Description

一种高耐磨透气导湿面料及其制备方法
本发明属于纺织面料领域,涉及一种高耐磨透气导湿面料,特别是一种高耐磨透气导湿面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
服装以面料制作而成,面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。呈现出自身的高贵完美,手感柔软。
于制做服装外表的材料称之为服装面料。服装制作通常分为:面料和里料以及其它辅料,有些服装没有里料,所以作为服装最重要的就是面料。面料通常要占到服装成本的30%以上,所以服装面料的好坏对成品的影响极大。
在南方,由于靠近沿海,空气中含有的水气比较充足,特别是在夏天,天气闷热,空气中含水量较高,人体出汗得不到排除,容易造成中暑等生理上不良反应,衣服穿在身体,具有高耐磨性也是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种高耐磨透气导湿面料,该发明解决的问题是:如何有效的使布匹具有良好的导湿性、透气性及高耐磨性。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高耐磨透气导湿面料,其特征在于,包括由经线和纬线采用多层添纱技术编织而成的布体,所述的经线为18.45tex棉纱;所述的纬线包括甲纬和乙纬,所述的甲纬为2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的混纱,所述的乙纬为5.56tex/72f丙纶。
所述的布体中原材料的组成为:18.45tex棉纱65%-69%,甲纬为2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的混纱6%-8%, 5.56tex/72f丙纶29%-23%,以上重量百分比之和为100%。
所述的2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的比例为1:1。
所述的布体厚度为1.3mm。
所述的一种高耐磨透气导湿面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、材料的选用
选用18.45tex棉纱作为经线,2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的混纱为甲纬,5.56tex/72f丙纶作为乙纬;
b、布体的织造
将18.45tex棉纱:2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的混纱: 5.56tex/72f丙纶=65%-68%:6%-8%:29%-23%的比例进行织造;
c、染色
将制造完成的布体置于染料机中,加入精炼剂和分散剂混合配置而成的煮布液,在90-100℃下进行煮布,煮布时间为 45min-50min;待过预设时间之后,静置,待布体降至常温,向染料机中加入染色液,以6-8℃/min的速率升温至40-50℃,继续保持温度10-20min对布体进行上色;
d、洗水
将染料机中的水更换为去离子水或醇类溶剂,在水中添加中和剂,搅拌20min-25min之后以5-6℃/min的速率升温至 90-100℃,保温25-30min,再静置降温,之后添加亲水剂,静置 10-15min,最后降温至50-60℃后备用;
e、烘干
将布体放置到烘干机去进行烘干,先将烘干机升温至 80-100℃,烘干时间为30-50min,然后将烘干机升温至120-130℃,烘干时间为10-15min,待预设时间之后,冷却得到高耐磨透气导湿面料。
采用这种工艺可以增加布体的透气性,导湿性,更适合作为衣料。
所述的步骤c中,煮布液的组成为精炼剂:分散剂:水=10-15g:15-20g:100g。
所述的步骤c中,染色液的组成为:去水离子:匀染剂:分散剂:染色稀释剂:染色剂=2kg:1-2g:5-8g:20-25g。
所述的匀染剂为匀染剂BOF。
所述的染色稀释剂为元明粉。
所述的中和剂为冰醋酸。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、以棉纱为经线,氨纶和丙纶为甲线和乙线,使布体具有良好的排汗吸湿的功能,本身布体就具有透气、导湿和透热的功能,且原料便宜,耐磨性好。
2、经过染色处理,将布体染成需要的颜色,进行加工成各种衣物,种类多样化。
3、在染料机中添加亲水剂,使布体具有更高的吸水、透气性能。

实施案例一:
一种高耐磨透气导湿面料,包括由经线和纬线采用多层添纱技术编织而成的布体,所述的经线为18.45tex棉纱;所述的纬线包括甲纬和乙纬,所述的甲纬为2.22tex氨纶和2.22tex尼龙长丝的混纱,所述的乙纬为5.56tex/72f丙纶。

e、烘干
将布体放置到烘干机去进行烘干,先将烘干机升温至90℃,烘干时间为40min,然后将烘干机升温至125℃,烘干时间为 10min,待预设时间之后,冷却得到高耐磨透气导湿面料。

c、染色
将制造完成的布体置于染料机中,加入精炼剂和分散剂混合配置而成的煮布液,在95℃下进行煮布,煮布时间为 45min-50min;待过预设时间之后,静置,待布体降至常温,向染料机中加入染色液,以7℃/min的速率升温至45℃,继续保持温度10-20min对布体进行上色;
d、洗水

c、染色
将制造完成的布体置于染料机中,加入精炼剂和分散剂混合配置而成的煮布液,在90-100℃下进行煮布,煮布时间为45min-50min;待过预设时间之后,静置,待布体降至常温,向染料机中加入染色液,以6-8℃/min的速率升温至40-50℃,继续保持温度10-20min对布体进行上色;
d、洗水
将染料机中的水更换为去离子水或醇类溶剂,在水中添加中和剂,搅拌20min-25min之后以5-6℃/min的速率升温至90-100℃,保温25-30min,再静置降温,之后添加亲水剂,静置10-15min,最后降温至50-60℃后备用;
e、烘干
将布体放置到烘干机去进行烘干,先将烘干机升温至80-100℃,烘干时间为30-50min,然后将烘干机升温至120-130℃,烘干时间为10-15min,待预设时间之后,冷却得到高耐磨透气导湿面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高耐磨透气导湿面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c中,煮布液的组成为精炼剂:分散剂:水=10-15g:15-20g:100g。
