所述改性凹凸棒土按照以下工艺进行制备:将1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮加入水中,调节体系pH值为9,然后加入凹凸棒土水溶液,其中,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、凹凸棒土的重量比为1:30,在室温下搅拌9h,转移至水热釜中水热反应5h,反应结束后离心、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将物料A、钛酸四丁酯和乙醇混合均匀,其中,物料A、钛酸四丁酯的重量比为1:3,加入水后搅拌3h,过滤后洗涤、干燥,然后在650℃下煅烧120min得到物料B;将物料B加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵搅拌50min,加入硝酸银的氨溶液,其中,物料B、二癸基二甲基氯化铵、硝酸银的重量比为0.5:4:0.1,搅拌5h,然后过滤、洗涤、干燥,在650℃下煅烧100min得到所述改性凹凸棒土。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其原料按重量份包括:纳米硅溶胶7份、纳米氧化镁10份、植物提取物4份、大蒜油8.6份、1,2-戊二醇2.3份、壳聚糖7.5份、一氯三嗪-β-环糊精2.3份、有机酸1.7份、次亚磷酸钠0.2份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺4份、改性凹凸棒土13份、二羟甲基脲1.2份、水250份;
其中,所述纳米硅溶胶的浓度为0.8mol/L;
所述植物提取物按照以下工艺进行制备:将樟树叶和柚子皮分别洗净后破碎,然后加入乙醇水溶液中,其中,乙醇水溶液中,乙醇与水的体积比为1:4,乙醇水溶液的体积为樟树叶和柚子皮总体积的15倍,加热至回流后搅拌100min,然后过滤、干燥、灭菌后得到所述植物提取物。
所述有机酸为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸的混合物,且柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸的质量比为3:2:4;
所述改性凹凸棒土按照以下工艺进行制备:将1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮加入水中,调节体系pH值为10,然后加入凹凸棒土水溶液,其中,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、凹凸棒土的重量比为5:15,在室温下搅拌5h,转移至水热釜中水热反应9h,反应结束后离心、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将物料A、钛酸四丁酯和乙醇混合均匀,其中,物料A、钛酸四丁酯的重量比为1:2.5,加入水后搅拌5h,过滤后洗涤、干燥,然后在550℃下煅烧150min得到物料B;将物料B加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵搅拌30min,加入硝酸银的氨溶液,其中,物料B、二癸基二甲基氯化铵、硝酸银的重量比为1.5:2:0.35,搅拌8h,然后过滤、洗涤、干燥,在550℃下煅烧150min得到所述改性凹凸棒土。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其原料按重量份包括:纳米硅溶胶11份、纳米氧化镁9份、植物提取物7份、大蒜油6份、1,2-戊二醇3份、壳聚糖7份、一氯三嗪-β-环糊精5份、有机酸1份、次亚磷酸钠0.6份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、改性凹凸棒土17份、二羟甲基脲1份、水300份;
其中,所述纳米硅溶胶的浓度为0.5mol/L;
所述植物提取物按照以下工艺进行制备:将樟树叶和柚子皮分别洗净后破碎,然后加入乙醇水溶液中,其中,乙醇水溶液中,乙醇与水的体积比为1:3,乙醇水溶液的体积为樟树叶和柚子皮总体积的17倍,加热至回流后搅拌90min,然后过滤、干燥、灭菌后得到所述植物提取物;
所述有机酸为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸的混合物,且冰醋酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸的质量比为3:4:2:5;
所述改性凹凸棒土按照以下工艺进行制备:将1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮加入水中,调节体系pH值为9.5,然后加入凹凸棒土水溶液,其中,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、凹凸棒土的重量比为3:22,在室温下搅拌7h,转移至水热釜中水热反应8h,反应结束后离心、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将物料A、钛酸四丁酯和乙醇混合均匀,其中,物料A、钛酸四丁酯的重量比为1:2.7,加入水后搅拌4h,过滤后洗涤、干燥,然后在620℃下煅烧135min得到物料B;将物料B加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵搅拌40min,加入硝酸银的氨溶液,其中,物料B、二癸基二甲基氯化铵、硝酸银的重量比为1:3:0.2,搅拌6.5h,然后过滤、洗涤、干燥,在620℃下煅烧130min得到所述改性凹凸棒土。

1.一种羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:纳米硅溶胶5-17份、纳米氧化镁2-13份、植物提取物2-10份、大蒜油2-10份、1,2-戊二醇1-5份、壳聚糖5-8份、一氯三嗪-β-环糊精1-8份、有机酸0.3-2份、次亚磷酸钠0.1-1份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺1-5份、改性凹凸棒土10-25份、二羟甲基脲0.3-1.5份、水200-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,所述纳米硅溶胶的浓度为0.3-0.8mol/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,所述植物提取物按照以下工艺进行制备:将樟树叶和柚子皮分别洗净后破碎,然后加入乙醇水溶液中,其中,乙醇水溶液中,乙醇与水的体积比为1:2-4,乙醇水溶液的体积为樟树叶和柚子皮总体积的15-20倍,加热至回流后搅拌80-100min,然后过滤、干燥、灭菌后得到所述植物提取物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,所述有机酸为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸中的一种或者多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,所述改性凹凸棒土按照以下工艺进行制备:将1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮加入水中,调节体系pH值为9-10,然后加入凹凸棒土水溶液,在室温下搅拌5-9h,转移至水热釜中水热反应5-9h,反应结束后离心、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将物料A、钛酸四丁酯和乙醇混合均匀,加入水后搅拌3-5h,过滤后洗涤、干燥,然后在550-650℃下煅烧120-150min得到物料B;将物料B加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入二癸基二甲基氯化铵搅拌30-50min,加入硝酸银的氨溶液,搅拌5-8h,然后过滤、洗涤、干燥,在550-650℃下煅烧100-150min得到所述改性凹凸棒土。
6.根据权利要求5所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,1,2-苯丙异噻唑啉-3-酮、凹凸棒土的重量比为1-5:15-30。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,物料A、钛酸四丁酯的重量比为1:2.5-3。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用防霉整理液,其特征在于,物料B、二癸基二甲基氯化铵、硝酸银的重量比为0.5-1.5:2-4:0.1-0.35。
