本发明公开了一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,先在浸染机中用60‑95℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行5‑30分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在85‑115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行1‑3小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水1‑10分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度20‑45℃,时间2‑7小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在105‑130℃烘干1‑10分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量10‑30g/m2。用本发明方法制得的环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带,在用于与橡胶制品复合的鞋布粘扣带时,可避免因橡胶制品加工时释放的含硫气体使锦纶粘扣带变黄的现象,使粘扣带具有美观、耐用的特点,同时不含甲醛,操作不产生粉尘,更环保。

本发明涉及一种粘扣带的处理方法,尤其涉及一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法。
二、背景技术:
现有的普通锦纶粘扣带,在用于与橡胶制品复合的鞋布粘扣带时,由于橡胶制品加工过程中释放的气体中含有硫,会使锦纶粘扣带变黄,严重影响粘扣带美观和耐用程度。早期发明了一种抗变黄耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,专利号:ZL201310583826.0,有效的解决了橡胶制品加工过程中释放的气体中含有硫使锦纶粘扣带变黄,严重影响粘扣带美观和耐用性的问题。但是,抗变黄耐硫锦纶粘扣带含有甲醛,不够环保,同时抗氧化剂为粉体,生产操作时易产生粉尘,影响操作人员健康。
三、发明内容:
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,用本发明方法对锦纶粘扣带进行耐硫处理后,制得的锦纶粘扣带,具有不变黄、美观、耐用的特点,不含甲醛,抗氧化剂为液体和颗粒,操作不产生粉尘,所以更环保。
本发明的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,先在浸染机中用60-95℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行5-30分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在85-115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行1-3小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水1-10分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度20-45℃,时间2-7小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在105-130℃烘干1-10分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量10-30g/m2
进一步的,在本发明的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法中,先在浸染机中用70-90℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行10-25分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在90-115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行2-3小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水2-7分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度25-35℃,时间3-6小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在105-120℃烘干2-7分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量10-25g/m2
较好的是,在本发明的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法中,先在浸染机中用80-85℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行15-20分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在95-105℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行2-2.5小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水3-5分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度30-35℃,时间5-5.5小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在115-120℃烘干3-5分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量15-20g/m2

天信耐硫树脂 100-110%(重量份)
天信架桥剂 20-22%(重量份)
丁酮MEK 30-35%(重量份)
抗氧化剂CH-202 1.5-2.0%(重量份)。
其中:抗氧化剂OX-6为苏州布理化工科技有限公司生产,天信耐硫树脂和天信架桥剂为烟台天信化工有限公司生产,抗氧化剂CH-202为汽巴精化(中国)有限公司生产。
用本发明方法制造的环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带,在用于复合橡胶制品时,可以防止因橡胶制品加工时释放的含硫气体使锦纶粘扣带变黄的现象,不会影响粘扣带的美观和耐用性,不含甲醛,无粉体扬尘,更环保。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的原料及设备均可以从市场购得,整理液的配制方法均采用所属领域的常规方法。
具体实施方式:
下面给出的具体实施例可以进一步说明本发明。但它们不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
1、对锦纶粘扣带进行清洗时,先单独用冷水将片硷PJ溶化,然后再将乳化剂LF100和溶化的片硷PJ一并加入到清洗机中,在80℃清洗15分钟,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,清洗液的配方是:

2、对钩面和毛面锦纶粘扣带分别进行增白整理,工艺条件是在30℃水中加入整理剂,在0.5小时升温至95℃,在此温度将粘扣带处理2小时。增白整理后将毛面粘扣带进行脱水3分钟。
毛面和钩面锦纶粘扣带增白整理工艺中整理剂的配方为:

3、配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,浸渍温度30℃,时间5小时,抗氧化整理液配方为:

4、对粘扣带背面进行耐硫胶涂层时,耐硫胶配方是:
天信耐硫树脂 100%
天信架桥剂 20%
丁酮MEK 30%
抗氧化剂CH-202 1.5%。
涂层后将粘扣带在115℃烘干5分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量15g/m2
实施例2:
1、对锦纶粘扣带进行清洗时,先单独用冷水将片硷PJ溶化,然后,再将乳化剂LF100和溶化的片硷PJ一并加入到清洗机中,在83℃清洗17分钟,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,清洗液的配方是:

