本发明公开了一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,由如下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸树脂15‑30份、聚酰胺酸树脂10‑20份、三聚磷酸钠5‑15份、二甲基硅油4‑12份、双乙酸钠5‑10份、乙醇12‑18份、富脂剂3‑8份、流平剂1‑6份、胶黏剂2‑5份、调色剂3‑8份、除异味剂6‑15份、抗污剂5‑18份。通过采用本发明设计的配方和工艺生产的PU皮革,由于采用了PTFE薄膜对PU皮革的表面进行保护,PTFE薄膜抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,所以能够为PU皮革提供良好的耐腐蚀性能,而且在PU皮革制备的过程中通过加入除异味剂和抗污剂,能够对异味去除有明显的效果,同时对PU革抗污效果有明显的提升,从而达到了提高了PU革除异味性能和抗污性能的优点。

本发明涉及PU革技术领域,具体为一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺。
背景技术
PU皮革就是聚氨酯成份的表皮,其广泛适用于做箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰,应用范围广、数量大、品种多,但是现有的PU皮革大都不具备良好的耐腐蚀性能,而且在生产的时候不具有除异味的功能,导致PU革在遇到高温时,会产生大量的有害气体,对使用者的身体健康造成危害,所以我们推出了一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,具备环保耐腐蚀的优点,解决了现有的PU皮革大都不具备良好的耐腐蚀性能,而且在生产的时候不具有除异味的功能,导致PU革在遇到高温时,会产生大量的有害气体,对使用者的身体健康造成危害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方,由如下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸树脂15-30份、聚酰胺酸树脂10-20份、三聚磷酸钠5-15份、二甲基硅油4-12份、双乙酸钠5-10份、乙醇12-18份、富脂剂3-8份、流平剂1-6份、胶黏剂2-5份、调色剂3-8份、除异味剂6-15份、抗污剂5-18份;
一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物;
B、然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间;
C、将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品;
D、将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。
优选的,所述除异味剂的材料由甲壳素纤维、银纤维和纳米除臭纤维中的一种或几种组合而成,所述抗污剂的材料由竹木纤维、玻璃纤维和尼龙纤维中的一种或几种组合而成。
优选的,所述步骤A中的搅拌时间为10—20min,反应釜的反应时间为0.5h—1.2h,搅拌时的温度保持在100-120°。
优选的,所述步骤B中反应釜中的加热温度保持在80-100°,反应时间保持在1-2h,并且无纺布浸泡时间保持在45-70min。
优选的,所述步骤C中烘干温度为120-160°C,烘干过程采用递增式升温。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过采用本发明设计的配方和工艺生产的PU皮革,由于采用了PTFE薄膜对PU皮革的表面进行保护,PTFE薄膜抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,所以能够为PU皮革提供良好的耐腐蚀性能,而且在PU皮革制备的过程中通过加入除异味剂和抗污剂,能够对异味去除有明显的效果,同时对PU革抗污效果有明显的提升,从而达到了提高了PU革除异味性能和抗污性能的优点,使PU革在遇到高温时,能够有效的将异味吸除,保证了使用者的身体健康,同时提高了PU革的抗污性能,防止高环保PU革的表面出现污染,方便使用者使用。

一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的工艺,包括以下步骤:

首先将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物,然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间,然后将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品,最后将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。
实施例三:
在实施例二中,再加上下述工序:
步骤A中的搅拌时间为10—20min,反应釜的反应时间为0.5h—1.2h,搅拌时的温度保持在100-120°。
首先将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物,然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间,然后将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品,最后将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。
实施例四:
在实施例三中,再加上下述工序:
步骤B中反应釜中的加热温度保持在80-100°,反应时间保持在1-2h,并且无纺布浸泡时间保持在45-70min。
首先将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物,然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间,然后将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品,最后将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。

在实施例四中,再加上下述工序:
步骤C中烘干温度为120-160°C,烘干过程采用递增式升温。
首先将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物,然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间,然后将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品,最后将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸树脂15-30份、聚酰胺酸树脂10-20份、三聚磷酸钠5-15份、二甲基硅油4-12份、双乙酸钠5-10份、乙醇12-18份、富脂剂3-8份、流平剂1-6份、胶黏剂2-5份、调色剂3-8份、除异味剂6-15份、抗污剂5-18份;
一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的工艺,包括以下步骤:
将18-26份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的聚酰胺酸树脂、5-15份的三聚磷酸钠、4-12份的二甲基硅油、5-10份的双乙酸钠、12-18份的乙醇和3-8份的富脂剂投入反应釜中,然后加入适量的水,进行搅拌加热,制得混合物;
然后将无纺布投入反应釜中,然后加入1-6份的流平剂、2-5份的胶黏剂、3-8份的调色剂、6-15份的除异味剂和5-18份的抗污剂,然后继续加热搅拌,并浸泡一段时间;
将上述步骤中浸泡的无纺布捞出,然后水洗,然后再分别进行烘干、冷却,制得半成品;
将上述步骤制得的半成品的表面涂抹有通明粘合剂,然后在其表面贴敷有PTFE薄膜,然后再进行热压,进一步加强其连接的强度,最后制得环保耐腐蚀PU革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,其特征在于:所述除异味剂的材料由甲壳素纤维、银纤维和纳米除臭纤维中的一种或几种组合而成,所述抗污剂的材料由竹木纤维、玻璃纤维和尼龙纤维中的一种或几种组合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A中的搅拌时间为10—20min,反应釜的反应时间为0.5h—1.2h,搅拌时的温度保持在100-120°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B中反应釜中的加热温度保持在80-100°,反应时间保持在1-2h,并且无纺布浸泡时间保持在45-70min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐腐蚀PU革的配方及其工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤C中烘干温度为120-160°C,烘干过程采用递增式升温。
