丝纤维具有天然纤维的优点,不但吸湿透气,强力好,而且上色鲜艳,织物悬垂性极佳,具有桃皮绒效果和丝绸风格,手感柔滑,其制成品具有较高的附加值。丝纤维可与其它纤维混纺交织,生产出具有独特风格的纺织面料。但是丝纤维或混丝织物在易去污整理与防水整理两种这种方式所要达到的效果很难找到平衡点,难实现,不是固化工艺效果不佳,不耐漂洗、抗磨性能差,就是处理过的织物防水性能不持久或制成的丝制品不柔软,使用飘逸性不好。随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高丝织物防水、防污、防油整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对丝织物防水、防污、防油整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。

(1)整理液的配制:将水48-58份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷3-6份、苹果酸3-6份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-7份、米糠蜡1-2份、聚天冬氨酸钠4-6份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-7份、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍4-8份、二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲2-6份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮13-20份混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将丝织物浸渍在整理液中,所述浸渍液浴比为1:15-30,所述浸渍时间为15-30min;
(3)二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的丝织物在轧车进行二浸二轧;
(4)水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的丝织物进行预烘,然后焙烘,再依次用热水洗3-5次,冷水洗涤3-5次,最后烘干。
