[0002]麻纤维(亚麻、苎麻、汉麻)和棉纤维都属于天然纤维素纤维,具有吸湿、透气等良 好的服用性能,特别是麻纤维还具有凉爽、抗菌和屏蔽紫外线等功能,是夏日服装最理想的 纤维材料。另一方面,由于麻纤维和棉纤维也存在弹性差、易折皱变形,手感也不够好,特别 是麻纤维的手感粗硬、更容易折皱,穿着有刺痒感。要解决上述问题的最有效途径是通过液 氨整理。 2〇〇3]_液氨分子是一种极性小分子,常温下为气体状态,当冷却到_34以下时变成液态 氨,流动性好,极具渗透力。当液氨整理时,液氨能在极短时间内渗透到麻或棉纤维内部,使 纤维发生剧烈的膨化,使得纤维结晶区内分子链间的距离变大,非结晶区分子链间的距离 相对$少,整个纤维处于亚结晶状态,纤维分子束内原来旧的不稳定氢键被拆散,内应力被 彻底消除,分子链在新的稳定的状态重新排列,结果使得整理后的针织物布面平整,纹理清 晰,手感柔软舒适并持久耐洗,顶破强力提高,弹性增加,抗皱性能明显提高。若再加上树脂 整理,可达到真正意义上的免烫效果。同时对于麻纤维来说,通过液氨整理可降低纤维的刚 性,是消除其刺痒感不可替代的解决方法。
[0004]然而,现有的液氨整理的机械设备,无论是连续式液氨整理机,还是间歇式液氨整 理机,一般经向都具有一定的张力,特别是连续式液氨整理机,仅适用于形态比较稳定的机 织物,如在高档衬衫面料上已普遍采用。而对于线圈结构的针织物,拉伸后极易变形,对于 连续式液氨整理机,无疑是不能直接用来进行液氨整理加工的。对于间歇式液氨整理机,即 使称之为可用于针织物的液氨整理,由于织物是打卷后进入压力罐内,织物在浸渍液氨后, 通过在卷布轴上往复运转进行液氨整理,再从织物上蒸发掉游离的液氨。这种设备不仅准 备时间长,生产效率低,而且整理时织物多少也具有一定的张力,特别是对于夏日的针织服 装面料,一般以轻薄的单面汗布为主,存在着易卷边的现象,很难以布卷的方式进行加工。 且整理的效果要到整个布卷出机后才能见到,发现问题为时己晚。因此,对麻、棉针织物如 何通过液氨整理显著提高其品质的加工方法,就成为摆在我们面前迫切需要解决的课题。

[0007]所述的麻、棉及其混纺或交织针织物进行液氨整理的方法,具体步骤为: 将麻、棉针织物半制品平整、松弛地固定在机织衬布上—液氨整理4后整理; 对麻、棉针织物半制品的要求: 麻、棉针织物半制品在进行液氨整理时,首先对其半制品进行所需的漂染加工,麻针织 物还要进行烧毛和纤维素酶生物抛光,充分去除织物表面的散纤维和茸毛,使布面光洁,可 减少穿着刺痒感;为进一步提高布面光泽和染色性能,同时用NaOH进行碱丝光;在液氨整理 前要进行拉幅定型,使布面平整,门幅、克重和缩水率达到规定的要求;拉幅定型时不能施 加柔软平滑剂,以免影响液氨对纤维的渗透; 对机织衬布的要求: 机织衬布是陪伴针织物进行液氨整理的,要求布面平整、形态稳定、不易折皱、可反复 回用;织物的密度要紧,液氨整理时当织物的经向受到拉伸时,织物玮向不会由此而产生形 变。织物的组织结构采用横贡缎组织,布面的平整度高;机织衬布的表面主要是炜纱,对液 氨整理后针织物的外观和手感影响很大,因此对纬纱的要求较高,最好炜纱采用精梳长绒 棉的股线,使得衬布表面平整光滑、富有弹性;机织衬布的门幅要略宽于待整理针织物半制 品的门幅; 液氨整理工艺: 液氨整理时,由于是针织物半制品和机织衬布复合在一起,布层较厚,因此车速不宜过 快,一般控制在10〜20m/niin;车速过快,液氨与织物反应的时间短,达不到整理效果。
