中国是纺织品生产和出口的大国,中国纺织行业自身经过多年的发展,竞争优势十分明显,具备世界上最完整的产业链,最高的加工配套水平,众多发达的产业集群地应对市场风险的自我调节能力不断增强,给行业保持稳健的发展步伐提供了坚实的保障。从国际环境看,国际市场仍有较大拓展空间和机遇。随着2007年底中欧纺织品设限到期、2008年底中美纺织品配额设限结束,中国纺织品无配额时代即将来临,约占全球纺织品市场60%以上份额地区全面开放,将会给中国纺织品贸易带来巨大机遇。而未来几年世界经济仍将处于上升区间,必将促进国际贸易的增长,这将给中国纺织品服装出口增长带来有利的国际市场保障。
再生和天然纤维素纤维的化学结构和聚集态结构不同于合成纤维,在它们的分子结构中含有较多亲水基团(羟基),分子链和晶体取向较差,结晶度较低,分子链间和纤维间有较多的微隙,导致了优良的吸湿性、透气性和穿着舒适性。但是,纤维素纤维织物在服用和洗涤时易收缩形变,抗皱性、回弹性差。纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中的作用是至关重要的。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种阻燃型纺织面料,包括面料基体、附着在所述面料基体外表面的阻燃剂涂层,所述面料基体的经纱为不锈钢纤维、碳纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述复合面料的纬纱为不锈钢纤维、苎麻纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述阻燃剂涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述质量份数的五氯酚、聚磷酸铵、纳米碳粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的火山灰、醋酸乙烯酯和纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得阻燃剂涂层材料;
(4)将阻燃剂涂层材料溶于乙醇中形成浸渍液,将纺织面料基体浸入所述浸渍液中,于80~120℃温度下处理20~50min,取出纺织面料,所述纺织面料经水洗、干燥后即得到所述抗菌型纺织面料。

本发明所述纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛的制备方法如下:
1)将醋酸锌溶于无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液,对混合溶液进行水浴蒸干,然后放于烘箱中进行干燥,再放入马弗炉中进行高温焙烧,制得纳米氧化锌粉体;2)将制得的纳米氧化锌粉体、无水乙醇和冰醋酸混合,继续加入钛酸丁酯进行水解,水浴蒸干后进行干燥处理,制得纳米氧化锌与纳米二氧化钛的复合粉体。

【实施例1】
1)纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛的制备:
将醋酸锌溶于无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液,对混合溶液进行水浴蒸干,然后放于烘箱中进行干燥,再放入马弗炉中进行高温焙烧,制得纳米氧化锌粉体;将制得的纳米氧化锌粉体、无水乙醇和冰醋酸混合,继续加入钛酸丁酯进行水解,水浴蒸干后进行干燥处理,制得纳米氧化锌与纳米二氧化钛的复合粉体。
2)称取以下质量份数的组分备用:五氯酚22份、聚磷酸铵24份、纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛20份、纳米碳粉18份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮24份、聚丙烯酸钠20份、火山灰18份、醋酸乙烯酯24份。
3)纺织面料附着阻燃剂涂层:
S1、将所述质量份数的五氯酚、聚磷酸铵、纳米碳粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40KHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
S2、加入所述质量份数的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35KHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
S3加入所述质量份数的火山灰、醋酸乙烯酯和步骤1)制备的纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得阻燃剂涂层材料;
S4、将阻燃剂涂层材料溶于乙醇中形成浸渍液,将纺织面料基体浸入所述浸渍液中,于80~120℃温度下处理20~50min,取出纺织面料,所述纺织面料经水洗、干燥后即得到所述阻燃型纺织面料。所述面料基体的经纱为不锈钢纤维、碳纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述复合面料的纬纱为不锈钢纤维、苎麻纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述面料基体的中部同一水平面上设有连续均匀排布的微孔结构。所述面料基体的中部同一水平面上设有连续均匀排布的微孔结构。所述面料基体中经纱混纺纱中,不锈钢纤维、碳纤维与棉纤维的含量分别为12%、5%与83%。进一步的,所纬纱混纺纱中,不锈钢纤维、苎麻纤维与棉纤维的含量分别为10%、8%与82%。

将醋酸锌溶于无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液,对混合溶液进行水浴蒸干,然后放于烘箱中进行干燥,再放入马弗炉中进行高温焙烧,制得纳米氧化锌粉体;将制得的纳米氧化锌粉体、无水乙醇和冰醋酸混合,继续加入钛酸丁酯进行水解,水浴蒸干后进行干燥处理,制得纳米氧化锌与纳米二氧化钛的复合粉体。
2)称取以下质量份数的组分备用:五氯酚22份、聚磷酸铵24份、纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛20份、纳米碳粉18份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮24份、聚丙烯酸钠20份、火山灰18份、醋酸乙烯酯24份。
3)纺织面料附着阻燃剂涂层:
S1、将所述质量份数的五氯酚、聚磷酸铵、纳米碳粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40KHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;

将所得产品采用UL94标准进行防火阻燃等级测试,防火阻燃级别为V‐2。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃型纺织面料,包括面料基体、附着在所述面料基体外表面的阻燃剂涂层,所述面料基体的经纱为不锈钢纤维、碳纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述复合面料的纬纱为不锈钢纤维、苎麻纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,所述阻燃剂涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述质量份数的五氯酚、聚磷酸铵、纳米碳粉予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的火山灰、醋酸乙烯酯和纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得阻燃剂涂层材料;
(4)将阻燃剂涂层材料溶于乙醇中形成浸渍液,将纺织面料基体浸入所述浸渍液中,于80~120℃温度下处理20~50min,取出纺织面料,所述纺织面料经水洗、干燥后即得到所述抗菌型纺织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型纺织面料,其特征在于,所述面料基体的中部同一水平面上设有连续均匀排布的微孔结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型纺织面料,其特征在于,所述面料基体中经纱混纺纱中,不锈钢纤维、碳纤维与棉纤维的含量分别为10‐18%、2‐5%与77‐88%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型纺织面料,其特征在于,所纬纱混纺纱中,不锈钢纤维、苎麻纤维与棉纤维的含量分别为8‐15%、5‐8%与77‐87%。
5.根据权利要求1‐4任一项所述的阻燃型纺织面料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌‐纳米二氧化钛的制备方法如下:
1)将醋酸锌溶于无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液,对混合溶液进行水浴蒸干,然后放于烘箱中进行干燥,再放入马弗炉中进行高温焙烧,制得纳米氧化锌粉体;2)将制得的纳米氧化锌粉体、无水乙醇和冰醋酸混合,继续加入钛酸丁酯进行水解,水浴蒸干后进行干燥处理,制得纳米氧化锌与纳米二氧化钛的复合粉体。