2、对钩面和毛面锦纶粘扣带分别进行增白整理,工艺条件是在35℃水中加入整理剂,在0.5小时升温至100℃,在此温度将粘扣带处理2小时,增白整理后将毛面粘扣带进行脱水4分钟。

1、对锦纶粘扣带进行清洗时,先单独用冷水将片硷PJ溶化,然后,再将乳化剂LF100和溶化的片硷PJ一并加入到清洗机中,在85℃清洗20分钟,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,清洗液的配方是:

2、对钩面和毛面锦纶粘扣带分别进行增白整理,工艺条件是在40℃水中加入整理剂,在1小时升温至105℃,在此温度将粘扣带处理2.5小时,增白整理后将毛面粘扣带进行脱水5分钟。
毛面和钩面锦纶粘扣带增白整理工艺中整理剂的配方为:

浴比1:20。
3、配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,浸渍温度35℃,时间5.5小时,抗氧化整理液配方为:
抗氧化剂OX-6 65g/l
冰醋酸HAC 2.2g/l
软水剂EP-60 20g/l
浴比1:20。
4、对粘扣带背面进行耐硫胶涂层时,耐硫胶配方是:
天信耐硫树脂 110%
天信架桥剂 22%
丁酮MEK 35%
抗氧化剂CH-202 2.0%。
涂层后将粘扣带在120℃烘干3分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量20g/m2
用本发明方法制得的耐硫锦纶粘扣带与现有的普通锦纶粘扣带、对比例抗变黄耐硫锦纶粘扣带,对比实验结果如下表所示:

从上表可以看出,用本发明制得的环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带比普通锦纶粘扣带耐硫能力强,比对比例抗变黄耐硫锦纶粘扣带无甲醛,无粉尘,更环保。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于先在浸染机中用60-95℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行5-30分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在85-115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行1-3小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水1-10分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度20-45℃,时间2-7小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在105-130℃烘干1-10分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量10-30g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于先在浸染机中用70-90℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行10-25分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在90-115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行2-3小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水2-7分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度25-35℃,时间3-6小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在105-120℃烘干2-7分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量10-25g/m2
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于先在浸染机中用80-85℃的清洗液对锦纶粘扣带进行15-20分钟的清洗,清洗完毕将粘扣带滴干,然后在95-105℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行2-2.5小时的增白整理,增白整理后毛面粘扣带脱水3-5分钟,再配制抗氧化整理液,对粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度30-35℃,时间5-5.5小时,最后对粘扣带进行耐硫胶涂层,涂层后将粘扣带在115-120℃烘干3-5分钟,耐硫涂层胶固着量15-20g/m2
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于对锦纶粘扣带进行清洗时,先单独用冷水将片硷PJ溶化,然后再将乳化剂LF100和溶化的片硷PJ一并加入到清洗机中,清洗液的配方是:

酸性艳兰A2R0.0012-0.0018g/l
软水剂EP-601.0-1.5g/l
冰醋酸HAC6-8g/l
耐硫固色剂NITORS6-6.5%
浴比1:15-20。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于对钩面和毛面锦纶粘扣带分别进行增白整理,其中毛面锦纶粘扣带的增白整理液配方为:
亚士达荧光精SP2.6-2.9%
酸性艳兰A2R0.0014-0.0018g/l
软水剂EP-601.0-1.5g/l
冰醋酸HAC6-8g/l
耐硫固色剂NITORS 5-6%
浴比1:15-20。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于所述的抗氧化整理液配方为:
抗氧化剂OX-6 60-65g/l
冰醋酸HAC 2-2.2g/l
软水剂EP-60 19-20g/l
浴比1:15-20。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种环保耐硫锦纶粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于所述的耐硫胶配方是:
天信耐硫树脂 100-110%
天信架桥剂 20-22%
丁酮MEK 30-35%
抗氧化剂CH-202 1.5-2.0%。
