玉米生物基纤维皮感休闲面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高品种新型皮感抗皱休闲面料的制备方法,其中涉及0.3-0.5D/PF美国杜邦SORONA玉米生物基长丝纤维与0.2-0.4D/PF多孔细旦亮光涤纶长丝的空变复合及生产织造工艺,更涉及在后整理过程中一种瞬间超高温整理技术。 
背景技术
现代生活的快节奏使得休闲服装的需求剧增,而作为休闲服饰一个大类的皮质面料备受消费者青睐。皮草因人类保护动物意识的增强,其使用及供应都受到限制,由此,大量的仿皮织物被用于取代真皮面料。 
一般来讲,现在市场上传统的仿皮面料分为PV和PU革,采用后整理涂层刮胶工艺,或采用覆膜、贴合工艺,其缺陷是显而易见的:PV和PU革在生产过程中产生污水、废气等污染源,而且一直以来该类系列产品有着自身手感较硬、易老化、不耐水洗和不耐磨擦等缺陷;而贴合、覆膜形成的仿皮面料容易分层,起泡直至剥离,都不尽理想。如何解决以上问题从而生产出性能接近天然皮革、某些性能甚至超过天然皮革(如可洗涤、易护理、抗皱耐磨等等)的新型皮感面料,是本公司一直专注的事情。 
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种玉米生物基纤维特种皮感高档休闲面料的制备方法,首先选用美国杜邦SORONA0.3-0.5D/PF玉米生物基纤维和0.2-0.4D/PF多孔细旦涤纶亮光丝进行空变复合,在织造时重点改进浆丝工艺,染色后整理中采用一种瞬间超高温整理技术,并进行防泼水和单面压光处理。 
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:玉米生物基纤维特种皮感高档休闲面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、选原材料;2)、空变复合;3)织造;4)、染色、后整理;其特征在于: 
1)、选原材料:选用美国杜邦0.3-0.5D/PF超细SORONA玉米生物基纤维和0.2-0.4D/PF多孔细旦亮光涤纶长丝为原料;
2)、空变复合:将上述二种原料在空变机上进行低张力空变复合,张力控制在4.5-6.0CN,两根长丝经牵伸热拉伸后通过空气喷嘴,由气流旋转缠绕在一起,形成ATY丝,纤度在120-180D;
所述的牵伸热拉伸温度控制在110-125℃,拉伸比控制在1.2-1.5,给水量控制在0.6-0.8L/h;
3)织造:    
(1)浆丝工艺:在烘筒式浆车上上浆,严格控制浆丝机的送出、卷取张力,送出张力控制在60-65mN,卷取张力控制在65-70mN根,高压上浆:上浆时采用高浓低粘,浆液浓度配10-11格,压浆为1.6-1.8CN、浸压为2.1-2.3CN;
(2)预烘:出浆槽后ATY丝进入烘房采用分层、分段预烘,在纱线出烘房进入锡林干燥时,锡林温度采用中低温,且由高到低控制温度,使浆液完全渗透到纱线内部,同时在纱线表面形成有韧性、耐磨的浆膜;
所述的分层、分段预烘其工艺参数为:第一烘房温度:136-138℃、第二烘房温度:130-132℃、第一锡林温度:98-100℃、第二、三锡林温度:93-95℃、第四、五锡林温度:90-92℃、伸长:+0.1-0.2%、上浆率:4.8-5.2%、车速:110-120M/MIN;
(3)上油:经丝上浆烘干后,再上1%的油剂或防静电剂;
(4)织造:织造速度520-550rpm/min,平纹织造。
4)、染色、后整理: 
(1)先对坯布进行精炼、松驰一浴法前处理,温度110-120℃,30分钟。
(2)预定型:温度控制在70-80℃,时间40秒。 
(3)开纤碱减量:浴比1:18,温度120℃,时间45min,碱减率11-12%。 
(4)水洗、脱水,将坯布用少量酸碱中和,使布面PH值达到6-7,时间15-20分钟。 
(5)染色:温度115℃,时间45分钟,PH值=5,浴比1:40,其中进缸温度为40-50℃,以1-1.5℃/分升温至80℃,保温8分钟,再0.5-0.8℃/分升温至115℃,染色后,温度降至80℃,还原清洗15-20分钟,其中还原清洗剂2.5g/L,醋酸调PH值为中性。 
(6)防泼水处理:采用树脂处理,速度40-50m/min。 
(7)瞬间超高温整理:在整理机上采用瞬间超高温整理,温度200-230℃,压力:40-60T,速度:80-100m/min。 
(8)单面上光:利用机械上下辊的机械速度和硬度的差异,在轧光机上进行单面上光,温度:130-160℃,速度:25-30m/mim,使面料柔软而有身骨,且通过非涂层、刮胶、复合、贴膜等处理的方法,形成皮膜表面。 
