技术领域
本发明涉及粘扣带加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带及其制备方法。
背景技术
粘扣带又称魔术贴、子母扣带,是带有小钩子的钩面织物与带有毛绒线的毛面织物组成。基于粘扣带粘合、分离的便捷性,被广泛应用于服装、医疗、体育、航空等领域。粘扣带的原料主要有涤纶、锦纶,目前最长使用的粘扣带原料是锦纶,现有的普通锦纶粘扣带,在用于化学原料运输、储存、使用等与酸接触的防酸防护服中的粘扣带时,连接紧密、穿脱方便,使用广泛。作为耐酸工具紧固件,其在酸性介质中的强度非常重要,普通锦纶粘扣带在酸性介质中,刚性降低,强度损失严重,紧固作用不能发挥,进而造成防护服损坏失效,给使用者带来伤害,缩短了防护服的使用寿命,所以对粘扣带的防酸整理要求更高。
粘扣带的防酸整理,一般是基于织物面料进行防酸整理。普通锦纶粘扣带防酸原理与织物防酸原理相似。普通锦纶粘扣带的防酸整理是利用含氟防酸整理剂对粘扣带进行防酸整理,提高粘扣带的防酸能力。大部分的防酸整理剂含有APEO,其对环境潜在的危害已被广泛的研究和论证,世界上一些国家从20世纪80年代就逐渐限制或禁止使用APEO产品。
粘扣带防酸的重点是通过对粘扣带进行防酸整理,使粘扣带具有粘性的单钩能够抵御酸的破坏,保护其本身的强度不损失;地组织在受到酸的破坏后,能够保持组织结构,不脱线。
此外,当粘扣带受到光照、化学品,温度,湿度等的影响会发生颜色变黄和老化现象,不但使得粘扣带强力降低,而且影响美观,缩短了粘扣带的使用寿命。因此,研发新型防酸抗黄化粘扣带,提高粘扣带在酸性环境下的使用强度、提高防护功能具有重要意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环5min~20min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至60℃~60℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为10min~40min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水3min~7min,在60℃~120℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为2h~4h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水5min~10min;配制抗氧化整理剂,对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理;
步骤(4),将步骤(3)整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带进行防酸抗黄化涂层,涂层采用喷淋的方式喷淋在粘扣带正反两面;
步骤(5),将步骤(4)喷淋完毕后的锦纶粘扣带在100℃~130℃的烘干机中烘干5min~7min,在130℃~160℃烘焙7min~12min,即得到防酸抗黄化粘扣带。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.15g/L~0.25g/L、乳化剂0.55g/L~1.15g/L、渗透剂1.2g/L~1.5g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯0.4%~3.5%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.05g/L~0.5g/L、柔软剂1g/L~5g/L、催化剂0.1g/L~0.5g/L、渗透剂0.05g/L~0.5g/L、冰醋酸5g/L~7g/L、软水剂EP-60 0.3g/L~1.8g/L。

本发明的防酸抗黄化粘扣带防酸性能好,使用防酸抗黄化涂层胶,安全无味,结合度劳,不易脱落,防酸性能极好,效果持久,防酸抗黄化粘扣带强度高,难以被酸液或其他化学品渗透侵蚀,大大降低了对粘扣带的伤害。本发明的防酸抗黄化粘扣带采用专用的抗氧化整理剂,具有抗氧化、抗黄化的作用,粘扣带不易发生变黄和老化现象,美观且延长了粘扣带的使用寿命,还具有拒水性能,进一步提升了粘扣带的防酸性能,保证了粘扣带作为防酸紧固件不失效,在酸性条件下使用,强度不下降,在使用过程中能有效保护使用者的安全。

防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环5min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至60℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为10min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水3min,在60℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为2h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水5min;配制抗氧化整理剂,将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用40℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为3h,其中,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:10;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:10;浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水3min。对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度为35℃;

步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.15g/L、乳化剂0.55g/L、渗透剂1.2g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯0.4%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.05g/L、柔软剂1g/L、催化剂0.1g/L、渗透剂0.05g/L、冰醋酸5g/L、软水剂EP-600.3g/L。

步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环8min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至65℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为15min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水4min,在65℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为2.5h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水6min;配制抗氧化整理剂,将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用45℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为3.5h,其中,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:12;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:15;浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水3.5min。对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度为40℃;

