本发明公开了一种轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,包括原料纤维配置、和毛、染色、混条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒、蒸纱、织造、退维和后整理,原料纤维的组成包括30~40%的丝光羊毛纤维、3~15%的发热纤维和余量的水溶性PVA纤维,发热纤维为eks纤维和/或softwarm纤维本发明将发热纤维与丝光羊毛混纺织造制备轻薄型发热毛纺面料,并且通过将水溶性PVA纤维混纺在坯布中,通过退维除去坯布中的水溶性纤维,所得面料组织相对松软,布面风格独特,贴身穿着时通过吸收体表散发的湿气发热,而且丝光羊毛鳞片层少,亲肤性能优良,因此适用于贴身衣服的缝制。

一种轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品后整理液技术领域,具体涉及一种轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对于面料功能性的认识和了解日益深入以及对毛纺面料越来越高品质的不断追求,轻薄类毛纺面料将成为面料发展的趋势之一。CN 104294450 A公开了一种轻薄羊毛混纺面料,混纺面料由超细丝光羊毛纤维和 dralon 超细异型腈纶纤维混纺而成,混纺面料中超细丝光羊毛纤维的重量百分比占 60~70%,混纺面料中的经纱和纬纱的纤度为 500~600 公支。上述轻薄面料通过控制纱支细度,达到面料轻薄化的技术效果。轻薄面料的保暖性较差,不适用于贴身穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,将发热纤维混纺在轻薄型面料中,通过添加水溶性PVA纤维和退维,使所制得的面料组织松软,适于贴身衣物的制造。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括原料纤维配置、和毛、染色、混条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒、蒸纱、织造、退维和后整理,所述原料纤维的组成包括30~40%的丝光羊毛纤维、3~15%的发热纤维和余量的水溶性PVA纤维,发热纤维为eks纤维和/或softwarm纤维。
优选的技术方案为,和毛处理中和毛油的组份包括:太古油20~30份、液蜡50~80份、乳化剂3~10份、水45~75份;和毛油的用量为纤维总量的5~10%。
优选的技术方案为,退维处理为:面料浸渍于常温水中,以2~3℃ /min 的升温速率将水加热至90℃,保温10~20min。
优选的技术方案为,乳化剂为选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,所述和毛油中还包括抗静电剂0.5~3份。
优选的技术方案为,抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂。
优选的技术方案为,非离子型抗静电剂为选自乙氧基化烷基胺、乙氧基月桂酸胺、甘油-硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺和乙氧基月桂酷胺组合而成,抗静电剂中乙氧基月桂酸胺的重量百分比为70~85%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明将发热纤维与丝光羊毛混纺织造制备轻薄型发热毛纺面料,并且通过将水溶性PVA纤维混纺在坯布中,通过退维除去坯布中的水溶性纤维,所得面料组织相对松软,布面风格独特,贴身穿着时通过吸收体表散发的湿气发热,而且丝光羊毛鳞片层少,亲肤性能优良,因此适用于贴身衣服的缝制。

实施例1
为实现上述技术效果,实施例1中轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法包括原料纤维配置、和毛、染色、混条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒、蒸纱、织造、退维和后整理,原料纤维的组成包括30%的丝光羊毛纤维、3%的发热纤维和余量的水溶性PVA纤维,发热纤维为eks纤维。
和毛处理中和毛油的组份包括:太古油20份、液蜡50份、乳化剂3份、水45份;和毛油的用量为纤维总量的5%。
退维处理为:面料浸渍于常温水中,以2℃ /min 的升温速率将水加热至90℃,保温10min。
乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。

实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
原料纤维的组成包括40%的丝光羊毛纤维、15%的发热纤维和余量的水溶性PVA纤维,发热纤维为oftwarm纤维。
和毛处理中和毛油的组份包括:太古油30份、液蜡80份、乳化剂10份、水75份;和毛油的用量为纤维总量的10%。
退维处理为:面料浸渍于常温水中,以3℃ /min 的升温速率将水加热至90℃,保温20min。
乳化剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯1:1混合而成。
和毛油中还包括抗静电剂0.5~3份;抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂。具体的,静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺和乙氧基月桂酷胺组合而成,抗静电剂中乙氧基月桂酸胺的重量百分比为70%。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于:
原料纤维的组成包括35%的丝光羊毛纤维、9%的发热纤维和余量的水溶性PVA纤维,发热纤维为eks纤维和softwarm纤维1:1混合而成。
和毛处理中和毛油的组份包括:太古油25份、液蜡65份、乳化剂7份、水60份;和毛油的用量为纤维总量的7.5%。
退维处理为:面料浸渍于常温水中,以2.5℃ /min 的升温速率将水加热至90℃,保温15min。
乳化剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。和毛油中还包括抗静电剂0.5~3份。抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂。静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺和乙氧基月桂酷胺组合而成,抗静电剂中乙氧基月桂酸胺的重量百分比为85%。
实施例4
实施例4与实施3的区别为:
抗静电剂中乙氧基月桂酸胺的重量百分比为77%。
对比例
对比例中不含发热纤维,发热纤维的组分用丝光羊毛代替。
将相同克重的对比例所得面料与实施例1-4所得面料进行保暖性对比,对比例的面料体感温度较低。

2.根据权利要求1所述的轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,和毛处理中和毛油的组份包括:太古油20~30份、液蜡50~80份、乳化剂3~10份、水45~75份;和毛油的用量为纤维总量的5~10%。

5.根据权利要求2所述的轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述和毛油中还包括抗静电剂0.5~3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,非离子型抗静电剂为选自乙氧基化烷基胺、乙氧基月桂酸胺、甘油-硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轻薄发热毛纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,静电剂为乙氧基化烷基胺和乙氧基月桂酷胺组合而成,抗静电剂中乙氧基月桂酸胺的重量百分比为70~85%。
