Abstract

本发明涉及柠檬酸用在衣物抗皱处理的工艺,配制由80‑100份柠檬酸,30‑60份亲水性整理剂,20‑40份强力保护剂,10‑15份催化剂,2‑4份渗透剂,4‑6份抗纰裂剂组成的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物。所述的抗皱后整理工艺包括碱洗、堆叠、配药、准备、浸药、挤干、定湿烘干、定型压烫、焙烘定型、缓冷回湿、清洗,本发明工艺简单,且大大缩短成衣的后整理时间,提高了生产厂房的利用率,能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工技术领域,具体涉及柠檬酸用在衣物抗皱处理的工艺。
背景技术
棉丝衬衫是最受欢迎的高质量纺材之一,由于蚕丝纤维制成的棉丝衬衫悬垂性好,透气性高,柔软滑爽,外观华贵、穿着舒适,同时具有一定的保健性和较高的干态折皱回复角。
但棉丝衬衫的一个严重的缺点是,由于蚕丝纤维的蛋白质大分子之间不存在化学交联,当丝纤维吸水膨润时,盐键发生断裂,同时,湿态时水分子破坏了纤维大分子之间的氢键,因此当受到外力作用时,分子链很容易发生相对滑移,外力去除时,分子间又没有足够的约束力使其回复到原来的位置,这使得棉丝衬衫湿抗皱性很差,大大影响了衣物的实用效果,因此有必要对棉丝衬衫进行抗皱整理。
保持服装的平整,就是要求服装在穿着过程中具有抗皱性,在洗涤后无需熨烫仍能保持良好的平整状态或褶裥、形态稳定,即通常所说的服装的抗皱功能。目前国内的抗皱技术,主要是液氨整理和树脂处理等。但由于“液氨”本身所具有的危险性,故企业一般已经不再采用该技术。而树脂抗皱处理由于常用的整理剂会在面料表面发生化学反应,在穿着时仍会释放少量甲醛,不能满足现代人对健康环保的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供柠檬酸用在衣物抗皱处理的工艺,以期生产一种抗皱性能好、舒适性高的棉丝成衣制品。
本发明包括以下内容:
一种柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,其特征在于:所述的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,由80-100份柠檬酸,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂,4-6份抗纰裂剂组成。
优选的,所述亲水性整理剂为季铵基硅油。
优选的,所述强力保护剂为聚乙烯类强力保护剂。
优选的,所述催化剂为氯化镁。
优选的,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述抗纰裂剂为改性胶状聚硅酸。
本发明所述的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的抗皱整理工艺步骤如下:
S1.碱洗:将缝制好的棉丝成衣在质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡5-10分钟后,捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,同时达到去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍和改变棉丝纤维分子结构的效果;
S2.堆叠:将步骤S1中所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,置于专用辅助浸药工装上;
S3.配药:配制所需的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,含有80-100份柠檬酸,30-60份亲水性整理剂,20-40份强力保护剂,10-15份催化剂,2-4份渗透剂,4-6份抗纰裂剂。;
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉丝成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2-3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使所述棉丝成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持3-5分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的所述棉丝成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至40%-50%;
S7.预烘定湿:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝成衣的带液率降至15%-20%;
S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用170℃-180℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8-10秒,使柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉丝成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃-170℃,时间为2-3分钟,使抗皱整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.抗皱整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉丝成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物并脱水烘干。
本发明通过成衣抗皱后整理工艺步骤5中所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装的挤压频率,加速所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣的吸液速率,使所述棉丝成衣快速实现浸润平衡,缩短所述成衣的浸药时间。步骤6中将所述棉丝成衣与所述浸药池分离后,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,不仅可以快速实现棉丝成衣的挤干速率,同时更方便的实现了柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的重复利用。
本发明所述成衣抗皱后整理工艺步骤7采用90℃烘烤处理,不仅可以进一步加速所述柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物与所述棉丝成衣的反应速率,而且实现了所述棉丝成衣的定湿烘干,可以使所述棉丝成衣的带液率降至15%-20%。所述成衣经抗皱后整理工艺步骤8的高温定型压烫处理后,使柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应的同时实现了成衣初步定型。将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝成衣悬挂,并经所述成衣抗皱后整理工艺步骤9焙烘再定型后,进一步使抗皱整理药剂与面料纤维完全发生交联反应,提高棉丝成衣的抗皱持久性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供一种柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,经过所述柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物处理后的棉丝成衣可克服棉丝织物经过常规抗皱整理后手感偏硬的缺陷,同时使棉丝成衣具有抗皱性,适于各种场合穿着;
(2)本发明提供一种柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的抗皱整理方法,该方法可提高了生产厂房和设备的生产效率适于批量生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
柠檬酸用在衣物抗皱处理的工艺步骤如下:
S1.碱洗:将缝制好的棉丝成衣在质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中浸泡5-10分钟后,捞出后用清水洗涤数次后甩干,同时达到去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍和改变棉丝纤维分子结构的效果;
S2.堆叠:将步骤S1中所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,置于专用辅助浸药工装上;
S3.配药:配制所需的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,由80份柠檬酸,30份季铵基硅油,20份聚乙烯类强力保护剂,10份氯化镁催化剂,2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,4份改性胶状聚硅酸组成。
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉丝成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使所述棉丝成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持5分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的所述棉丝成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至40%;
S7.预烘定湿:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝成衣的带液率降至15%;
S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用170℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为10秒,使柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉丝成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为160℃,时间为3分钟,使抗皱整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.抗皱整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉丝成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物并脱水烘干。
实施例2:
柠檬酸用在衣物抗皱处理的工艺步骤如下:

S3.配药:配制所需的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物,按重量份计,由100份柠檬酸,60份季铵基硅油,40份聚乙烯类强力保护剂,15份氯化镁催化剂,4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,6份改性胶状聚硅酸组成。
S4.准备:将步骤S3中所述柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物注入浸药池内,然后将步骤S2中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤S2所述的棉丝成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
S5.浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使所述棉丝成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持3分钟浸药时间;
S6.挤干:将已充分浸润柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物的所述棉丝成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝成衣,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至50%;
S7.预烘定湿:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用90℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝成衣的带液率降至20%;
S8.定型压烫:将步骤S7处理后的棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用180℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8秒,使柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
S9.焙烘定型:将步骤S8处理的所述棉丝成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为170℃,时间为2分钟,使抗皱整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
S10.抗皱整理后处理:将步骤S9处理后的所述棉丝成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮4小时后,放入水温30℃的清水中清洗数次,去除未反应的柠檬酸抗皱整理组合物并脱水烘干。
