为了改善羊毛织物的抗毡缩能力,通过减量法对羊毛进行剥磷氯化处理,继而得到丝光羊毛。衬衫面料要有可机洗功能才能被消费者认可,所以羊毛采用丝光羊毛。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为,丝光羊毛具有光泽感,不易起绒面,与皮肤直接接触时,容易产生冰凉感,穿着不舒适。

通过采用上述技术方案,丝光羊毛经过咪唑啉柔软剂的整理,便于提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性,同时,咪唑啉柔软剂便于在丝光羊毛表面形成一种保护层,进而提高丝光羊毛的强度,进而提高丝光羊毛、涤纶、珍珠纤维混纺时的抱合力,提高经纱的强度,进而提高制得的面料的撕破强力,纳米炭黑与羊毛作用时,会先吸附在羊毛纤维的表面,然后通过纤维内外的孔洞不断渗入到纤维内部,纳米炭黑向羊毛纤维上引入了亲水基团,提高丝光羊毛的吸湿性,同时炭黑的紧密排列形成了完整的导电薄膜,进而提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性。
优选的,所述纳米炭黑为改性纳米炭黑,改性纳米炭黑的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将纳米炭黑及2,4-二叔丁基-6-(5-氯代苯井三唑-2-基)苯酚在真空烘箱中105-110℃干燥20-24h除去吸收水,共混,球磨即得。
优选的,纳米炭黑的粒径为30-40nm。
通过采用上述技术方案,2,4-二叔丁基-6-(5-氯代苯井三唑-2-基)苯酚在共混过程中与炭黑发生了反应,接枝到炭黑的表面,便于提高炭黑的分散性,进而提高炭黑在纤维表面的吸附程度对炭黑改性后,炭黑分散性更佳,便于进一步提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性能。
优选的,所述经纱、纬纱中的涤纶纤维均经过聚酯抗静电剂整理,所述聚酯抗静电剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇和乙酸锌混合,升温至170-180℃,恒温反应3.5-4h后,加入聚乙二醇和催化剂三氧化二锡,升温,在氮气的气氛中减压蒸馏,即得。
优选的,聚酯抗静电剂在整理液中的浓度为10-14g/L。
优选的,抗静电整理工艺包括如下步骤:将涤纶纤维在整理液中一浸一轧,轧余率为50-60%,然后烘干,烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干时间为5-10h。纤维与整理液的质量比为1:(15-30)。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚酯抗静电剂中的聚酯部分可与涤纶纤维发生共晶下效应而固着于纤维表面,聚醚部分的亲水链段向外排列在纤维的表面形成亲水表层,从而在纤维表面形成了一层亲水性高聚物膜,增加了纤维与摩擦物之间的接触间隙,减少了接触面积,同时,抗静电剂朝向纤维中心的疏水基团多是碳氢链,而碳氢链在高分子链中较柔软,并与进一步使得涤纶纤维表面柔软平滑,降低了纤维表面的摩擦系数,减少了静电的产生,从而抑制了静电积累,同时具有极佳的耐洗性。
优选的,所述聚乙二醇的重均分子量为6000-8000。
通过采用上述技术方案,当聚乙二醇的分子量过高时,从而导致整理后的涤纶纤维亲水性过高,从而提高了涤纶纤维的溶胀性,进而降低涤纶纤维的耐洗性,进而降低涤纶纤维的抗静电性能。
优选的,所述空气拍打的温度为120-140℃,风力80-90%、车速7-8m/min,亲水软膏5-15g/L。
优选的,亲水软膏为亲水硅油。
通过采用上述技术方案,面料在高温和风力的反复拍打之下,面料表面的短绒毛充分直立起来,呈现出细腻的绒感,同时在亲水软膏的作用下,面料干爽不滑腻,减少出现接缝滑移不达标的情况出现,风力越大,拍打后的面料越柔软。
优选的,所述轻抓毛的车速为10-13m/min。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请的轻抓毛是通过采用密集的针将面料靠近皮肤一层的纤维踢起,进而形成一层绒毛,从而改善衬衫面料的保暖性,手感柔软,进而提高衬衫面料与皮肤直接接触一层不冰凉,进而提高面料的亲肤感。
优选的,所述烧毛的车速为80-90m/min,所述面料朝向皮肤一面进行烧毛处理。
通过采用上述技术方案,面料在编织过程中表面会耸立一层长短不一的绒毛,这层绒毛主要由暴露在织物表面的纤维末端形成的,烧毛的车速过高容易出现烧毛不净的问题,车速过低容易导致出现烧毛过渡的情况,从而导致免除变硬出现收缩的情况,单面烧面,便于降低面料制备的周期以及制备成本。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请的毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺中采用精纺经纱和普通的纬纱一起编织成面料,从而降低衬衫面料的生产成本和生产周期,同时,经纱由丝光羊毛、涤纶纤维、珍珠纤维混纺制得,丝光羊毛和涤纶纤维共同相配,从而使得面料具有可机洗的优点,珍珠纤维的加入便于提高面料的抗菌性能,同时,珍珠纤维具有养颜护肤的作用,便于进一步提高面料的亲肤性和强度。
2、本申请的毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺中,通过对面料进行轻抓毛和空气拍打的工艺,从而使得通过精纺工艺制得衬衫面料具有微绒毛,手感柔软的效果,针对精纺行业未进行轻抓毛、空气拍打的工艺,本申请创造了先例,提出了将轻抓毛、空气拍打的工艺应用在精纺工艺中,具有跨行业的技术门槛。
3、本申请的毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺中,将丝光羊毛在混纺前通过处理剂进行处理,处理剂包括咪唑柔软剂和纳米炭黑,纳米炭黑吸附在羊毛纤维上,形成一层导电薄膜,咪唑柔软剂便于在羊毛的剥磷处形成一个保护层,进而提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性,提高丝光羊毛与涤纶纤维、珍珠纤维的抱合力。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请的咪唑啉柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将120kg硬脂酸同21.7kg二乙三胺放入装有冷凝器的反应器内,加热并搅拌后升温到250℃,反应10h,同时减压蒸馏出所生成的水环化完毕,将环化后混合物冷却,混以20kg的环氧氯丙烷,季铵化10h后得到产品。
本申请的改性纳米炭黑的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将纳米炭黑及2,4-二叔丁基-6-(5-氯代苯井三唑-2-基)苯酚在真空烘箱中105℃干燥24h除去吸收水,然后以质量比1:1加入转矩流变仪中,在温度为160℃,转速为60r/min下共混20min,在球磨机中磨粉制得改性炭黑。
本申请的聚酯抗静电剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇和乙酸锌按质量比68:80:0.8混合,升温至170℃,恒温反应3.5h后,加入聚乙二醇和三氧化二锡,其中对苯二甲酸二甲酯、聚乙二醇、三氧化二锡的质量比为68:400:2,升温至260℃,在氮气的气氛中减压蒸馏2h后,停止加热,即得,其中聚乙二醇的重均分子量为6000。
本申请的纳米炭黑的粒径为30-40nm。
本申请的丝光羊毛的细度为80支,纤维长度为95mm。
本申请的珍珠纤维的线密度为1.67dtex,长度为37.7mm,干强为17cN/tex,干伸长率为13%。