步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理剂的配方包括:酯基季铵盐1g/L、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚0.5g/L、甘油1.5g/L、冰醋酸3.5g/L、抗氧化剂OX-6 53g/L、软水剂EP-60 12g/L。
步骤(4)中,防酸抗黄化涂层采用防酸抗黄化涂层胶对锦纶粘扣带进行喷淋,所述防酸抗黄化涂层胶的配方包括:聚氨酯树脂50%、丙烯酸十八酯72%、纳米二氧化硅粒子6%、聚四氟乙烯16%、抗氧化剂CH-202 3%、丁酮35%。
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带,根据上述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法制备得到。
实施例3
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带及其制备方法
防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环10min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至70℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为25min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水5min,在100℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为3h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水8min;配制抗氧化整理剂,将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用50℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为5h,其中,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:30;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:30;浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水6min。对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度为40℃;
步骤(4),将步骤(3)整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带进行防酸抗黄化涂层,涂层采用喷淋的方式喷淋在粘扣带正反两面,其中,喷淋压力为6Pa,喷淋时间为6s,防酸抗黄化涂层胶的用量为50g/mm2
步骤(5),将步骤(4)喷淋完毕后的锦纶粘扣带在110℃的烘干机中烘干6min,在150℃烘焙102min,即得到防酸抗黄化粘扣带。
步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.2g/L、乳化剂1.0g/L、渗透剂1.3g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯2%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.3g/L、柔软剂3g/L、催化剂0.35g/L、渗透剂0.4g/L、冰醋酸6g/L、软水剂EP-60 1g/L。
步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理剂的配方包括:酯基季铵盐2g/L、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚1.5g/L、甘油2g/L、冰醋酸4g/L、抗氧化剂OX-6 60g/L、软水剂EP-60 12g/L。
步骤(4)中,防酸抗黄化涂层采用防酸抗黄化涂层胶对锦纶粘扣带进行喷淋,所述防酸抗黄化涂层胶的配方包括:聚氨酯树脂60%、丙烯酸十八酯75%、纳米二氧化硅粒子7%、聚四氟乙烯17%、抗氧化剂CH-202 3.5%、丁酮38%。
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带,根据上述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法制备得到。
实施例4
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带及其制备方法
防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环18min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至85℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为35min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水6.5min,在115℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为3.5h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水8min;配制抗氧化整理剂,将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用55℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为6.5h,其中,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:35;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:25;浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水5.5min。对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度为50℃;
步骤(4),将步骤(3)整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带进行防酸抗黄化涂层,涂层采用喷淋的方式喷淋在粘扣带正反两面,其中,喷淋压力为6Pa,喷淋时间为7s,防酸抗黄化涂层胶的用量为58g/mm2
步骤(5),将步骤(4)喷淋完毕后的锦纶粘扣带在125℃的烘干机中烘干6.5min,在150℃烘焙10min,即得到防酸抗黄化粘扣带。
步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.20g/L、乳化剂1.1g/L、渗透剂1.35g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯3.2%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.4g/L、柔软剂4.5g/L、催化剂0.4g/L、渗透剂0.4g/L、冰醋酸5g/L~7g/L、软水剂EP-600.3g/L~1.8g/L。
步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理剂的配方包括:酯基季铵盐3.2g/L、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚3.3g/L、甘油2.2g/L、冰醋酸6g/L、抗氧化剂OX-6 60g/L、软水剂EP-60 14g/L。
步骤(4)中,防酸抗黄化涂层采用防酸抗黄化涂层胶对锦纶粘扣带进行喷淋,所述防酸抗黄化涂层胶的配方包括:聚氨酯树脂60%、丙烯酸十八酯78%、纳米二氧化硅粒子8%、聚四氟乙烯16%、抗氧化剂CH-202 4.5%、丁酮42%。
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带,根据上述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法制备得到。
实施例5
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带及其制备方法
防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环20min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至60℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为40min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水7min,在60℃~120℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为4h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水10min;配制抗氧化整理剂,将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用60℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为7h,其中,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:40;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:30;浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水3min~6min。对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理,整理温度为55℃;
步骤(4),将步骤(3)整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带进行防酸抗黄化涂层,涂层采用喷淋的方式喷淋在粘扣带正反两面,其中,喷淋压力为6.5Pa,喷淋时间为7.5s,防酸抗黄化涂层胶的用量为60g/mm2
步骤(5),将步骤(4)喷淋完毕后的锦纶粘扣带在100℃~130℃的烘干机中烘干7min,在130℃~160℃烘焙12min,即得到防酸抗黄化粘扣带。
步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.25g/L、乳化剂1.15g/L、渗透剂1.5g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯3.5%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.5g/L、柔软剂5g/L、催化剂0.5g/L、渗透剂0.5g/L、冰醋酸7g/L、软水剂EP-60 1.8g/L。
步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理剂的配方包括:酯基季铵盐3.5g/L、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚3.5g/L、甘油2.5g/L、冰醋酸6.5g/L、抗氧化剂OX-6 65g/L、软水剂EP-60 15g/L。
步骤(4)中,防酸抗黄化涂层采用防酸抗黄化涂层胶对锦纶粘扣带进行喷淋,所述防酸抗黄化涂层胶的配方包括:聚氨酯树脂65%、丙烯酸十八酯80%、纳米二氧化硅粒子10%、聚四氟乙烯20%、抗氧化剂CH-202 5%、丁酮45%。
一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带,根据上述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法制备得到。
试验例
为了确定本发明制备的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的性能,现对实施例1~6制备的防酸抗黄化粘扣带分别进行性能测试:
剥离强度和剪切强度是在5%浓度下盐酸溶液中浸渍2h,取出后控干至不滴液,测定防酸抗黄化粘扣带的剥离强度和剪切强度。
测试结果如表1所示:

