Abstract
本发明提供了一种阻燃硬挺整理剂及其制备方法。制备方法如下:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌10‑30分钟;(2)加入(5,5’‑二溴甲基‑1,3‑二氧2‑氧代2‑磷杂环己烷2‑氧乙基)胺、二(5,5‑二溴甲基‑1,3,2‑二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌20‑40分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度20‑40℃下超声波振荡30‑40分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40‑60分钟。本发明的阻燃硬挺整理剂具有好的阻燃和硬挺效果,阻燃整理和硬挺整理一步即可完成。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料后整理领域,具体涉及一种阻燃硬挺整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
各种家庭装饰布制用品,如窗帘、地毯,应当优选具有阻燃性能并且具有一定硬挺度的织物。硬挺整理是织物后整理的一种,它通过浸轧硬挺剂,使织物纱线中的纤维之间在一定条件下产粘结作用,硬挺剂在纤维内部、纤维之间或纤维的表面形成薄膜或产生交联,从而使织物产生硬挺,厚实,丰满的手感。阻燃整理也是通过后整理,使得织物获得阻燃的效果。目前,实用最多的助燃剂是无机阻燃剂,如氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等,虽然它们具有较好的阻燃效果,但其添加量大,一般需要60wt%,达不到高效阻燃的效果。因此需要选用用量少,并且阻燃效果好的其他阻燃剂。同样,要使得织物同时获得多种功能,需要分多步进行,因此需要提供一种整理剂,实现整理的一步化。所以克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织助剂技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,实现阻燃、硬挺整理一步化,并具有较好的阻燃效果和硬挺效果。
技术方案:一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10-20份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯8-15份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5-10份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺3-9份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚2-8份、聚乙烯亚胺1.5-4.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.3-1.8份、改性淀粉5-12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3-6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5-4.5份、防腐剂DL605 0.5-1.5份、去离子水80-120份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10-15份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯10-13份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯6-9份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺5-7份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚3-5份、聚乙烯亚胺2.5-4.0份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.8-1.5份、改性淀粉7-12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4-6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5-3.5份、防腐剂DL605 0.7-1.2份、去离子水90-115份。
上述阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌10-30分钟;
(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌20-40分钟;
(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度20-40℃下超声波振荡30-40分钟;
(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40-60分钟。

有益效果:本发明的阻燃硬挺整理剂,在无机阻燃剂添加较少的情况下,即可获得较好的阻燃效果,水洗前阻燃测试损毁长度为2.6cm,5次水洗以后损毁长度为2.9cm,同时,经过整理的织物硬挺性较好,水洗前的硬挺度为10.5cm,5次水洗后仍可达到9.5cm,下降率为9.5%。这种处理方法简单,获得的织物的整理效果较好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯15份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺3份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚8份、聚乙烯亚胺1.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚1.8份、改性淀粉12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5份、防腐剂DL605为0.5份、去离子水120份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌10分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌40分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度20℃下超声波振荡30分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40分钟。
实施例2
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝20份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯8份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯10份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺9份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚2份、聚乙烯亚胺4.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.3份、改性淀粉5份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3份、月桂基硫酸镁4.5份、防腐剂DL605为1.5份、去离子水80份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌30分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌20分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度40℃下超声波振荡40分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切60分钟。
实施例3
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯13份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯9份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺5份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚3份、聚乙烯亚胺2.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.8份、改性淀粉7份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5份、防腐剂DL605为0.7份、去离子水90份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌25分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌35分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度25℃下超声波振荡40分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切50分钟。
实施例4
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝15份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯10份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯6份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺7份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚5份、聚乙烯亚胺4.0份、月桂基乙二醇醚1.5份、改性淀粉12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵6份、月桂基硫酸镁3.5份、防腐剂DL605为1.2份、去离子水115份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌15分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌25分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度35℃下超声波振荡35分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40分钟。
实施例5
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝12份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯12份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯7份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺6份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚4份、聚乙烯亚胺3份、月桂基乙二醇醚1份、改性淀粉9份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵5份、月桂基硫酸镁3份、防腐剂DL605为0.9份、去离子水100份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌20分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌30分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度30℃下超声波振荡35分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切45分钟。
对比例1
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯15份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5份、聚乙烯亚胺1.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚1.8份、改性淀粉12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5份、防腐剂DL605为0.5份、去离子水120份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌10分钟;(2)加入聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌40分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度20℃下超声波振荡30分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40分钟。
对比例2
一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,由以下按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝20份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯8份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯10份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺9份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚2份、聚乙烯亚胺4.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.3份、改性淀粉5份、防腐剂DL605为1.5份、去离子水80份。
上述阻燃硬挺剂制备方法为:(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌30分钟;(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌20分钟;(3)将改性淀粉、防腐剂DL605,在温度40℃下超声波振荡40分钟;(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切60分钟。
本发明的阻燃硬挺整理剂,在无机阻燃剂添加较少的情况下,即可获得较好的阻燃效果,水洗前阻燃测试损毁长度为2.6cm,5次水洗以后损毁长度为2.9cm,同时,经过整理的织物硬挺性较好,水洗前的硬挺度为10.5cm,5次水洗后仍可达到9.5cm,下降率为9.5%。

Claims (7)
1.一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10-20份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯8-15份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5-10份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺3-9份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚2-8份、聚乙烯亚胺1.5-4.5份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.3-1.8份、改性淀粉5-12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3-6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5-4.5份、防腐剂DL605为0.5-1.5份、去离子水80-120份。
2.一种阻燃硬挺整理剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:氢氧化铝10-15份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯10-13份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯6-9份、(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺5-7份、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚3-5份、聚乙烯亚胺2.5-4.0份、月桂基乙二醇醚0.8-1.5份、改性淀粉7-12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4-6份、月桂基硫酸镁2.5-3.5份、防腐剂DL605为0.7-1.2份、去离子水90-115份。
3.一种阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢氧化铝、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌10-30分钟;
(2)加入(5,5’-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧2-氧代2-磷杂环己烷2-氧乙基)胺、二(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3,2-二氧六环磷酰)双酚、聚乙烯亚胺、月桂基乙二醇醚加入搅拌20-40分钟;
(3)将改性淀粉、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂基硫酸镁、防腐剂DL605,在温度20-40℃下超声波振荡30-40分钟;
(4)将上组分混合,高速剪切40-60分钟。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中搅拌时间为15-25分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间为25-35分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中温度为25-35℃,超声波振荡时间为35分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃硬挺整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中高速剪切的时间为40-50分钟。