[0008]织物在进入液氨槽前,先要经烘筒预烘,降低布面含水率并避免布面上的含水率 不一致,保证液氨整理的效果均匀一致;预烘烘筒的温度在130 °C左右;预烘后经冷风冷却, 防止将布上的热量带入液氨槽;织物进入轧槽浸轧液氨时,纤维在短时间内将充分膨化。乳 车的压力控制在〇 • 10〜〇 • l2Mpa,主要用以调节织物所带的液氨量;若压力过小,织物上所带 的液氨量过多,不仅增加成本,也影响接下来织物的去氨效果;若压力过大,织物上所带的 液氨量过少,达不到整理的效果,并对线圈结构的针织物弹性造成影响。
[0009] 织物浸轧液氨后进入由上、下导布辊组成的反应室,使织物与液氨充分反应,同时 让织物上的液氨蒸发出来;反应室的温度为70〜90°C;然后再经热烘筒进一步去除织物上的 残留氨,热烘筒蒸汽压力在0.5〜O.SMpa,经烘筒烘干的织物再经蒸汽去氨,使布面上的氨基 本去除,蒸汽的温度为110〜120 °C;最后通过三格水洗箱,第二格水洗箱可为中和槽,将布面 上残留的氨洗净,布面的PH值控制在6〜7;最后经烘筒烘千后落布; 后整理: 经液氨整理的针织物,在将缝线拆除与机织衬布分离后,再经拉幅定型整理,使其布面 平整;门幅、克重达到规定要求。在拉幅定型整理前可适当浸乳柔软平滑剂,以进一步改善 手感。也可浸轧无甲醛或微甲醛树脂整理剂,以达到免烫整理的效果。最后经呢毯预缩机预 缩,在湿热和弹性呢毯的作用下,不仅可进一步降低缩水率,针织物的布面更平整和丰满, 手感也可进一步提高。

1.-•种麻、棉及其混纺或交织针织物进行液氨整理的方法,其特征是:将需要进行液氨 整理的麻、棉针织物半制品理平,使其平整、松弛、均匀地附着在机织衬布上,通过手工或缝 纫设备,用缝纫线将待整理麻、棉针织物半制品两边,在布边拉幅定型时的针迹处,将其固 定在机织衬布上,然后进行液氨整理及后整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的麻、棉及其混纺或交织针织物进行液氨整理的方法,其特征 是:具体步骤为: 将麻、棉针织物半制品平整、松弛地固定在机织衬布上—液氨整理—后整理; 对麻、棉针织物半制品的要求: 麻、棉针织物半制品在进行液氨整理时,首先对其半制品进行所需的漂染加工,麻针织 物还要进行烧毛和纤维素酶生物抛光,充分去除织物表面的散纤维和茸毛,使布面光洁,可 减少穿着刺痒感;在液氨整理前要进行拉幅定型,使布面平整,门幅、克重和缩水率达到规 定的要求;拉幅定型时不能施加柔软平滑剂,以免影响液氨对纤维的渗透; 对机织衬布的要求: 机织衬布是陪伴针织物进行液氨整理的,要求布面平整、形态稳定、不易折皱、可反复 回用;织物的组织结构采用横贡缎组织,布面的平整度高;机织衬布纬纱采用精梳长绒棉的 股线,使得衬布表面平整光滑、富有弹性;机织衬布的门幅要宽于待整理针织物半制品的门 幅; 液氨整理工艺: 液氨整理时,车速控制在10〜20m/min; 织物在进入液氨槽前,先要经烘筒预烘,降低布面含水率并避免布面上的含水率不一 致,保证液氨整理的效果均匀一致;预烘烘筒的温度在13(TC;预烘后经冷风冷却,防止将布 上的热量带入液氨槽;轧车的压力控制在〇.1〇〜〇.12MPa,主要用以调节织物所带的液氨量; 织物浸乳液氨后进入由上、下导布辊组成的反应室,使织物与液氨充分反应,同时让织 物上的液氨蒸发出来;反应室的温度为7〇〜9〇°C;然后再经热烘筒进一步去除织物上的残留 氨,热烘筒蒸汽压力在0 • 5〜0 • SMpa,经烘筒烘干的织物再经蒸汽去氨,蒸汽的温度为丨10~ 120°C ;最后通过三格水洗箱,第二格水洗箱可为中和槽,将布面上残留的氨洗净,布面的PH 值控制在6〜7;最后经烘筒烘干后落布; 后整理: 经液氨整理的针织物,在将缝线拆除与机织衬布分离后,再经拉幅定型整理,使其布面 平整;最后经呢毯预缩机预缩。
