本发明公开了一种防皱毛织物的制备方法,将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90‑100℃热水中预煮,再浸入整理剂中,浴比为1:30,整理温度为60‑80℃,整理时间为15‑30min,二浸二轧,轧余率70‑80%;60‑80℃预烘5‑10min,100‑110℃烘焙1‑5min;温度20℃,湿度为30%的恒温恒湿密封冷却房冷却15‑25min;最后30‑40℃温水皂洗,冷水冲洗后90‑100℃烘干。本发明提供了一种防皱毛织物的制备方法,该方法用于毛织物的抗皱整理加工,无甲醛释放,安全环保,使用后织物无泛黄现象出现,对织物强力损伤小,可有效提高织物的强力保留率和色度。

一种防皱毛织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防皱毛织物的制备方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。防皱整理是改变纤维原有成分和结构,提高其回弹性,使织物在服用中不易折皱的工艺过程。其主要用于纤维素纤维的纯纺或混纺织物,也可用于蚕丝织物。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的整理剂,不具有良好的耐洗涤性,织物整理效果不持久,工艺复杂,增加成本,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高毛织物防皱整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对毛织物防皱整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防皱毛织物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种防皱毛织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮,再浸入整理剂中,浴比为1:30,整理温度为60-80℃,整理时间为15-30min,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:含羟烃基聚硅氧烷5-6份、叔碳酸乙烯酯5-10份、二氧化硅3-6份、槐糖脂2-4份、异噻唑啉酮4-8份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7-11份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10-12份;二浸二轧,轧余率70-80%;60-80℃预烘5-10min,100-110℃烘焙1-5min;温度20℃,湿度为30%的恒温恒湿密封冷却房冷却15-25min;最后30-40℃温水皂洗,冷水冲洗后90-100℃烘干。

所述整理温度为60-80℃,整理时间为15-30min。

本实施例制得毛织物具备良好的抗皱性,且耐水性佳,水洗20次后折皱回复角保持在254.7°以上,同时外观平整度达 4级以上,综合性能佳,应用前景广阔。

1.一种防皱毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:将毛织物采用喷雾方法使其含水量保持在30%后放入到90-100℃热水中预煮,再浸入整理剂中,浴比为1:30,整理温度为60-80℃,整理时间为15-30min,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:含羟烃基聚硅氧烷5-6份、叔碳酸乙烯酯5-10份、二氧化硅3-6份、槐糖脂2-4份、异噻唑啉酮4-8份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7-11份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10-12份;二浸二轧,轧余率70-80%;60-80℃预烘5-10min,100-110℃烘焙1-5min;温度20℃,湿度为30%的恒温恒湿密封冷却房冷却15-25min;最后30-40℃温水皂洗,冷水冲洗后90-100℃烘干。
