分钟,降温至25℃反应24小时,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明优化配方改进生产工艺,将兔毛、锗纤维、灰竹炭纤维和羊绒纤维复合,以改性咖啡渣超细粉末为粘结剂经湿法纺丝制得羊绒复合纤维,不仅缓解由于环境恶化带来的羊绒纤维逐年减少的问题还克服了纯羊绒制品起球、强度低易霉变生螨等缺陷,最后将制得的羊绒复合纤维采用氧气低温等离子体进行预处理,对纤维内部的损伤较小对环境无污染,等离子体能够刻蚀羊绒表面的鳞片,使鳞片层变薄,减弱表面鳞片的“壁垒”作用,从而增强其吸湿放湿性,改善羊绒在后续染整等过程中的亲水性,接着使用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚作为交联剂将改性后的胶原蛋白嫁接到羊绒表面,因胶原蛋白亦属于保湿性能良好的蛋白质,交联后改善了面料的亲肤性和美容保健性能,制得的羊绒复合面料做成床上用品具有抗疲劳功效,显著提高睡眠质量。
具体实施方式
一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒纤维41、兔毛10、锗纤维15、灰竹炭纤维12、纯胶原蛋白粉8.5、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5、硬脂酸锌0.5、咖啡渣7、预糊化淀粉1.3、碳纳米管颗粒1.8、磷酸三甲酚酯2、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.1、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐195、适量水。
所述的一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳纳米管颗粒于450-480℃高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至100-120℃恒温加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性碳纳米管颗粒;
(2)将咖啡渣烘干研磨过100目筛,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入磷酸三甲酚酯超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性咖啡渣超细粉末;
(3)将1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒纤维、兔毛、锗纤维、灰竹炭纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-120℃,加入步骤(2)物料、预糊化淀粉搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝,烘干放入反应腔,采用氧气低温等离子体,在放电压强150Pa、功率120W处理1分钟,得等离子体预处理羊绒复合纤维;
(4)往纯胶原蛋白粉中加入适量水放入85-95℃恒温水浴中不断搅拌至全部溶解,加入硬脂酸锌、步骤(1)物料超声分散30-40分钟得改性胶原蛋白整理液;
(5)将步骤(3)物料投入步骤(4)整理液中,保持温度加水调节浴比1∶50,加入乙二醇二缩水甘油醚搅拌放置10-15分钟,降温至25℃反应24小时,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
利用本发明制得的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达到95.781%;平均断裂强力为8.91cN;染色上染百分率可以达到98%。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒纤维41-45、兔毛10-12、锗纤维15-17、灰竹炭纤维12-14、纯胶原蛋白粉8.5-9.5、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2.5-3.5、硬脂酸锌0.5-0.8、咖啡渣7-8、预糊化淀粉1.3-1.5、碳纳米管颗粒1.8-2.3、磷酸三甲酚酯2-3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.1-1.4、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐195-198、适量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗疲劳功能的胶原蛋白羊绒复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳纳米管颗粒于450-480℃高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至100-120℃恒温加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性碳纳米管颗粒;
(2)将咖啡渣烘干研磨过100目筛,喷洒质量浓度为4-8%的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中磁力搅拌2-3小时,洗涤至中性真空干燥,加入磷酸三甲酚酯超声研磨1-3小时,烘干得改性咖啡渣超细粉末;
(3)将1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒纤维、兔毛、锗纤维、灰竹炭纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-120℃,加入步骤(2)物料、预糊化淀粉搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝,烘干放入反应腔,采用氧气低温等离子体,在放电压强150Pa、功率120W处理1分钟,得等离子体预处理羊绒复合纤维;
(4)往纯胶原蛋白粉中加入适量水放入85-95℃恒温水浴中不断搅拌至全部溶解,加入硬脂酸锌、步骤(1)物料超声分散30-40分钟得改性胶原蛋白整理液;
(5)将步骤(3)物料投入步骤(4)整理液中,保持温度加水调节浴比1∶50,加入乙二醇二缩水甘油醚搅拌放置10-15分钟,降温至25℃反应24小时,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料。