本发明,所生产的皮感抗皱休闲面料,表面滑爽,手感柔糯,富有质感,防水防污抗静电,抗皱性优异,有天然皮质材料的光泽和纹理,且透气、透湿性能良好,既可以做风衣、茄克、棉服等秋冬装,也可以做单西、便西、单茄克等春夏装,该面料既可水洗也可干洗,免熨烫,易于护理等优点。 
具体实施方式
新型皮感抗皱休闲面料的制备方法主要包括以下步骤: 
1、选原材料:75D/188F美国杜邦超细SORONA玉米生物基纤维,该纤维是玉米基聚合纤维,该纤维具低模量、高回复性的特征,因此具有极强的变形能力和抗皱能力;50D/166F多孔细旦亮光涤纶长丝为原材料。
2、空变复合:将上述两根丝在日产B-501ATY空变机上进行空变复合,两根长丝经牵伸后通过空气喷嘴,由气流旋转缠绕在一起,该纤维具有蓬松立体结构,纤维手感和外观接近短纤维纱,但比短纤维纱毛羽少,抗起球性能好,牢度高,经实测空变后实际纤度为135D。空变过程中需注意问题: 
a)由于两根长丝为超细多孔原料,空气变形过程中各区张力对成品丝影响很大,变形区张力较低,有利于开松和成圈,稳定区张力较低,有利于纤维内应力松驰,提高变形效果,为利于成形减少毛羽产生,本实例中张力控制在4.5-6.0CN。
b)丝束超喂率大小影响丝束的蓬松度,超喂率过低,不利于丝圈的生成,超喂率过高,毛圈过大,条于松散,纤维强度下降,线密度增加,本实例中超喂率控制在8-15%。 
c)本实例中热拉伸温度控制在110-125℃,拉伸比控制在1.2-1.5,给水量控制在0.6-0.8L/h。 
3、织造:在织造前重点改进浆丝工艺,提高半制品的质量,以利于织造,该ATY丝比较特殊,采用在日产FS-Z800型烘筒式浆丝车上浆丝。 
1)上浆:严格控制浆丝机的送出、卷取张力,充分发挥进口浆丝车低张力的优势,送出张力控制在60-65mN,卷取张力控制在65-70mN根左右,采用高压上浆,上浆时采用高浓低粘,浓度配10-11格,压浆为1.6-1.8CN、浸压为2.1-2.3CN。ATY丝出浆槽后进入烘房采用分层、分段预烘,在纱线出烘房进入锡林干燥时,锡林温度采用中低温,且由高到低控制温度,使浆液完全渗透到纱线内部,同时在纱线表面形成有韧性、耐磨的浆膜;所述的分层、分段预烘其工艺参数为:第一烘房温度:136-138℃、第二烘房温度:130-132℃、第一锡林温度:98-100℃、第二、三锡林温度:93-95℃、第四、五锡林温度:90-92℃、伸长:+0.1-0.2%、上浆率:4.8-5.2%、车速:110-120M/MIN。经丝上浆烘干后,再上1%的油剂或防静电剂,这样既可以使浆丝的表面光滑,降低摩擦系数,又可起到防静电的作用。

原料:经丝甲:135DATY丝(SORONA/涤纶亮光丝双组份8844根) 乙:BELLTAON9RB-75导电纤维176根   甲:乙=50:1
纬丝:75D/144FDTY亮光丝、密度:136X71、门幅:168cm
织造机型:LW551日产多臂自由选纬织机、织造速度:520rpm
4、染色、后整理:
1)先对坯布进行精炼、松驰一浴法前处理,温度110℃,30分钟。
2)预定型温度控制在70-80℃,时间40秒。 
3)开纤碱减量,浴比1:18,温度120℃,时间45min,碱减率11-12%。 
4)水洗、脱水,将坯布用少量酸碱中和,使布面PH值达到6-7,时间15-20分钟。 
5)染色:温度115℃,时间45分钟,PH值=5,浴比1:40,其中进缸温度为40-50℃,以1-1.5℃/分升温至80℃,保温8分钟,再0.5-0.8℃/分升温至115℃,染色后,温度降至80℃,还原清洗15-20分钟,其中还原清洗剂2.5g/L,醋酸调PH值为中性。 
6)防泼水处理:采用树脂处理,速度40-50m/min。 
7)瞬间超高温整理,在德国进口的KUSTERSⅡ型整理机上采用瞬间超高温整理,温度200-230℃,压力:40-60T,速度:80-100m/min。 
8)在进口轧光机上进行单面上光,利用机械上下辊的机械速度和硬度的差异,赋予织物表面持久柔和光泽,使面料有高于真皮的服用性和易护理性。温度:130-160℃,速度:25-30m/mim。 
防泼水处理和单面压光,使面料有高于真皮的服用性和易护理性。既避免了此类面料易产生的缺陷,也减少排污,减少面料有害物质的附着,符合环保大趋势,在面料选材方面尽可能采用可再生的原材料,可以形成批量生产及尽可能降低制作成本。     本发明的实现途径首先是选用美国杜邦SORONA0.3-0.5D/PF玉米生物基超细长丝纤维和0.2-0.4D/PF多孔细旦涤纶亮光丝作为基本原料,细旦纤维由于直径很小,其弯曲刚度很小,织物风格柔软、细腻,同时,细旦纤维在微纤维之间具有许多微细的孔隙,纤维间形成微气室,毛细效应增大,疏导水汽性能良好,织物具有较好的透气性、透湿性。 
