技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯免烫棉质衬衫的生产方法。
背景技术
棉纤维具有非常高的吸湿和溶胀性能。棉制纺织品,诸如成衣、女成衣、裤子或床用织物具有非常高的舒适性;然而,与合成纤维纺织品相比,棉纺织品又有易起皱,以及在湿处理条件下因溶胀而严重缩水的缺点,不能满足人们在各种场合对服装平整性的需求。
保持服装的平整,就是要求服装在穿着过程中具有抗皱性,在洗涤后无需熨烫仍能保持良好的平整状态或褶裥、形态稳定,即通常所说的服装的免烫功能。目前国内的免烫技术,主要是液氨整理和树脂处理等。但由于“液氨”本身所具有的危险性,故企业一般已经不再采用该技术。而树脂免烫处理由于常用的整理剂会在面料表面发生化学反应,在穿着时仍会释放少量甲醛,不能满足现代人对健康环保的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种聚氨酯免烫棉质衬衫的生产方法,以期生产一种抗皱性能好、舒适性高的棉质成衣制品。
本发明包括以下内容:
一种聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,其特征在于:所述的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80-100份聚氨酯抗皱树脂,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂。
优选的,所述的聚氨酯抗皱树脂为二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂。
优选的,所述亲水性整理剂为季铵基硅油。
优选的,所述强力保护剂为聚乙烯类强力保护剂。
优选的,所述催化剂为氯化镁。
优选的,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明所述的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的免烫整理方法步骤如下:
S1.碱洗:将缝制好的棉质成衣在质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡5-10分钟后,捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,同时达到去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍和改变棉质纤维分子结构的效果;
S2.堆叠:将步骤S1中所述棉质成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,置于专用辅助浸药工装上;
S3.配药:配制所需的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80-100份聚氨酯抗皱树脂,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂。;
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述聚氨酯免烫整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉质成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2-3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣,使所述棉质成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持3-5分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的所述棉质成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣,使棉质成衣的带液率降至40%-50%;
S7.预烘定湿:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉质成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉质成衣的带液率降至15%-20%;
S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉质成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用170℃-180℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8-10秒,使聚氨酯免烫整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉质成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃-170℃,时间为2-3分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.免烫整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉质成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物并脱水烘干。
本发明通过成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤5中所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装的挤压频率,加速所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣的吸液速率,使所述棉质成衣快速实现浸润平衡,缩短所述成衣的浸药时间。步骤6中将所述棉质成衣与所述浸药池分离后,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,不仅可以快速实现棉质成衣的挤干速率,同时更方便的实现了聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的重复利用。
本发明所述成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤7采用90℃烘烤处理,不仅可以进一步加速所述聚氨酯免烫整理组合物与所述棉质成衣的反应速率,而且实现了所述棉质成衣的定湿烘干,可以使所述棉质成衣的带液率降至15%-20%。所述成衣经免烫后整理工艺步骤8的高温定型压烫处理后,使聚氨酯免烫整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应的同时实现了成衣初步定型。将步骤(8)处理的所述棉质成衣悬挂,并经所述成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤9焙烘再定型后,进一步使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维完全发生交联反应,提高棉质成衣的抗皱持久性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供一种聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,经过所述聚氨酯免烫整理组合物处理后的棉质成衣可克服棉质织物经过常规免烫整理后手感偏硬的缺陷,同时使棉质成衣具有免烫性,适于各种场合穿着;
(2)本发明提供一种聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的免烫整理方法,该方法可提高了生产厂房和设备的生产效率适于批量生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的免烫整理方法步骤如下:
S1.碱洗:将缝制好的棉质成衣在质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡5-10分钟后,捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,同时达到去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍和改变棉质纤维分子结构的效果;
S2.堆叠:将步骤S1中所述棉质成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,置于专用辅助浸药工装上;
S3.配药:配制所需的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂,30份季铵基硅油,20份聚乙烯类强力保护剂,10份氯化镁催化剂,2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述聚氨酯免烫整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉质成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣,使所述棉质成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持5分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的所述棉质成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣,使棉质成衣的带液率降至40%;
S7.预烘定湿:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉质成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉质成衣的带液率降至15%;
S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉质成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用170℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为10秒,使聚氨酯免烫整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉质成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃,时间为3分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.免烫整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉质成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物并脱水烘干。
实施例2:
一种聚氨酯免烫整理组合物的免烫整理方法步骤如下:

S3.配药:配制所需的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物,按重量份计,含有100份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂,60份季铵基硅油,40份聚乙烯类强力保护剂,15份氯化镁催化剂,4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述聚氨酯免烫整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉质成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉质成衣,使所述棉质成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持3分钟浸药时间;

S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉质成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用180℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8秒,使聚氨酯免烫整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉质成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为170℃,时间为2分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.免烫整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉质成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物并脱水烘干。

S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉质成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃-170℃,时间为2-3分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.免烫整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉质成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的聚氨酯免烫整理组合物并脱水烘干。
