本发明公开了一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装及其制备方法,该聚氨酯高回弹革服装由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇120-130、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯70-75、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺130-150、乙二胺3-4、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺4-6、正丁醇2-3、二乙醇0.5-1.6、抗氧剂TNP2-3、紫外线吸收剂4-6、染色剂3-5、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇8-12、液体石蜡5-7、三氧化二锑4-5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇2-4、富马酸二甲酯6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)7-9、去离子水 4-7、助剂7-9。本发明对聚氨酯的物理性能进行了改变,提高了其抗老化、防静电等能力,增强了其拉伸强度和韧度,使用本发明聚氨酯加工的服装革,具有高回弹性和优异的褶皱恢复性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革具有光泽柔和,手感柔软,力学性能优良等特性,它是天然皮革最为理想的替代品。聚氨酯合成革经过了数十年的发展,目前已广泛应用于服装、箱包、鞋革、家具和汽车等多个领域。近年来,合成革技术得到了高速的发展,尤其是服装革用合成革的发展速度远远领先于其它领域。聚氨酯合成革的加工为常规的湿法工艺,即将含有二甲基甲酰胺的聚氨酯树脂涂覆于基布的表面,采用水与树脂内DMF交换的方法使聚氨酯树脂得到凝固,形成具有微孔结构的聚氨酯层。通常皮革的性能和手感都是由其使用的树脂决定的,树脂种类的变化可以得到不同咁种的合成革制品,现有的服装革用聚氨酯通常是采用聚酯多元醇和聚醚多元醇的混合体系作为多元醇组分,以乙二酰或丁二醇等作为扩链剂,通过添加其他改性剂改善改善服装革服用性能例如耐劳,耐磨等性能。

本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇120-130、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯70-75、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺130-150、乙二胺3-4、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺4-6、正丁醇2-3、二乙醇0.5-1.6、抗氧剂TNP 2-3、紫外线吸收剂4-6、染色剂3-5、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇8-12、液体石蜡5-7、三氧化二锑4-5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇2-4、富马酸二甲酯6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚7-9、去离子水 4-7、助剂7-9;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:1,3-丙二醇1-2、氢氧化镁2-3、纳米二氧化硅7-9、丙烯酸 2-3、纳米碳酸钙13-16、聚己内酯二元醇3-4、三聚氰胺1-2、氢化蓖麻油7-9、辛酸亚锡1-2、抗氧剂CA 2-4、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)奎二酸酯7-13;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在90-95℃的条件下,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在装有搅拌装置的反应器中依次加入N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、正丁醇反应,反应温度为38~50℃,反应时间60~180min,冷却后得到预聚体溶液;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的预聚体溶液中逐步加入乙二胺、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺、二乙醇进行扩链反应,得到高分子量的聚合物溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的高分子量聚合物溶液中加入抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂、染色剂、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇等其他剩余成分充分混合均匀,制备聚氨酯纺丝原液;
(4)将所制备聚氨酯纺丝原液通过湿法纺丝得到聚氨酯弹性纤维,将得到的弹性纤维纺织成布料,制作成衣服。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明聚氨酯采用正丁醇、二乙醇作为扩链剂,并结合特定的聚酯多元醇和异氰酸酯组分以及对各组分的用量进行合理配比,添加了一些改性材料,对聚氨酯的物理性能进行了改变,提高了其抗老化、防静电等能力,增强了其拉伸强度和韧度,使用本发明聚氨酯加工的服装革,具有高回弹性和优异的褶皱恢复性。

一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇120、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯70、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺130、乙二胺3、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺4、正丁醇2、二乙醇0.5、抗氧剂TNP 2、紫外线吸收剂4、染色剂3、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇8、液体石蜡5、三氧化二锑4、聚四氢呋喃二元醇2、富马酸二甲酯6、过氧化二异丙苯0.8、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚7、去离子水 4、助剂7;所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:1,3-丙二醇1、氢氧化镁2、纳米二氧化硅7、丙烯酸 2、纳米碳酸钙13、聚己内酯二元醇3、三聚氰胺1、氢化蓖麻油7、辛酸亚锡1、抗氧剂CA 2、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)奎二酸酯7;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在90-95℃的条件下,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在装有搅拌装置的反应器中依次加入N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、正丁醇反应,反应温度为38~50℃,反应时间60~180min,冷却后得到预聚体溶液;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的预聚体溶液中逐步加入乙二胺、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺、二乙醇进行扩链反应,得到高分子量的聚合物溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的高分子量聚合物溶液中加入抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂、染色剂、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇等其他剩余成分充分混合均匀,制备聚氨酯纺丝原液;
(4)将所制备聚氨酯纺丝原液通过湿法纺丝得到聚氨酯弹性纤维,将得到的弹性纤维纺织成布料,制作成衣服。
实施例2:
一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装,其特征在于,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇125、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯72.5、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺290、乙二胺3.5、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺5、正丁醇2.5、二乙醇1.1、抗氧剂TNP 2.5、紫外线吸收剂5、染色剂4、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇10、液体石蜡6、三氧化二锑4.5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇3、富马酸二甲酯7、过氧化二异丙苯1、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚8、去离子水 5.5、助剂8;所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:1,3-丙二醇1.5、氢氧化镁2.5、纳米二氧化硅8、丙烯酸 2.5、纳米碳酸钙14.5、聚己内酯二元醇3.5、三聚氰胺1.5、氢化蓖麻油8、辛酸亚锡1.5、抗氧剂CA 2.5、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)奎二酸酯10;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在90-95℃的条件下,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:1,3-丙二醇1-2、氢氧化镁2-3、纳米二氧化硅7-9、丙烯酸 2-3、纳米碳酸钙13-16、聚己内酯二元醇3-4、三聚氰胺1-2、氢化蓖麻油7-9、辛酸亚锡1-2、抗氧剂CA 2-4、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)奎二酸酯7-13;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在90-95℃的条件下,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯高回弹革服装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在装有搅拌装置的反应器中依次加入N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、正丁醇反应,反应温度为38~50℃,反应时间60~180min,冷却后得到预聚体溶液;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的预聚体溶液中逐步加入乙二胺、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺、二乙醇进行扩链反应,得到高分子量的聚合物溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的高分子量聚合物溶液中加入抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂、染色剂、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇等其他剩余成分充分混合均匀,制备聚氨酯纺丝原液;
(4)将所制备聚氨酯纺丝原液通过湿法纺丝得到聚氨酯弹性纤维,将得到的弹性纤维纺织成布料,制作成衣服。