实施例1
本实施例的毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)精纺经纱:将50%丝光羊毛、10%涤纶纤维、40%珍珠纤维混纺,经过精梳、纺纱即得经纱;丝光羊毛的细度为80支,纤维长度为95mm;珍珠纤维的线密度为1.67dtex,长度为37.7mm,干强为17cN/tex,干伸长率为13%;
(2)面料制备:将经纱和纬纱织造得到面料;纬纱为筒染涤粘纱,纬纱由涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比70:30组成;其中,经纱的公支为90/2,纬纱的公支为32/1;经纱的捻度为908捻/10cm,纬纱的捻度为908捻/10cm,经纱的密度为360根/10cm,纬纱的密度为320根/10cm;
(3)面料后整理:将步骤(2)得到的面料进行定型、烧毛、洗呢、煮呢、烘呢、修布、柔软、轻抓毛、剪毛、罐篜、空气拍打、连篜呢,即得;其中,定型的温度为180℃,定型速度为30m/min;烧毛的车速为80m/min;洗呢是在30℃下将面料冲洗出缸;烘呢是将面料在130℃的条件下进行烘燥;罐篜温度为120℃,蒸汽循环时间为5min,抽冷时间为8min,包布张力为2公斤力;煮呢的温度为90℃,布匹速度为10m/min;空气拍打是将罐篜后的面料在连续式平幅拍打机中进行空气拍打,拍打温度设置为130℃,车速设置为8m/min。风量设置为80%,亲水软膏为5g/L。亲水软膏为亲水硅油;轻抓毛的车速为10m/min;烧毛的车速为80m/min,衬衫面料朝向皮肤一面进行烧毛处理。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(1)精纺经纱:将60%的丝光羊毛、20%的涤纶纤维、20%的珍珠纤维混纺,经过精梳、纺纱,即得经纱。其他与实施例1完全相同。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:纬纱为筒染涤粘纱,纬纱由涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比60:30组成,其他与实施例1完全相同。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:丝光羊毛经过处理剂进行整理,丝光羊毛的处理工艺包括如下步骤:将丝光羊毛在温度为40℃的处理液中浸渍40min,脱水后,在70℃的条件下烘干8h。丝光羊毛与处理液的质量比为1:30。处理剂由咪唑啉柔软剂、纳米炭黑按质量比3:1组成,咪唑啉柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将120kg硬脂酸同21.7kg二乙三胺放入装有冷凝器的反应器内,加热并搅拌后升温到250℃,反应10h,同时减压蒸馏出所生成的水环化完毕,将环化后混合物冷却,混以20kg的环氧氯丙烷,季铵化10h后得到产品。其他与实施例1完全相同。