本发明的实现途径是通过两种超细旦纤维进行空变复合形成ATY丝,经空变后使纤维更具蓬松立体结构,而且空变纤维空气含量大,织物柔软性、透气透湿得到进一步提高。 
本发明实现途径第三是在染色后整理中采用瞬间超高温整理,利用不同聚酯纤维的收缩差异,在织物通过瞬间高温强张力的情况下,给予布面一定的机械压力,使不同收缩的聚酯纤维表面分子链得以重新无规律排列从而在织物表面产生形同天然皮质材料的纹理,在单层织物内形成“皮芯”夹层结构,芯层保持超细纤维的矛软性和吸水性,如天然皮质的空隙。 
该面料在染整过程中由于经过防泼水和压光处理,使面料有高于真皮的服用性和易护理性。 
美国杜邦SORONA玉米生物基纤维具有低模量高回复的特征,该材料的加入赋予了面料极强的变形能力和抗皱功能。 
坯布在织造时经向加入了高导电率的纤维,可有效及时把布面电荷向外界输送,防止电荷结聚,以达到了抗静电的目的。导电纤维采用日本中纺最新研制的复合导电纤维BELLTRON9R系列,该纤维具有优异的抗静电控制能力,良好的耐洗涤、抗弯曲、耐磨损性能。

Claims (2)

1.玉米生物基纤维皮感休闲面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)、选原材料;2)、空变复合;3)织造;4)、染色、后整理;其特征在于:
1)、选原材料:选用美国杜邦75D/188F超细SORONA玉米生物基纤维和50D/166F多孔细旦亮光涤纶长丝为原料;
2)、空变复合:将上述二种原料在空变机上进行低张力空变复合,张力控制在4.5-6.0 cN,两根长丝经牵伸热拉伸后通过空气喷嘴,由气流旋转缠绕在一起,形成ATY丝,纤度为135D;
3)织造:
(1)浆丝工艺:在烘筒式浆车上上浆,严格控制浆丝机的送出、卷取张力,送出张力控制在60-65mN,卷取张力控制在65-70mN根,高压上浆:上浆时采用高浓低粘,浆液浓度配10-11格,压浆为1.6-1.8 cN、浸压为2.1-2.3 cN;
(2)预烘:出浆槽后ATY丝进入烘房采用分层、分段预烘,在纱线出烘房进入锡林干燥时,锡林温度采用中低温,且由高到低控制温度,使浆液完全渗透到纱线内部,同时在纱线表面形成有韧性、耐磨的浆膜;
(3)上油:经丝上浆烘干后,再上1%的油剂或防静电剂;
(4)织造:织造速度520-550rpm,平纹织造;
4)、染色、后整理:
(1)先对坯布进行精炼、松驰一浴法前处理,温度110-120℃,30分钟;
(2)预定型:温度控制在70-80℃,时间40秒;
(3)开纤碱减量:浴比1:18,温度120℃,时间45min,碱减率11-12%;
(4)水洗、脱水,将坯布用少量酸碱中和,使布面PH值达到6-7,时间15-20分钟;
(5)染色:温度115℃,时间45分钟,pH值=5,浴比1:40,其中进缸温度为40-50℃,以1-1.5℃/分升温至80℃,保温8分钟,再0.5-0.8℃/分升温至115℃,染色后,温度降至80℃,还原清洗15-20分钟,其中还原清洗剂2.5g/L,醋酸调PH值为中性;
(6)防泼水处理:采用树脂处理,速度40-50m/min;
(7)瞬间超高温整理技术:在整理机上采用瞬间超高温整理,温度200-230℃,压力:40-60T,速度:80-100m/min;
(8)单面上光:利用机械上下辊的机械速度和硬度的差异,在轧光机上进行单面上光,温度:130-160℃,速度:25-30m/mim,使面料柔软而有身骨,且通过非涂层、刮胶、复合、贴膜处理的方法,形成皮膜表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米生物基纤维皮感休闲面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤2)中的牵伸热拉伸温度控制在110-125℃,拉伸比控制在1.2-1.5,给水量控制在0.6-0.8L/h。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的玉米生物基纤维皮感休闲面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤3)织造(2)预烘中的分层、分段预烘的工艺参数为:第一烘房温度:136-138℃、第二烘房温度:130-132℃、第一锡林温度:98-100℃、第二、三锡林温度:93-95℃、第四、五锡林温度:90-92℃、伸长:+0.1-0.2%、上浆率:4.8-5.2%、车速:110-120M/MIN。
