技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维,更具体的说是涉及一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维。
背景技术
氨纶是一种弹性纤维,学名聚氨酯纤维(Polyurethane),简写(PU)。中国大陆称为"氨纶",它具有高度弹性,能够拉长6~7倍,但随张力的消失能迅速恢复到初始状态,其分子结构为一个像链状的、柔软及可伸长性的聚氨基甲酸酯,通过与硬链段连接在一起而增强其特性。
但是氨纶的透气性差,因此往往会和植物纤维进行混纺,但是由于氨纶为高分子化合物,本身与植物纤维的相容性较差,在混纺之后会覆盖整个植物纤维,并且也只能局部改善透气性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维,
由棉线和氨纶相互缠绕构成的混纱,所述棉线为20s棉线,氨纶为20D氨纶;
所述氨纶包括下述重量份组成:
聚醚二元醇:15份
二异氰酸酯:60份
4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯:5份
对乙氧基苄醇:3份
已二酸丙烯酯:2份
5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇:2份
琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠:2份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述氨纶由下述方法制备而成:
步骤1:按重量份数计,将聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯,加入反应釜中,加热,保持温度反应,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;
步骤2:称取4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对乙氧基苄醇、己二酸丙烯酯、5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇,加入到步骤1中得到的预聚产物中,并且加热,持续搅拌30min,之后升温至180~200℃继续反应得到聚氨酯聚合物溶液;
步骤3:向聚氨酯聚合物溶液中加入琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠,以500~600r/min混合均匀,得纺丝液,将纺丝液通过喷丝 板进行干法纺丝,得到氨纶。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述步骤1为按重量份数计,将聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯,加入反应釜中,在氮气氛围下加热至80℃,保持温度反应1~2h,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;

所述步骤2为:称取4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对乙氧基苄醇、己二酸丙烯酯、5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇,加入到步骤1中得到的预聚产物中,并且在60℃、氮气保护状态下,持续搅拌30min,之后升温至180~200℃继续反应30min得到聚氨酯聚合物溶液。
作为本发明的另一发明目的提供一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:将氨纶和棉线相互缠绕成预混纱;
步骤二:将混纱浸泡在整理液中浸泡后,干燥得到成品混纱纤维;

分散剂:5份
聚丙烯酰胺:1份
S-叔丁基亚磺酰胺:1份
甲氧基甲基三甲硅烷:3份
乙烯二硫代双(三甲基硅烷):1份

所述步骤二中浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡时间为60min。
在本发明中,主要的技术方案是通过氨纶和棉线进行混纱,形成一个整体的纤维,在本发明的技术方案中,在氨纶的选择上,采用聚醚二元醇、二异氰酸酯作为主体为原料得到的聚氨酯材料,并且添加4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯
对乙氧基苄醇、已二酸丙烯酯、5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇、琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠作为辅助剂,一方面改变了整个氨纶分子的链段结构,另一方面使得氨纶和棉线的相容性更好,以及氨纶具备了一定的透气性能,能够很好结合棉线的透气性能的优点,并且在纤维的制备过程中,通过将纤维浸泡在整理液中,可以使得棉线和氨纶的结合力更强,使得整体纤维的力学强度得到更好的保证,本身棉线的强度也得到提高,使得在外力作用时棉线不会发生断裂。

由棉线和氨纶相互缠绕构成的混纱,所述棉线为20s棉线,氨纶为20D氨纶;
所述氨纶包括下述重量份组成:
聚醚二元醇:15份
二异氰酸酯:60份
4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯:5份
对乙氧基苄醇:3份
已二酸丙烯酯:2份
5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇:2份
琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠:2份。
所述氨纶由下述方法制备而成。

步骤二:将混纱浸泡在整理也中浸泡后,干燥得到成品混纱纤维;
所述整理液包括下述重量份组成:
分散剂:5份
聚丙烯酰胺:1份
甲氧基甲基三甲硅烷:3份
乙烯二硫代双(三甲基硅烷):1份
水:100份。:
所述步骤二中浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡时间为60min。
对比例四:
一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维,
由棉线和氨纶相互缠绕构成的混纱,所述棉线为20s棉线,氨纶为20D氨纶;
所述氨纶包括下述重量份组成:
聚醚二元醇:15份
二异氰酸酯:60份
4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯:5份
对乙氧基苄醇:3份
琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠:2份。
所述氨纶由下述方法制备而成。

步骤2:称取4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对乙氧基苄醇,加入到步骤1中得到的预聚产物中,并且加热,持续搅拌30min,之后升温至180~200℃继续反应得到聚氨酯聚合物溶液;
步骤3:向聚氨酯聚合物溶液中加入琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠,以500~600r/min混合均匀,得纺丝液,将纺丝液通过喷丝 板进行干法纺丝,得到氨纶。

将是实施例和对比例的纤维制成布匹进行透气性测试和力学性能测试:
在本发明中,主要的技术方案是通过氨纶和棉线进行混纱,形成一个整体的纤维,在本发明的技术方案中,在氨纶的选择上,采用聚醚二元醇、二异氰酸酯作为主体为原料得到的聚氨酯材料,并且添加4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯
对乙氧基苄醇、已二酸丙烯酯、5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇、琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠作为辅助剂,一方面改变了整个氨纶分子的链段结构,另一方面使得氨纶和棉线的相容性更好,以及氨纶具备了一定的透气性能,能够很好结合棉线的透气性能的优点,并且在纤维的制备过程中,通过将纤维浸泡在整理液中,可以使得棉线和氨纶的结合力更强,使得整体纤维的力学强度得到更好的保证,本身棉线的强度也得到提高,使得在外力作用时棉线不会发生断裂。
在实施例和对比例的性能测试中可以得出本发明的技术方案中具有较好的透气性和断裂强度,同时断裂伸长率较低则保证了整体纤维的稳定性,也说明了氨纶和棉线的整体上具有较好的结合力,棉线和氨纶几乎是同时断裂的,因此断裂伸长率较低。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维,其特征在于:
由棉线和氨纶相互缠绕构成的混纱,所述棉线为20s棉线,氨纶为20D氨纶;
所述氨纶包括下述重量份组成:
聚醚二元醇:15份
二异氰酸酯:60份
4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯:5份
对乙氧基苄醇:3份
已二酸丙烯酯:2份
5-硝基-间二甲苯-Alpha,Alpha-二醇:2份
琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠:2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维,其特征在于:
所述氨纶由下述方法制备而成:
步骤1:按重量份数计,将聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯,加入反应釜中,加热,保持温度反应,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;

步骤3:向聚氨酯聚合物溶液中加入琥珀酸双酯磺酸钠,以500~600r/min混合均匀,得纺丝液,将纺丝液通过喷丝 板进行干法纺丝,得到氨纶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维,其特征在于:

5.如权利要求1至4所述任意一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:将氨纶和棉线相互缠绕成预混纱;
步骤二:将混纱浸泡在整理液中浸泡后,干燥得到成品混纱纤维;
所述整理液包括下述重量份组成:
分散剂:5份
聚丙烯酰胺:1份
S-叔丁基亚磺酰胺:1份
甲氧基甲基三甲硅烷:3份
乙烯二硫代双(三甲基硅烷):1份
水:100份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种纱线氨纶混纺纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述步骤二中浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡时间为60min。
