随着经济的增长,人们对纺织品舒适性要求也不断提升,不仅手感方面需要优异的滑爽冰凉、细腻、回弹、蓬松、柔软感;舒适性方面需要透气、吸湿排汗、环保。基于上述需求,本发明提供一种对毛绒、棉、麻、涤纶、涤棉等各种纤维混纺织物有优越的柔软、爽滑、蓬松之手感,整理后的织物丰满、滑爽的有机硅整理剂。

一种有机硅整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分1-4%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(2)B组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(3)C组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(4)吸湿排汗整理剂的稀释:将吸湿排汗整理剂原料逐渐加入水中,水的温度为90-95℃,边加料边搅拌,使其膨胀,慢慢融化,融化后将稀释环境温度降至80-85℃,保温145-150min,再冷却至40-50℃,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(5)将D组分加入搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min,在搅拌状态下,进行3-5次加水,加水量为每次1-2kg,使其充分乳化,再将步骤(1)、(2)和(3)稀释的A组分乳液、B组分乳液和C组分乳液加入搅拌缸中,继续搅拌10-20min,使其充分乳化,再加入步骤(4)稀释的吸湿排汗整理剂乳液,继续搅拌20-30min,使其完全均匀,加滤网过滤放料,得有机硅整理剂成品;
(6)称重,待检测合格后,入库摆放整齐。
作为优选,上述步骤(4)中所述的吸湿排汗整理剂为水溶性聚酯。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的有机硅整理剂不含APEO、NPEO,符合GB环保标准,绿色环保,具备优秀的耐水洗性和良好的使用安全性,能与阳离子/非离子表面活性剂相容,高效、环保、节能降耗,用于毛绒、棉、涤纶及其混纺织物的手感整理,整理后的织物丰满、滑爽,可使毛绒、棉、麻、涤纶、涤棉等各种纤维混纺织物有优越的柔软、爽滑、蓬松之手感;
(2)本发明中选用的A组分原料,克服了普通氨基硅油稳定性差,不可复染的缺点,是普通氨基硅油的更新换代产品,用于各种毛绒织物后整理,可加强织物的蓬松手感;
(3)本发明中选用的B组分原料,用于化纤的后整理,特别用于带绒毛的化纤布,柔软性、滑爽性、蓬松性俱佳;对于涤、涤棉、人棉混纺织物,也可获得非常优异的手感;
(4)本发明中选用的C组分原料,主要用于锦棉,涤棉混纺织物柔软和蓬松整理,也可适用于全涤织物,棉织物等手感整理,能给予织物蓬松丰满手感,与一般的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂相比,其拥有崭新的改性有机硅化学结构,再配合双重改性功能团,它能赋予织物更加出色的柔软蓬松性和滑弹手感;同时在人造纤维上(如涤纶、尼龙、腈纶、人造棉、毛等)均有很好的柔软和蓬松效果;
(5)本发明中选用的吸湿排汗整理剂,其为非离子高分子聚合物,本产品适用于涤纶、涤棉混纺、锦纶、醋酸纤维及氨纶等织物的后整理工艺,可使织物具有优异的蓬松性和柔软手感,减少织物的擦伤、折痕,赋予织物良好的吸湿排汗及抗静电和易去污性。

实施例1
一种有机硅整理剂及其制备方法,有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:A组分10%,B组分20%,C组分30%,D组分15%,吸湿排汗整理剂25%,包括如下步骤:
(1)A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分1%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(2)B组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(3)C组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);

(6)称重,待检测合格后,入库摆放整齐。

一种有机硅整理剂及其制备方法,有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:A组分15%,B组分20%,C组分25%,D组分105%,吸湿排汗整理剂30%,包括如下步骤:
(1)A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分2%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;

