Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,先将各物料混合,在超声波细胞粉碎机上进行超声震荡,完成整理液的配制;然后将面料浸渍在整理液中;接着将浸渍后的面料在轧车上进行二浸二轧,所述轧液率为80‑100%;最后将浸轧后的面料先进行预烘,再进行焙烘。本发明提供了一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,该方法可和面料牢固结合,耐久性强,对面料有优良的防紫外作用,无毒安全。

一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
抗紫外线整理主要是在天然纤维织物上添加防紫外线剂(紫外线反射剂或紫外线吸收剂),其方法主要有两种:浸轧法和涂层法。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的整理剂,不具有良好的耐洗涤性,织物抗紫外线整理效果不持久,工艺复杂,增加成本,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高面料抗紫外线整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对面料抗紫外线整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)整理液的配制:将丙二醇6-8份、七水亚硫酸钠2-7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-8份、乙酸丁醇22-24份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、钛酸四丁酯1-8份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-14份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-6份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-6份、柠檬酸钠6-10份、硝基甲烷4-11份混合,在超声波细胞粉碎机上进行超声震荡,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将面料浸渍在整理液中;
(3)浸轧:将浸渍后的面料在轧车上进行二浸二轧,所述轧液率为80-100%;
(4)烘干:将浸轧后的面料先进行预烘,再进行焙烘。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中预烘温度为60-100℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。
进一步的,所述整理液的配制:将丙二醇7份、七水亚硫酸钠4.5份、乙氧基月桂酷胺6.5份、乙酸丁醇23份、羧甲基淀粉钠4份、钛酸四丁酯1-8份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚4份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4.5份、柠檬酸钠8份、硝基甲烷7.5份混合。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,该方法可和面料牢固结合,耐久性强,对面料有优良的防紫外作用,无毒安全。

实施例1
一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)整理液的配制:将丙二醇6份、七水亚硫酸钠2份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5份、乙酸丁醇22份、羧甲基淀粉钠2份、钛酸四丁酯1份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3份、柠檬酸钠6份、硝基甲烷4份混合,在超声波细胞粉碎机上进行超声震荡,完成整理液的配制;超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
(2)浸渍:将面料浸渍在整理液中;浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
(3)浸轧:将浸渍后的面料在轧车上进行二浸二轧,所述轧液率为80-100%;
(4)烘干:将浸轧后的面料先进行预烘,再进行焙烘,预烘温度为60-100℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。

(1)整理液的配制:将丙二醇8份、七水亚硫酸钠7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺8份、乙酸丁醇24份、羧甲基淀粉钠6份、钛酸四丁酯8份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚14份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚6份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯6份、柠檬酸钠10份、硝基甲烷11份混合,在超声波细胞粉碎机上进行超声震荡,完成整理液的配制;超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
(2)浸渍:将面料浸渍在整理液中;浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
(3)浸轧:将浸渍后的面料在轧车上进行二浸二轧,所述轧液率为80-100%;
(4)烘干:将浸轧后的面料先进行预烘,再进行焙烘,预烘温度为60-100℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。

(1)整理液的配制:将丙二醇6-8份、七水亚硫酸钠2-7份、乙氧基月桂酷胺5-8份、乙酸丁醇22-24份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、钛酸四丁酯1-8份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-14份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-6份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3-6份、柠檬酸钠6-10份、硝基甲烷4-11份混合,在超声波细胞粉碎机上进行超声震荡,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将面料浸渍在整理液中;
(3)浸轧:将浸渍后的面料在轧车上进行二浸二轧,所述轧液率为80-100%;
(4)烘干:将浸轧后的面料先进行预烘,再进行焙烘。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中超声震荡时间为30-60min,超声功率为400-800w。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中浸渍时间为30-45min,整理液浴比为1:20-30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中预烘温度为60-100℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。
