第一步:称量各原料,经混纺和织造工艺制得弹性床单面料(床单布),把床单布经吸湿层浸轧,浸轧气压为0.2~0.25MPa;吸湿层的材料是用聚丙烯酸与水配比而成,其重量配比为:纯净水57~63%,聚丙烯酸37~43%;第二步:把经过第一步后的床单布经打底防渗白浆浸轧,生产涂刀角度为90度,刀距为47~55mm,发泡比为42~46g,轧辊气压为0.2~0.35MPa,速度每分钟16~22m;打底防渗白浆主要用到是玉米软胶,稳泡剂,发泡剂,二氧化钛纳米颗粒,食用碱水配比而成,粘度为1500~1800cps,pH值为9.8~10;第三步:在把经过第二步后的床单布经植绒面浆浸轧,生产操作涂刀角度为90度,刀距55~65mm,发泡比为46~47g,轧辊气压在0.25~0.3MPa,速度每分钟14~18m;植绒面浆采用环保型软胶水,稳泡剂,发泡剂,二氧化钛分散体,氨水配置而成, pH值为9.8~10,粘度为1500~1800cps;第四步:植绒,第三步完成后进行植绒,把细绒与植绒面结合,计量为每平方3.5~4.7g,毛刷频率为40~55次/秒,静电电压30kV,速度每分钟12~16m;第五步:植绒后的床单布,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05~0.25%,其余为水;所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:月桂烷基葡萄糖苷30~50份、聚赖氨酸5~17份、乙氧基喹啉 10~43份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10~23份;第六步:焙烘扫毛,对完成第五步后的产品进行刷毛后得成品床单布,刷毛频率6~9次/秒,拍打频率6.7~10.1次/秒,速度每分钟15~25m,即得弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料。
进一步的,所述改性桑皮纤维由硅烷偶联改性后经高锰酸钾接枝改性的桑皮纤维。
实施例2
一种弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料,其特征在于,所述的弹性吸汗抗菌面料由棉纤维、远红外涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维、天丝纤维、壳聚糖纤维和改性桑皮纤维混纺织造而成,其中棉纤维的重量份数为100份,远红外涤纶纤维的重量份数为80份,竹炭纤维的重量份数为20份,天丝纤维的重量份数为43份,壳聚糖纤维的重量份数为17份,改性桑皮纤维的重量份数为23份。
一种弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:

由表1和2可以看出,本发明公开的弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料的悬垂性能非常好,不容易起毛起球,具有较高的吸湿性。织物的强度高,折皱、免烫性能、弹性回复性能优良,缩水率较低,尺寸稳定性能较好。另外,还具有良好的抑菌功能,适合制作高档保健床单产品,产品附加值高,经济效益可观。面料的透气和透湿性能良好,具有较好的保暖舒适性。另外,耐磨性能良好。

Claims (3)

1.一种弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料,其特征在于,所述的弹性吸汗抗菌面料由棉纤维、远红外涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维、天丝纤维、壳聚糖纤维和改性桑皮纤维混纺织造而成,其中棉纤维的重量份数为85~125份,远红外涤纶纤维的重量份数为73~97份,竹炭纤维的重量份数为17~23份,天丝纤维的重量份数为23~51份,壳聚糖纤维的重量份数为13~21份,改性桑皮纤维的重量份数为17~33份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:

3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性吸汗抗菌床单面料,其特征在于,所述改性桑皮纤维由硅烷偶联改性后经高锰酸钾接枝改性的桑皮纤维。