Claims (10)

1.一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),将清洗整理剂加入到浸染机,在浸染机中循环5min~20min,将清洗整理剂加热升温至60℃~90℃,然后将锦纶粘扣带浸渍于清洗整理剂中,不断搅动进行清洗整理,清洗整理时间为10min~40min;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)清洗完毕后的锦纶粘扣带脱水3min~7min,在90℃~120℃增白整理液中对锦纶粘扣带进行增白整理,增白整理时间为2h~4h;
步骤(3),将步骤(2)增白整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带脱水5min~10min;配制抗氧化整理剂,对锦纶粘扣带进行抗氧化整理;
步骤(4),将步骤(3)整理完成后的锦纶粘扣带进行防酸抗黄化涂层,涂层采用喷淋的方式喷淋在粘扣带正反两面;
步骤(5),将步骤(4)喷淋完毕后的锦纶粘扣带在100℃~130℃的烘干机中烘干5min~7min,在130℃~160℃烘焙7min~12min,即得到防酸抗黄化粘扣带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述清洗整理剂的配方包括:片碱PJ 0.15g/L~0.25g/L、乳化剂0.55g/L~1.15g/L、渗透剂1.2g/L~1.5g/L,其中片碱PJ先在冷水中溶化,再与乳化剂、渗透剂混合均匀后加入到浸染机中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述增白整理液的配方包括:钛酸四丁酯0.4%~3.5%、耐酸型荧光增白剂0.05g/L~0.5g/L、柔软剂1g/L~5g/L、催化剂0.1g/L~0.5g/L、渗透剂0.05g/L~0.5g/L、冰醋酸5g/L~7g/L、软水剂EP-60 0.3g/L~1.8g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理剂的配方包括:酯基季铵盐0g/L~3.5g/L、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚0g/L~3.5g/L、甘油0g/L~2.5g/L、冰醋酸3g/L~6.5g/L、抗氧化剂OX-6 50g/L~65g/L、软水剂EP-6010g/L~15g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述抗氧化整理的具体步骤为:将锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带和毛面粘扣带在浸染机中用40℃~60℃的抗氧化整理剂分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间为3h~7h,浸泡完毕,将锦纶粘扣带脱水3min~6min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,锦纶粘扣带的钩面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:10~40;锦纶粘扣带的毛面粘扣带与抗氧化整理剂的质量比为1:10~30。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,防酸抗黄化涂层采用防酸抗黄化涂层胶对锦纶粘扣带进行喷淋,所述防酸抗黄化涂层胶的配方包括:聚氨酯树脂45%~65%、丙烯酸十八酯70%~80%、纳米粒子5%~10%、聚四氟乙烯15%~20%、抗氧化剂CH-202 2%~5%、丁酮30%~45%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米粒子为纳米二氧化硅粒子。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,喷淋时的工艺条件为:喷淋压力为5.5Pa~6.5Pa,喷淋时间为5.5s~7.5s,防酸抗黄化涂层胶的用量为45g/mm2~60g/mm2
10.一种防酸抗黄化粘扣带,其特征在于,根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的防酸抗黄化粘扣带的制备方法制备得到。
