本发明的目的是为了提供一种珍珠护肤花呢,不仅具有珍珠养颜护肤的功效,又具有吸湿透气、穿着舒适的特性。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用的技术方案是:
一种珍珠护肤花呢,由以下原料配比制得:丝光羊毛纤维 60%,聚酯纤维 16%,珍珠纤维 20%,莱卡 4%。
进一步,所述丝光羊毛的细度为17.2μm,长度为85mm,聚酯纤维的细度为1.5D,长度为90mm,珍珠纤维的细度为2D,长度为75mm,绢丝的细度为40D。

(1)染色工序
丝光羊毛纤维:采用进口亨斯迈环保型毛用活性染料低温染色,染色温度控制在80℃,保温60分钟,为保护纤维不受损伤以及减少纺纱和织造过程中的断纱和短毛,便于后道生产,从毛条制条成球开始,通过走进口空心成球机,减少染色松球时因张力不均造成上色不匀,提高毛条色光的纯正度,复洗时选用丝光毛专用整理剂RT,达到纤维顺直、平滑、光泽充足,抱和好,提高了纺纱制成率和纱线强力,进而改善了织物的手感和风格;
珍珠纤维:采用活性染料进行染色,活性染料为台湾用光活性红LF-B 活性黄ED活性藏青ED,元明粉50g/L,纯碱15g/L,软水剂1.0g/L,染色温度控制在60℃,保温50分钟;
(2)纺纱工序
在复精梳过程中,为减少纤维损伤,便于梳理,各道采取小隔距28mm,小牵伸9倍,复精梳保证毛网顺直,清晰,纺纱工艺遵循轻喂入 ,小牵伸17.5倍,低车速细纱7000转/分的原则,温湿度控制相对较大,温度23℃,湿度80%,混条时加入适量的环保型和毛油助剂史蒂芬逊SDF,前纺各道工序均采用小张力、以减少纤维的损伤,保证纺纱效率,纬纱采用赛络纺纺纱工艺,双粗喂入,车速8200转/分,细纱蒸纱温度80℃/25分钟,络筒750转/分,络筒蒸纱温度85℃/25分钟,车间温湿度控制:温度23℃,湿度75%;
(3)织造工序
整经时确保纱线通道顺畅,片纱张力均匀,防止布面产生自吊,倒轴时使用复配的高分子HG-106C冷浆剂,蜡比控制8%,提高纱线的耐磨性贴服毛羽,织造采用进口意大利舒美特剑杆织机,车速320米/分,张力控制在230N-250N,减少意外牵伸,为保证布面质量,采用等张力开口,呢面纹路清晰细腻,坯布质量良好,织机上机工艺:上机经纬密:267*305根/10cm,上机门幅196cm,筘号89#,织物组织2/2斜纹。

(3)织造工序

Claims (6)

1.一种珍珠护肤花呢,其特征在于,由以下原料配比制得:丝光羊毛纤维60%,聚酯纤维16%,珍珠纤维20%,莱卡4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种珍珠护肤花呢,其特征在于,所述丝光羊毛的细度为17.2μm,长度为85mm,聚酯纤维的细度为1.5D,长度为90mm,珍珠纤维的细度为2D,长度为75mm,绢丝的细度为40D。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种珍珠护肤花呢,其特征在于,所述珍珠纤维是将纳米级超细珍珠粉以粘胶纤维为载体,在粘胶纤维纺丝时加入纤维内,使纤维体内和外表均匀分布着纳米珍珠微粒。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种珍珠护肤花呢的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)染色工序
丝光羊毛纤维:采用进口亨斯迈环保型毛用活性染料低温染色,染色温度控制在80℃,保温60分钟,为保护纤维不受损伤以及减少纺纱和织造过程中的断纱和短毛,便于后道生产,从毛条制条成球开始,通过走进口空心成球机,减少染色松球时因张力不均造成上色不匀,提高毛条色光的纯正度,复洗时选用丝光毛专用整理剂RT,达到纤维顺直、平滑、光泽充足,抱和好,提高了纺纱制成率和纱线强力,进而改善了织物的手感和风格;
珍珠纤维:采用活性染料进行染色,活性染料为台湾用光活性红LF-B活性黄ED活性藏青ED,元明粉50g/L,纯碱15g/L,软水剂1.0g/L,染色温度控制在60℃,保温50分钟;
(2)纺纱工序
在复精梳过程中,为减少纤维损伤,便于梳理,各道采取小隔距28mm,小牵伸9倍,复精梳保证毛网顺直,清晰,纺纱工艺遵循轻喂入,小牵伸17.5倍,低车速细纱7000转/分的原则,温湿度控制相对较大,温度23℃,湿度80%,混条时加入适量的环保型和毛油助剂史蒂芬逊SDF,前纺各道工序均采用小张力、以减少纤维的损伤,保证纺纱效率,纬纱采用赛络纺纺纱工艺,双粗喂入,车速8200转/分,细纱蒸纱温度80℃/25分钟,络筒750转/分,络筒蒸纱温度85℃/25分钟,车间温湿度控制:温度23℃,湿度75%;
(3)织造工序
整经时确保纱线通道顺畅,片纱张力均匀,防止布面产生自吊,倒轴时使用复配的高分子HG-106C冷浆剂,蜡比控制8%,提高纱线的耐磨性贴服毛羽,织造采用进口意大利舒美特剑杆织机,车速320米/分,张力控制在230N-250N,减少意外牵伸,为保证布面质量,采用等张力开口,呢面纹路清晰细腻,坯布质量良好,织机上机工艺:上机经纬密:267*305根/10cm,上机门幅196cm,筘号89#,织物组织2/2斜纹。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种珍珠护肤花呢的生产工艺,其特征在于,还包括后整理工序:刷毛→平洗联煮→烘干定型→烧毛→高速洗→双煮→轧水→烘干→中检→熟修→热定型→轧柔→中检→给湿→烫光→KD罐蒸→成品,
为加强布面手感,采取法国CIMI平洗联煮机进口工艺设计:冲洗:40℃、煮呢:95℃、车速28m/min,使面料更加柔滑、光洁,高速洗:280m/min*30′毛能净2kg,压辊压力0.5mbar风速65,双煮工艺:温度85℃/40',1、3、4、6加压,200ml HAC,热定型:193℃*20m/min,下机门幅154-155cm中超喂,轧柔:平滑柔软剂JT-302,40G/L,20m/min,中超喂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种珍珠护肤花呢的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述珍珠纤维是将纳米级超细珍珠粉以粘胶纤维为载体,在粘胶纤维纺丝时加入纤维内,使纤维体内和外表均匀分布着纳米珍珠微粒。