本实施例与实施例5的不同之处在于:经纱中的涤纶纤维经过聚酯抗静电剂整理,聚酯抗静电剂在整理液中的浓度为10g/L。抗静电整理工艺包括如下步骤:将涤纶纤维在整理液中一浸一轧,轧余率为5%,然后烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为8h。纤维与整理液的质量比为1:20。聚酯抗静电剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇和乙酸锌按质量比68:80:0.8混合,升温至170℃,恒温反应3.5h后,加入聚乙二醇和三氧化二锡,其中对苯二甲酸二甲酯、聚乙二醇、三氧化二锡的质量比为68:400:2,升温至260℃,在氮气的气氛中减压蒸馏2h后,停止加热,即得,其中聚乙二醇的重均分子量为6000。其他与实施例5完全相同。

本实施例与实施例6的不同之处在于:经纱、纬纱中的涤纶纤维均经过聚酯抗静电整理。其他与实施例6完全相同。

性能检测试验
抗起球性能检测:取实施例1-7及对比例1-3的采用毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料制备得到的衬衫面料依据GBT 4802.1-2008《纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定第1部分圆轨迹法》中的检测方法,进行抗起球性能检测,检测结果如表1所示。
绒感评级:取实施例1-7及对比例1-3的采用毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料制备得到的衬衫面料,采用实验者摸布评价,分为1~5级,级数越高绒感越强,3级为满足客户要求,5级为绒感非常突出。评价结果如表1所示。
撕破强力检测:取实施例1-7及对比例1-3的采用毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料制备得到的衬衫面料,依据GB/T 3917.3-2009《纺织品.织物撕破性能.第3部分:梯形试样撕破强力的测定》中的检测方法检测衬衫面料的撕破强力,检测结果如表1所示。

实施例1-7及对比例1-3制得的毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料符合GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》的标准。
结合实施例1及对比例1-3,并结合表1可以看出,经纱为由丝光羊毛、涤纶、珍珠纤维复配得到,丝光羊毛弹性佳,可机洗、抗起球,珍珠纤维亲肤性好,涤纶耐拉伸、强度高,三种纱线混纺制得的精纺经纱,撕破强度高,同时,经过轻抓毛和空气拍打的整理,从而使得制得的衬衫面料具有微绒面感,同时抗起球性能佳。
结合实施例1-3,并结合表1可以看出,对经纱各组分的配比进行调整,由此制得的衬衫面料抗起球性能差别不大,绒感等级符合客户的标准,同时撕破强力有所变化。
结合实施例4-5,并结合表1可以看出,对丝光羊毛用处理剂进行处理,处理剂由咪唑啉柔软剂、纳米炭黑复配得到,丝光羊毛经过咪唑啉柔软剂的整理,便于提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性,同时,在丝光羊毛表面形成一层保护层,同时,纳米炭黑向羊毛纤维上引入了亲水基团,便于进一步提高丝光羊毛的抗静电性,进而提高丝光羊毛与涤纶纤维、珍珠纤维之间的抱合力,进而提高制得的衬衫面料的撕破强力,提高衬衫面料的抗起球性,同时使得面料具有微绒面的手感。
结合实施例6-7,并结合表1可以看出,对涤纶纤维进行抗静电整理,从而提高涤纶纤维的抗静电性,进而提高经纱、纬纱之间的抱合力,从而提高制得的衬衫面料的撕破强力。

Claims (6)

1.一种毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)精纺经纱:将50-60%丝光羊毛、10-20%涤纶纤维、25-40%珍珠纤维混纺,经过精梳、纺纱,即得经纱;
(2)面料制备:将经纱和纬纱织造得到面料;
(3)面料后整理:将步骤(2)得到的面料进行定型、烧毛、洗呢、煮呢、烘呢、修布、柔软、轻抓毛、剪毛、罐篜、空气拍打、连篜呢,即得;
所述丝光羊毛经过处理剂进行整理,所述处理剂由咪唑啉柔软剂、纳米炭黑按质量比(3-5):(1-2)组成,所述咪唑啉柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将硬脂酸同二乙三胺放入装有冷凝器的反应器内,加热并搅拌后升温,反应,同时减压蒸馏出所生成的水环化完毕,将环化后混合物冷却,混以环氧氯丙烷,季铵化后得到产品;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述空气拍打的温度为120-140℃,风力80-90%、车速7-8m/min,亲水软膏5-15g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛涤珍珠纤维衬衫面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述轻抓毛的车速为10-13m/min。