一种有机硅整理剂及其制备方法,有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:A组分20%,B组分25%,C组分20%,D组分5%,吸湿排汗整理剂30%,包括如下步骤:
(1)A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分3%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(2)B组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(3)C组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(4)吸湿排汗整理剂的稀释:将吸湿排汗整理剂原料逐渐加入水中,水的温度为90-95℃,边加料边搅拌,使其膨胀,慢慢融化,融化后将稀释环境温度降至80-85℃,保温145-150min,再冷却至40-50℃,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(5)将D组分加入搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min,在搅拌状态下,进行4次加水,加水量为每次1.5kg,使其充分乳化,再将步骤(1)、(2)和(3)稀释的A组分乳液、B组分乳液和C组分乳液加入搅拌缸中,继续搅拌10min,使其充分乳化,再加入步骤(4)稀释的吸湿排汗整理剂乳液,继续搅拌30min,使其完全均匀,加滤网过滤放料,得有机硅整理剂成品;
(6)称重,待检测合格后,入库摆放整齐。
其中A组分,B组分,C组分和D组分的原料及其质量百分比同实施例1。
实施例4
一种有机硅整理剂及其制备方法,有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:A组分18%,B组分15%,C组分22%,D组分10%,吸湿排汗整理剂35%,包括如下步骤:
(1)A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分4%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(2)B组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(3)C组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);
(4)吸湿排汗整理剂的稀释:将吸湿排汗整理剂原料逐渐加入水中,水的温度为90-95℃,边加料边搅拌,使其膨胀,慢慢融化,融化后将稀释环境温度降至80-85℃,保温145-150min,再冷却至40-50℃,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
(5)将D组分加入搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min,在搅拌状态下,进行3次加水,加水量为每次2kg,使其充分乳化,再将步骤(1)、(2)和(3)稀释的A组分乳液、B组分乳液和C组分乳液加入搅拌缸中,继续搅拌15min,使其充分乳化,再加入步骤(4)稀释的吸湿排汗整理剂乳液,继续搅拌22min,使其完全均匀,加滤网过滤放料,得有机硅整理剂成品;
(6)称重,待检测合格后,入库摆放整齐。
其中A组分,B组分,C组分和D组分的原料及其质量百分比同实施例1。
作为优选,上述实施例1-4中,步骤(4)中的吸湿排汗整理剂为水溶性聚酯。

Claims (4)
1.一种有机硅整理剂,其特征在于:所述有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:
A组分 10-20%
B组分 15-25%
C组分 20-30%
D组分 5-15%
吸湿排汗整理剂 25-35%
所述A组分的原料及其质量百分比为:
硅氧烷40-45%
氨基 12-15%
聚醚 40-45%
所述B组分的原料及其质量百分比为:
硅氧烷46-50%
氨基 8-10%
聚醚 40-45%
所述C组分的原料及其质量百分比为:
硅氧烷聚合物 10-40%
异丙醇 5-20%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-6%
水 30-50%
所述D组分的原料及其质量百分比为:
氨含量为0.6%的氨基硅油 30-35%
氨含量为0.3%的氨基硅油 30-35%
非离子乳化剂 30-35%
溶剂 4-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机硅整理剂,其特征在于:所述有机硅整理剂的原料及其质量百分比为:A组分15%,B组分20%;C组分25%;D组分10%,吸湿排汗整理剂30%。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种有机硅整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A组分的稀释:把A组分加入反应釜内,再加入A组分1-4%的冰醋,搅拌均匀后,然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入自来水,稀释形成一定浓度的乳液,加滤网过滤放料,备用;
B组分的稀释:稀释步骤同步骤(1);

将D组分加入搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min,在搅拌状态下,进行3-5次加水,加水量为每次1-2kg,使其充分乳化,再将步骤(1)、(2)和(3)稀释的A组分乳液、B组分乳液和C组分乳液加入搅拌缸中,继续搅拌10-20min,使其充分乳化,再加入步骤(4)稀释的吸湿排汗整理剂乳液,继续搅拌20-30min,使其完全均匀,加滤网过滤放料,得有机硅整理剂成品;
称重,待检测合格后,入库摆放整齐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种有机硅整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述的吸湿排汗整理剂为水溶性聚酯。
